They showed up exactly on time and were very professional and friendly. They worked hard to fit the new system into very constrained entry space and I appreciate it. They were very patient in answering my questions during the install and left the work area in very clean condition. Highly recommend them.
Company was very professional. They made sure to accompany my every need to keep my kids and I cool. They got the unit installed in a timely manner and when they came inside to install thermostat they wore shoe covers which was very respectful. The workers were respectful also. Great group of people. Had my unit serviced by them in the spring. However it was 20 years old, and during a recent heatwave... it died. They did everything possible to try and fix it. They climbed under my house to check for issues, they brought us window units to use while we were waiting for our new unit. And this all happened on a weekend. Super fast, clean and efficent installation. And OUTSTANDING customer service.

Tim came out the same day we called about our AC unit. He quickly found out what our issue was and explained our options in good detail. He was able to fix our issues the same day in a short time. I had Hospitality Heating and Air install a new AC unit and furnace. The install team arrived on time and called prior to arriving to give advanced notice that they were on there way. There were no issues and they were done in one day. The guys were professional and nice.
Caleb did a great job diagnosing the issue, explaining what he found and installing the new part to get the AC back up and running cold. He was on time and completely professional.
Tim Sutphin did a great job with the repair, which was free because of our service plan. The issue and repair options were clearly explained. The repair was completed two hours after I called and the AC is working better than ever.

I was assigned to Hospitality Heating and Air by my home warranty company to repair some components on my AC systems that were failing. The HVAC technician named Tim was extremely pleasant and professional. He made all of the repairs in a timely manner and kept me informed during the process. When he was done he informed me that the home warranty company wasnt going to cover any of the repairs because the system hadnt completely broken down yet. However, he talked to the owner of Hospitality and they agreed to cover all of the repairs at no cost to me. This was especially kind of them, because the warranty company agreed to cover these repairs before, and it wasnt Hospitalitys fault at all. It is this kind of honesty and generosity that has made me a customer for life for all future HVAC repairs. Thank you again Hospitality!

I appreciate the help of Chris Harris on a call today. I called the office around 2:30 PM and he was at my house (after a call to tell me he was on the way) around 4:00 PM. He was quick but thorough and did an excellent job explaining what was going on with our furnace. We appreciate the honesty that we find with Hospitality service technicians, but really appreciate Chris for going above and beyond to make this an easy process. We are always fearful that when we call any repair company that we will end up with a costly repair unsure if certain things were even necessary. However, our experience with Hospitality has been wonderful, very detailed, and fairly priced. We are sleeping in a warm house tonight and that is awesome! Thank you!

Technicians always call ahead of arrival, are dressed appropriately, and review activities in plain language. This review is based on our almost 10 years of contracted service. We had to have our nearly 30 year-old HVAC system replaced just weeks ago. We had other estimates but Hospitality’s package and total price was an absolute no brainer!You will not be disappointed with the services of these folks!
After going back and forth between my Home Warranty Co & HH&A we finally got everything sorted out but the communication between both customer service departments can be improved however the final outcome was to our satisfaction although the out of pocket cost for code upgrades we felt was quite outrageous but not reflection on the service and work performed by the technicians which was outstanding.
Daniel came out to service an issue with my heat/furnace. He was very pleasant starting with the courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable and assured me that he would get my issue resolved in which did! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly prior to leaving. Yesterday the service tech came out to perform the Fall preventive service. I don’t know what he did because I never received a service report. Not even an electronic one. When he finished I noticed that he never turned the heating system on. I asked if he tested for carbon monoxide and he said they only test if they see a lot of rust or wear and tear. How come your email reminder specifically said they need to test for carbon monoxide? How can you test the entire system if you never fire it up? You only get one chance when it comes to my health and safety. I’m changing companies. How many other families are you putting at risk by performing sub par inspections?

Installation of new system was timely, professional. Installers thoroughly cleaned up once the new hvac system was installed. Follow up service calls were timely, technicians called in advance with eta, answered questions thoroughly. Had one emergency call, tech arrived within an hour, quickly resolved problem and there were no follow-up issues. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help with their air conditioning and heating systems.

I have used Hospitality for several years for minor problems and seasonal system cleaning. Because I have always found them thorough, I chose them for my new heating system. They used careful COVID precautions, were thorough and did a fine job. The cost was reasonable.

Total Review Change!!!!!! I contacted A hospitality technician after he left my house because he told my wife that the service that was needed to FIX my unit was only a cleaning and 2 pounds of Freon. I asked him are you sure that all, he said yes. I told him what ever the cost is I’ll pay it just come fix my AC unit because we have HOUSE SHOWINGS this week to sell our home. They said that my home warranty didn’t caver it so I had to pay out of pocket $239.00They came out of Tuesday to Fix my AC unit and it was working like a champ. Then two days later which was Thursday my house was once again back up to 78 Degrees on the inside. So I contacted them back again and with through the proper channel since this is an home warranty claim, nevertheless I set everything up.They gave us a time on Friday between 12-6 pm that a tech would be there. NO SHOWED UP!!! We got a call at 5:55 that there boss is finishing up a job and will be over when’s done, even though he didn’t know when that would be.So they said that we will get a 30 min notification call prior to arrival, the tech showed up at 7:03 pm over an hour later with no call until he showed up. Well he came while there was a HOME SHOWING GOING ON!!!!!! What a Great Look when trying to sell a house...So TODAY Samantha the front office receptionist tells me that they can not change anything around to accommodate there mishap. Then hangs up in my face twice. I would have to wait until Monday for service. So I guess me missing work from 12-6 during covid-19 pandemic is just okay to them. They showed up at 7:03 pm an hour after the time they was supposed to be here.My house is at 78 degrees and I’m out of $239 and 6 hours on from the job for no reason at all!!!

Hospitality H & A is one of the most Professional Installation & Repair H & A companies that I know. They have serviced my 3 homes & our church. They are both punctual and reliable. I give them an excellent & outstanding rating!I had a wiring problem with my upstairs HA unit fan which it continued to blow fuses & wire modules. They returned as many times as needed to find the problem. Turned out to be wires outside that were wrapped but kept shorting out different parts. The supervisor spent hours until he tracked the source of the problem. Only one change but 4 visits because that hidden wire shorted our several other parts.Always arrived the next day. Always called 30 mins before to let me know they were on the way. Great Job Hospitality! Its a family company & the office personnel are excellent as well.
Im very disappointed to be writhing this review as we have used this company before and hadn’t had any issues. We completely understand everyone has bad days however when a technician refuses to even come to you where you are standing next to the AC unit because it’s too sunny, and i literally have to raise my voice so that he can hear me because he rather stand in the shade, there’s a problem. We were assigned this company through our home warranty company and technician John P came out to our home today. Our complaint was that our AC unit makes an extremely loud sound early mornings and evenings only. We specifically mentioned this when scheduling appointment directly with Hospitality Heating and Air. So the technician comes up and goes upstairs and checks in the attic/thermostat and goes outside. It must have been too hot for this technician that was more determined to go stand in the shade over by the fence instead of looking at the unit and trying to figure out if there was any metal rubbing against metal or if something was wrong with the fan. When calling the office, I was transferred to the manager and I explained everything but of course she took the technicians side. Do NOT use this company!!! If your home warranty company assigns this company, request a different company!!! Terrible company! I cannot express how frustrating and disappointed I am with this technician, manager and company.
These guys were great. My old system went down and they got somebody out quick. He was able to get my old system running but found more issue than I wanted to spend on this old unit. Got me a great quote and the install team was great! Got me up and running and the new system cooled ten time better than the old. So much so I had to turn up my thermostat. Had a slight misunderstanding on my half about the new thermostat. Nothing they did just me more or less having a brain fart. but they got somebody back out immediately and he was great and fixed me. And just took the time to explain to me how this new thermostat worked. All in all an awesome experience with everything. Would highly recommend them to all my friends and family

I normally dont write reviews but this company was great to work with and did give the best price after pricing around. The service was perfect and the people seemed genuinely happy to work there, that says a lot. I do not regret for one minute going with Hospitality Heating, and would really suggest that if you are looking around that you consider using them.
Our heating unit went out early January so we called our home warranty company and they contacted Hospitality Heating and Air to come out and assess the issue. The company came right over and was able to diagnose the issue. They alerted my husband that they would need to reach out to our home warranty company to get the repair approved since the unit was still under warranty with the manufacturer. This is where things went sideways. Since the unit was still under warranty with the manufacturer our home warranty company would not be able to approve the repair. However after speaking with the manufacturer they did not want to honor the warranty for the new piece that was needed for reasons I will not go into. After weeks of going back and forth the issue was finally resolved and the manufacturer finally agreed to sell the part needed to fix our unit. I want to say that I do not normally write reviews, but in this case I had to give a shout out to Mr. Lucas and his team at Hospitality Heating and Air because had it not been for them fighting for us the way they did to get this issue resolved we would still be without heat and we just brought home a newborn baby almost 2 weeks ago now. Im not sure of any other company that would have fought for us the way that they did. I just want to say thank you to all of them that was involved in this experience and we appreciate each and every one of you for the kindness, respect and service we received.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! This company was sent to me through my home warranty provider. They were able to come out and supposedly provide me with a solution to my AC unit. I was told that I needed a zone damper. The technician advised me that the stores had closed and he would be out first thing Monday morning to complete the work. Monday I was advised that they were still waiting on my home warranty to approve the repair. Tuesday morning, after spending several days without AC, I decided to call my home warranty to found out what was the issue. What I was told was that THIS company added on some more charges after the technician had already advised me that all I needed was a zone damper. I call Hospitality immediately. I was told by the individual who answered that the owner decided to add on a power surge because he felt that could also be an issue. First off you never make changes to any type of service without coming back to reassure that that is even the issue, which they never did. Secondly, even if changes were to be made you just dont add things on without the customers knowledge. This company tried to get over on me. I contacted Parker Heating and Air. I was told I did not need a zone damper nor did I need a power surge. Parker fixed my issue with a simple AC cleaning and cleaning of my filters. The technician Hospitality sent was nice but was not efficient. He did not take his time. I am lead to believe that since they were getting service through home warranty, customer service was not key. Its sad that they would do this all to make a profit. I would NEVER go back to this company and I would not ever refer anyone else.Jessica David

These guys did an amazing job. My air unit went out on a Wednesday and was able to have a new unit installed on a Friday. When i cam home i had 12 guys working on my house to get it done in a timely manner. Josh was extremely helpful every step of the way and coordinated everything like a dream. They came when they said. Had to order parts had them the next day came right out and replaced part. It was cheaper than quoted and waved the diagnostic charge. Technician was very professional and friendly and came at time that convinced me. Great company . Hope not to have to use them again but they will be my go to for HVAC from now on.

This place was sent to me to fix my furnace through my home warranty company. The technician showed up earlier than expected, which I didn’t mind. The Google and Yelp reviews said this place was great if you were paying out of pocket, but if you went through a warranty company, they weren’t worth the service fee. In a nutshell, my furnace quit working. The tech that came out told me after about 20 minutes that I had a dirty filter and that replacing it should solve the problem. After I replaced the filter, the issue continued. So I called someone I knew personally to come out and look at my furnace. He was there for about and hour and a half and determined that my unit needed a new limit switch. He replaced the switch and BOOM, furnace back to pumping out heat. He told me that these companies that come out on warranty calls don’t make any money so they spend as little time as possible on warranty calls. I addressed this with my warranty company. So if you have a warranty, and they want to send out Hospitality Heating and air, request a new company.
This was our regular heating maintenance given to us due to a total hvac replacement we purchased.
