James is always the best. Honest, on time, reliable. Great with my dog. Gives me options, explains concerns, no high pressure tactics. I can not recommend him enough. We started using him when TV HVAC companies wanted high cost repair and have always found him to offer better rates and far superior service.

Lighthouse rocks! I called them at 5:30 on the Fourth of July and they had someone here within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the issue, replaced a part and my house was cooling down. James was awesome!

The tech was a solid guy, knowledgeable and very quick to respond to our call. I have no complaints with the tech.... now why did I review this place as a 3? It’s one thing to make money at what you do, that’s the point of owning a business... but when you come to my house and change out a 30 dollar part and charge me 230 bucks ....yeah something ain’t right. Tech changed out a capacitor and you can do the math, subtract 30 dollars from 230 and see what you get for a labor charge... that’s right folks, 200 dollars for a 30 dollar part and 10 min of time. Like I said, good for a business in making money, but 200 for labor???? For 10 min??? Won’t be using these guys again! Like I said, I have no problems with the tech, seemed like a real good man and his son..... but I have a huge problem with 200 labor charge for 10 min...

Lighthouse heating and cooling specialist. Mr. James Sidden came to my ressidence because my control unit on my ac unit needed to be replaced. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He informed me because of the age of the unit he had to order a special part. A short time later he had the part and installed the part without incident. His price for the job was competitive with the market in Rock Hill. His office staff was always there and notified me when the part came in and set up a quick appointment. Great job from a top notch company. You won’t be sorry.

When we made the decision to replace our old system, I thought the whole process would be an expensive nightmare. Lighthouse heating & cooling proved me wrong. Prices were reasonable and they finished the job in half the time they originally estimated. We also were given a refund when they did not have to replace as much as was originally quoted. The service men were polite and made sure we were happy with and understood everything before they left.

I have used Lighthouse for over 15 years. I have purchased two new units from them over this time and had them maintain and repair my units. Top notch professionals. They may not be the largest company in our area, but maybe thats what makes them special! Give them a try and you will see why.

Lighthouse came out to fix the A/C unit at my rental house last week. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were available when I needed them to come by. The day of the appointment they called and said they had some cancellations and wanted to know if they could come early and of course I said yes. They showed up and with in 45 minutes of being there it was fixed. The tech obviously knew what he was doing to fix it that quick. The tech did call me directly and told me exactly what he did, what the cost was, and how to make payment. Their diagnostic fee was a lot lower than the other guys, which is why I chose them and Im so glad I did.
