Asked for just gel polish on my finger and toe nails. The lady showed up with the manicure soak, but dumped it after I told her (again) I wanted just a polish. My nails turned out okay, but my toes come out butchered. The polish wasnt dry when she wet them at the end, and ended up smudging them, turning out completely dull, and sent me off with them like that. After receiving just a polish on my nails and toes, I was charged for a full manicure and pedicure, when I definitely did not receive any of those treatments. I paid $48 for her to file, wet (smudge) and paint my nails. After paying (too much), I waited for the rest of my party to finish. As we exited and walked down the sidewalk, they proceeded to follow us, accusing me of not paying. After I explained that I paid in cash in front of the lady who did my nails (the one accusing me), and tipped her my change, they apologized. I definitely will not be coming back after this treatment and experience. This was my first and last visit.

Good but cut my toe while doing the pedicure. Other than that it was good.

Had the worst pedicure of my life here. Arrived with my mom for our APPOINTMENTS & she waited 30 minutes without them even filling her water. I soaked for 15 minutes, got a squirt of lotion rubbed on my legs & my feet placed on warm stones. Toes were painted & I was 95% done when MY tech filled my moms water to soak. All the while walk ins were taken back for nail services. Had an appointment for gel manicure following & I didn’t stay. Will never return or recommend. just no.

Went in to see if they could do acrylics for my daughter and I. The lady at the front desk was rude and wouldnt take us in even though the shop was empty.

I love Tiare Nail Spa. I have the best nail tech -Tracy for over 10+ yrs now. Every one is so nice. My husband and I had a pedicure a few weeks ago and Jenny was my clinician. My legs were so sore when I came in from doing renovation work at our property. By the time I left, the soreness was gone and it didnt hurt to walk out the door like it did when I first arrived.I would highly recommended this nail spa to anyone. It also is nice and clean, they clean stations in between each client and it smells really good in there too. I am totally a satisfied customer.

The lady who greeted me wasn’t that friendly. I was a little dissatisfied with that. However, I know things are stressful right now with Covid. Moving on- the lady who did my pedicure did an amazing and thorough job. She spent so much time on my heels which most places just rush. I was so impressed. She was incredibly detail oriented. Would return just to have her do my pedicure again.

I came here to get my set of acrylic nails filled in, should take all of 45 minutes. Took the young man an hour and a half to do them, which would be understandable if the nails actually turned out good. Every nail was a different shape and length than the others and I had to come back the next day to get them reshaped and a few days following, they are already starting to lift and one is about to fall off. I am extremely disappointed in your service, if you have a nail technician doing acrylics at least let them have more experience or you will end up with an unhappy customer. I will not be returning here.

I drove 30 minutes to come for a pedicure to find they are closed on Tuesday! Everywhere you look online it states they are open. Disappointed ☹️

Did a wonderful job on my nails and my sisters nails! I got the powder fill, it is just so beautiful! I was able to keep my natural nails, the powder fill really embraces the natural beauty of them. I’ll be back in 2 weeks!

The normal nail salon I usually go was fully booked. So all I did was call to make an appointment. I was very upset. The women that picked up the phone was very rude and had an attitude. She was very upset that I was making an appointment that fit my time frame and not hers. I called to cancel the appointment and she was upset that I called again. Glad that’s not my normal salon. Don’t recommend

I’ve only been here twice but I’ve loved the results of my nails both times. My only complaint is that I went with a friend and we both got fills and shellac but I was charged extra for asking to have my cuticles taken care of meanwhile my friend had hers serviced for free without even being asked. Regardless, I would highly recommend!

The first time I went here I had the same issues where the nails were not similar in shape or anything. Then second time I went I had Tiffany do my nails and she did an AMAZING job. If you go to this salon you have to ask for Tiffany, she is an amazing nail tech and pays attention to details and makes sure everything is even and perfect.

Editing my review to say that despite going to this salon regularly for just about a year, they no longer let you set up an appointment and turned away my business when I called a few days ahead of time to schedule a gel manicure and pedicure. They would rather work on a walk-in basis and cannot guaranteed anyone a specific time.Yen gives a great pedicure! Just be sure to sit under the dryer longer than the 10 minutes they recommend or you will get home to find your pedicure smudged in your socks.

Just visited for the first time today. Staff was pleasant and took their time with me. I got the deluxe pedicure and basic manicure with gel polish. Best pedicure I’ve personally ever had and I’m very happy with how everything came out! I will most definitely be back. Thank you!!

Very clean. Women who greeted us had an attitude when we said we wanted regular manicure and not gel. She was also very rough when our hand/arm wasn’t how she wanted it turned. The second coat doesn’t even cover the whole nail so it looks like you have 2 different colors. Ridiculous for the price. Much more expensive then other salons. Was ready to leave before nails were even dry. We won’t be going back.

I went here twice for a gel manicure and pedicure. What I liked is the new equipment with the massage chairs and that the place is clean and the staff seem to care about sanitation and hygiene. Both manicures I had we’re ok, but with some flaws. The biggest drawback for me was that the staff didn’t seem very welcoming and made me felt like they just wanted to rush me in and out. If this didn’t happen they’ll I would be ok with a manicure that wasn’t perfect.

The best place in the area. Tried many places before in it was always a bad experience. My friend and I had an appointment here on a Saturday afternoon. They really took their time to get our nails done. Love the result.

I went in to get my annual Mothers Day manicure and pedicure today, and I was not disappointed. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted, and she was able to replicate it without any difficulty at all.

Wife and her friend have gone to this Spa a few times and have NO COMPLAINTS. Prices are fair and the facility is very clean and sanitary. Wed recommend for anyone needing treatment for any/all occassions.

Dip manicure looks great. But very disappointed with gel pedicure. It doesn’t cover the entire nail and it’s quite noticable. Spent a lot of money for a pedicure that will last a while and look bad.

I had dip done, I was told ladts longer about 3 weeks. About 10 days later the color began to just pop off! I went in to see if they would fix and the woman said no! She said it doesnt last long!! I will never spend money there again!!

Not impressed with this salon! I have been going there faithfully for about 6 months. The older woman there is very rude snapping at me when I went in for a repair because the polishchipped off which broke my nail.They charged for it to be fixed with a patch Obviously they don’t stand behind their work! I was always told the customer is always right! It’s their fault the nail chipped! They don’t talk to the customers they talk to each other no acknowledgement to the customers in front of them! My daughter, friends, or myself will NOT return! Maybe they need customer service classes!

Had a very bad experience going here. Very rude people and I had to wait for over 2 hours to get my nails done. And when it finally came time, the nail tech was hurting my hands and nails so bad that I said I’m sorry but you need to stop and remove that. And she got angry and rushed to take everything off so quickly she ruined my regular nails. Had an appointment and still had to wait two hours with constant excuses coming from the people. They were extremely rude as well. I Will NOT be going back or referring anyone to the salon.

I sat there and waited for soo long.. other people came in and they put them in front of me.. I ended up just walking out unfair wouldn’t recommend.

I don’t even want to give the one star. Straight aweful. I went to get acrylics. My nails weren’t even they all had different lengths, they also switched me half way through. Then a few days later they started falling off by doing the smallest things. I took off my belt and one just snapped off... then the rest just started peeling off, id run my fingers through my hair and it’d get stuck in my nails. I went to tip and toe to get them filled and they had to take all of them off because he said they would just pop off. So disappointed....

Never again will I go to this facility.. I had my daughters nails done here last night, we left there at 530pm. Firstly, she asked for the dip and after I left her there they told her she couldnt have it due to her wanting long nails. When she tried to tell them never mind I dont want the nails done the lady told her well I will still charge your mom $50. So she let the lady finish. Meanwhile a baby belonging to someone who worked there sat in a carseat crying/screaming the entire time. Secondly, the gel they used was of poor quality or the women (shelia) did not know what she was doing, within an hour of getting home we noticed the nails leaking black polish on the edges and the polish on the thumb started peeling up. The shape of the nails were not close to being even. By morning, several of the nails had polish bubbled up. Both thumbs now were peeling. Then by this afternoon all the nails were bubbled and peeling and still leaking through the edges. When I brought her back to show them they said sorry, read the policy... I also have a friend who went there in Saturday (see pics of the pinkish nails) and her nails starting peeling on Sunday. Apparently when I asked to speak to the owner I was told he is on vacation for a month with no contact information. I would not recommend anyone go here, their customer service is just as bad as the quality of the work they did on her nails. We went to another facility to have the nails removed and they were appalled at the condition of the nails. They couldnt believe the polish was still not dry under the clear top coat and was goopy.
