I have worked with my local NC Farm Bureau Insurance agent, John Allen, on setting up my home and auto insurance policies during the process of moving my family to a new home. Johns expertise in the market helped me make the best financial decisions for my family. As my agent, he always makes himself available and assisted me in filing a home owners claim, setting up a meeting with an adjuster, and following up on their recommendations. I highly recommend working with John, rates are also very attractive from their firm.Christopher
Theyโve always been very professional every time I ever needed anything. Everyone in the office is always friendly and willing to help. Best insurance office Iโve ever worked with.
I have always enjoyed farm bureaus professional attitude and their customer service.
THE WORST place to ever get insurance. Horrible polices in place. I have MY OWN policy with GEICO, and they still harass the main policy holder and try to charge them for me EVEN THOUGH I have GEICO. The worst. Go anywhere but here. Please
Disappointed with this location is an understatement! We were with Farm Bureau for over 8 years. Our child got his licenses when he turned 18 and had his own insurance. Up until a few weeks ago everything was fine until he had some issues going on with himself. Due to his address being listed as ours, we were told we had to insure him even though he had insurance. Turned in the proper paper work showing his insurance, we thought problem solved but nope...at this point, our sons licenses were suspended and we were told that the only coverage we could now get was liability instead of the full coverage we previously had. We were told that he had to get coverage on himself which he did again even though he didnt have licenses, and then we were told full coverage still could not be provided because he doesnt have licenses and because his legal address is our address even though he didnt/doesnt live with us. Did I mention...HE DOESNT HAVE LICENSES!!!!!!We asked about forms we could sign stating if he drove our car (which he wouldnt) and had an accident, that we wouldnt hold Farm Bureau liable. We were told no such form existed, that he could grab our keys and just take off...guess they didnt get the part that he doesnt actually live at our address.. He (our son) either had to change his address or our full coverage would terminate. No other option given! We were put through the ringer trying to figure out how to keep our full coverage insurance with this company! We asked how to remedy this issue because we wanted to keep doing business with them, and we were told our child had to change his legal address to wherever he was staying or lose our coverage, no other option was ever given...we were just told that it was Farm Bureaus policy. As stated from someone else in the reviews, everything is good until it isnt. Dont expect help if you need it. We were sad to leave Farm Bureau but it is what it is...I now know of three other people who have taken their business elsewhere just this year alone.
I love doing business with Farm Bureau been with them for nearly 30 years. My agent has always been available for my family and I. Rates are reasonable and very competitive. I have always found the staff in the Thomasville office friendly. Great office and great company to do business with.
Been a customer for years! Nice new office!
Absolutely friendly staff in the front and most of the agents.... Have done business here for many years and do recommend to family and friends...
NC Farm Bureau was ok as long as I didnt need anything from them. However, once I required actual agent assistance it became extremely difficult to receive any response from my assigned agent, Ashley Carroll, via email (my preferable form of contact, specially when they only accept calls during local business hours).I ended up going with a provider that could reliably respond to email correspondence as well as giving us a rate to cover two cars for the same price that Farm Bureau was offering to cover only one.I would recommend steering clear of them for any insurance-related needs, unless you enjoy sending emails off into a black hole where they will never be answered.
I love the location and the employees are awesome
Excellent customer service
They require you to pay $25 per year for membership which drives up the quote for insurance.
