It may be because of the record number of sales and closings that their quality of service has suffered. That’s the only way I can explain their lack of communication and lack of initiative in keeping me informed of the closing. The seller and I had to drive push for the closing.

Our lender used The Title Company for our closing. This was our first time purchasing a home and I was nervous when reading reviews about the curbside process. They were very organized, professional. The gentleman helping us was very thorough and explained every document. Signing went smoothly and we were in and out. We would use them again and recommend them.

This is the first time I have used this company for closing. Ive used a competitor for our other closings. Their curbside close process was a joke. The document runners were unable to answer any questions, and the expert was incredibly rude. She made it clear through her demeanor and response that it was a terrible inconvenience for us to bother her with a question. Id recommend you use their competitor and I wont be using this company again.

I am disappointed as to how purchase closings are being done at this title company during this time we all are facing and going thru with the virus, especially for someone that this is their first time buying a home and does not know anything about what they are signing !! For a closer from title to come outside and place a huge package of documents on the hood of someone;s car and says sign and if you have questions call me Really!! I understand Social Distance, but this could have been done inside at each end of the table, masks, gloves what ever (other states are, they are NOT during what you are) the closer has all the papers on their computer, they could have said go in your car and call me and we can go page by page and I can explain the papers to you, while signing. Not only that, someone from title should be watching the borrower sign. How is it, the closer can legally notarize anything without the borrower in front of them and watching them sign ! Most states that I know of this is NOT legal!. I would never advise someone to close with your title company with the way you are doing this. I would thing this is a law suite waiting to happen. I think I will contact your State DOC and find out if this is even legal! Your company should be ashamed !

I was not to impressed with them. I wouldnt use them again the communication is poor. They waited last minute to tell me I had to call my mortgage company to get the pay off ( when that wasnt true had 3 different employees from that mortgage company telling me that they just needed to send the form in i had signed). when it was going to say 7 business days to have the payoff send mind you this was 10 business days before closing. Then they thought my closing day was the 7 when it was the 27. There was no accountability anywhere in the company. I felt like they didnt care if the house closed on time. and to top it off i have to drive over an hour to sign papers they forgot to have me sign at closing. I would go with one of the other guys for sure.

Staff is very professional, yet fun, and make the closing very comfortable. I never have to call and ask for numbers - once we have sent them in, you are always on top of it and get them back to us very quickly. If there is a questionable item you ask and dont assume which is very appreciated. You always take the extra step!

This make the whole process go much smoother, I know with us using The Title Company everything is handled correctly and under control. I have not seen too many bad attitudes or anything of the sort at The Title Company.

Ive sold two homes in the past three years. Each time I used US Title. Both times The Title company sent me a letter indicating they were handling the transaction and tried to trick me into using their services. I asked around and found out they do this all the time, trying to trick people into using them.
