Totally recommend. They made my nails look amazing and exactly copied the design, which was great. Everyone was very nice and I loved how my nails turned out!

Not the place to get dip powder. After less than a week it began to chip and peel. They used gel polish as a top coat and it did not adhere well.

In short, this place was awesome. They did exactly what I wanted with my nails, the lady that I had was named Annie and she was really friendly and very nice to talk to you and very polite. It was covid-19 safe, regulations were definitely put into place. When I first walked in at felt very inviting and charming and the place was very cool toned and clean. I would highly recommend

First time trying this place out and i Love it. my appointment was on time, very clean and comfortable environment. First time a regular gel manicure actually lasted me for longer than a week.

Utilized their services twice and so far it has been a positive experience. Both times I tried to get my nails done while my kids were at school, and they were able to fit me in right away. The second day that I went they opened the shop late, but as soon as the owner arrived they opened and started working on clients right away. They were all apologetic and just really accommodating. I will continue to go there, and reccommend them to others!

It was great service, my nails broke and not only was it treated with the most care it turned out more beautiful. I’m not from Rochester but I might have to come here every two weeks now 😭

I had a less than pleasant experience here. This was my first time visiting this nail salon. When I originally came in, they seated me very quickly and a very nice gentleman started on my nails. He was very kind, clean, and professional. Everything seemed great. It wasn’t until I needed to have my nails painted that he sent a woman up to paint my nails. On first impression I didn’t mind, until I noticed that the woman was visibly upset. She sat down angrily and began to sloppily apply the gel polish. As she applied the polish to each hand she would ask for my other hand in a churlish and nasty tone. I was confused as to why the woman was upset. While she let them cure, her mannerisms showed visible anger. She was repeatedly stomping around and slamming nearby doors. By the end, when I was asked about the quality of my service I honestly told them that the paint job was sloppy and I was disappointed. I also told the gentleman that started on my nails that the woman seemed to be angry and having a bad day, which is fine but don’t paint my nails if it will affect the quality of your work. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me that it was my nails that were the problem and not the quality or craftsmanship of the work. It was a gel manicure so he tried to file away the imperfections. I left with my nails looking like they had already grown out a bit due to the polish not being placed over the entire nail. I also had to deal with the unsightly uneven coats layered on my nail beds with some corners exposed or thin in appearance. I was granted a discount of just $20 from the original $28 price from the kind gentleman. I was thankful for that. However, after he offers me the discount the woman proceeded to yell and throw a tantrum in disagreement; right in my presence. It was incredibly halting and appalling to see. I payed my due balance and left. Very unfortunate.

Do Not Go Here! They do NOT start at the appointment times they tell you to make. They up the prices on things that are normally priced at any other typical nail salon and then once they no longer want to do a style of nail they say they dont do it. They owner is low-key snarky and after months of being a loyal customer I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

The entire place was filled with racial tension. The older lady who I think is the owner kept speaking to me with attitude and disrespect. She also talked trash about a black man who came in for a pedicure. He got kicked out. It got to the point where I felt so uncomfortable I decided to just pay for my service and then leave. Mind you I was absolutely polite during this whole experience. This place is Not African American friendly. Save yourself and go to Lisas Nail Salon on West Ridge Road. Days later- I am still traumatized.

Lily does an amazing job at nails. I get acrylics with gel mani and a gel pedi. The downstairs is nice, but upstairs is super fancy! They have tons of colors to choose from, they can do cat eye and they have some polish that changes color as well. I believe they can do gems and stuff, but I’ve never added them.

Affordable and consistent. My go-to place for a pedicure. It’s family owned and operated and they do such a good job with my nails. I’ve gone to Pittsford and payed WAY too much for a subpar pedi and regretted it so much. The place could use some updating but it’s comfortable and clean.

Lady at front desk extremely rude and callous, I thought this shop would be different because they are surprisingly clean but they are just as rude and nasty as their dirty counterparts. You just lost a customer.

Got my first pedicure for 2021 sandal season! Made an appointment ahead of time, they did a great job and were following social distancing guidelines.

Staff was rude and as an African American woman, I felt extremely uncomfortable due to one of the staff members touching my hair. Will not be returning as a customer!!

It was a good experience. Andy did a great job with my acrylics and fixed my friends nail after it got dinged while drying. Prices were good. 35 for normal polish on acrylics and 3 dollars for design.

Went in with an appointment because my regular nail tech was off and paid 80 for poorly shaped nails and a bad pedicure. Services were completely rushed and poorly done......won’t be coming back again!

Lily Nails is a great place to get your manicure and pedicure needs met. The staff is pleasant and friendly as well as very attentive to each client while theyre working with them. I have had several visits there for acrylic nails with gel and they turn out very nice. They take their time and definitely consider it more of an art than just quickly get them done. You may want to make an appointment on busy days but even if you dont the wait wont be very long. They have a lot of technicians working. Great place. Thumbs up.

So affordable for gel manicure! They always do a great job and are kind and polite. Its busy on weekends so Id advise weekdays. Also, they prefer cash to card for some reason. It can be a slight inconvenience but if you prepare yourself, it should be fine.

Man this place is hard to get into but totally worth it. They did a great job on my French gel pedicure and I am extremely picky. Would go again for sure.

I went to Lily Nail for the first time last week. I had a great experience there. The business is located in a house on the corner of S. Goodman and Clinton Avenue. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The salon was very clean and the tech was knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment and my service started on time (actually she was ready before I arrived). She was friendly and fast. I received an overlay fill, Cut down and a nail repair. I was done in 30 minutes and charged $18. My nails were perfectly done to my liking. I will definitely be going back. I may have found my new nail tech.

Small family owned business, house is slightly worse for the wear but it’s the best place to get a maintenance manicure and pedicure in fast time. Cheaper prices for returning customers, always friendly and they do a great job! This place gets very busy so reservations are recommended!

I called on a Friday morning and got an appointment within an hour for a gel manicure. They were clearly busy but so efficient so it was pretty quick. Best gel manicure Ive ever gotten! No chips and its already been almost 2 weeks. Highly recommend this place. It looks like a house from the outside, but its nice and relaxing inside. I will definitely keep coming back.

They are always kind to me despite the work I need done. I have flimsy nails and they make jokes with me about how rough I am on them- being a kitchen worker they understand and assist in reforming and reconstructing the shape that I want of my nail. I highly recommend Tim for gel and assistance in cracked or chipped nails. The owner (I can’t recall her name, for I rarely see her) is great with acrylic work and detailed pint styles (stripes, spider web *they will have issue with language barrier go ahead and call them spider nets they will get it* little gems and ombré) I have never had an issue there except the tone I took my dude friend to get his nails cleaned- they sort of were confused as to why a man was there and shuffled us upstairs to be worked on privately. I don’t know if they did that to accomplish taking care of other customers of if they were embarrassed to have a scruffy landscaper in their chair. But who knows. They have only been kind and done great clean work. Beware of Tanya - she will yank your hands around like a loose rag doll. V uncomfortable. It’s person to person. Just figure out who you like.

As a guy who gets suckered into going to my girlfriends nail appointment before our night out. I have to say as a business owner I was very very impressed with our experience at this establishment. Again I am a guy and I went to a nail appointment.. this place has an incredible atmosphere and it was very comfortable for even a guy who shouldn’t be at a nail appointment. The owner is a very accommodating and runs a very impressive nail salon!

Cute salon kind of small, friendly staff they get you in and out. Its best to call ahead and schedule an appointment. Pricing is on target with other Salons in the Area. So far Ive only gotten a Pedicure from them, which Ive been pleased with every time. I would recommend this Salon.

I just went to Lily Nails to get my first fill with gel ($23) after a friend recommended it to me! I am so impressed!For my initial set I went to a salon that charged twice the price for a fraction of the quality.Annie was fabulous! She fixed my nails in the process of my fill. She corrected the shape, thinned my acrylic so that they didnt look like mountains and fixed a lot of the lifting that occured in just a week and a half while bringing the nail and color as close to the cuticle as possible!Highly recommend!They are so kind, talkative and friendly I felt very comfortable and welcomed in their salon! Very cozy, clean and inviting!

Really disappointed in my pedicure.. I usually come here when I’m off tour and am usually happy.. this time I had a 16 year old girl doing my pedicure. Not only was she not paying attention when she was filing my heels.. she made me bleed and didn’t make my heels smooth at all. It was more of a painful experience than relaxing. Just incredibly disappointed in general since I only get back to Rochester once every six months and usually look forward to coming here but will not be returning after the owner sees that the girl cut my foot and then doesn’t offer me a discount or anything.

First time visit and I was not impressed AT ALL. I felt as tho they were over priced ($28 for a fill). Also went back because instead of the acrylic on some of my nails actually being on my nail it was on my finger, when I went back to have it fixed she just filed the corner and said it was because of the top coat (looking bubbly.) I’m not new to getting nails and this issue causes lifting very quickly. For the prices they charge I expected my nails to be FANTASTIC, not the case! Will never go back ! Looks like an amateur did my nails.

The weirdest salon experience ever. The woman who runs it was rude to me from the start, treating me like I’ve never been to a nail salon before. Her tone was disrespectful and I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. Next time I’ll hold off on going to the only salon open on a Sunday. Not worth it. Going to a salon is supposed to be a relaxing experience.

You can always count on Lily’s for a fantastic pedicure at a great price. The staff is friendly and it’s nice to have them in the Southwedge.

I have changed my rating from five stars, at first I thought it was a great place. First set of nails were great, second set I got there started coming off less than a week later. When I called the ONLY person there who does acrylics sounded very annoyed and acted like she didnt have time to fix them for days. Told me she needed to see them first, but didnt even have time for me to show her. Will not be returning.

First time getting a pedicure and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed! I let them know about an ingrown toenail I had ahead of time and they lady was very gentle on my toe. The man also let me know that I could come back another time if my foot was bothering me and he would trim the nail to relive the pain (he has ingrown nails as well). Oh, and my nails came out great!
