I have been coming to Simply Beauty for some time now. I will always come back due to the great services that are provided. I get my eyebrows and eyelashes done here at least once a month! I go to Bolingbrook from Glendale Heights because they are that good!!! And you cant beat their great prices. I found a goldmine. Finally decided that it was time to go get them threaded after 4 months of missing out. Glad to see that they dont put the thread in their mouth anymore, and always wearing a mask. And my brows came out great and for a good price! My new threading place!

My normal eyebrow place closed so i decided to give this one a try and i’m so glad i did. the woman was so nice and helpful and listened to exactly what i wanted for my eyebrows. will absolutely be returning when i’m in town again

My friend and I had appointments for a full body wax. When we arrived, they said they forgot to put us in the schedule and the lady was on her lunch break. We have both been waxed before so we knew what to expect. My friend came out mortified from her experience. They have you a small room that is connected to the lobby, there were two lady’s waxing and they were walking in and out of the room while my friend is not clothed in the room! At one point when she had to reposition and the sanitary sheet had fallen off and they did not replace it and just continued waxing. She has wax burns on her underarm and bikini line. There was still wax and hair on her legs. She could barely even walk to the car she was in that much pain. After seeing how badly her experience went, I had left without getting mine done. When she had called the manager to complain about the experience, she basically called her a liar, even after sending pictures of the burns and also screaming on the phone to her. Do NOT spend your hard earned money for a poor wax and awful customer service.

I never would have thought going to meijer to get my eyebrows threaded would be so much better than some of the actual studios out there. Every time I get them done I get so many compliments. Nila does them almost every time I go. She’s so nice and considerate and always does a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend!

Love this place and seems like everyone else is starting to find my gem! I used to be able to get in and out but now there is a wait. Just a testament to the great service. Nila is my favorite and she does my eyebrows exactly how I like them. She doesnt rush and always ensure Im happy with them, even though she does them just the way I ask.
