Angies Nails did an incredible job as usual! Lets be honest we all have been to a dirty salon, who rush through your service, and dont really have the atmosphere that makes you want to return. Angies Nails is the complete opposite! They are very clean, organized, timely, and do not rush through your service! Stacey and Vu have been my nail technicians every time I have received a service and I have never been disappointed! As I am recently married, a fresh manicure is a must! I will be returning and referring everyone I know to this local family owned business as they have exceeded my expectations time and time again! Great work Angies Nails!

The owner, Angie, was very nice! I got to say... I went in there, nervous with pretty bad feet (hasnt got a legit since covid) and she made me feel comfortable... we got to talking, very friendly, hard working people! this is a good homegrown family business!I think they deserve some good credit and some business! very friendly people. very clean!Male Pedi Experience - A+++

First of all ANGIE is a sweetheart. Professional and pleasant. HER HUSBAND on the other hand is very very rude and abrasive. The vibe in that place is very off and I will NOT be returning!

Angies Nails is the ONLY place that I trust to do my nails! They are always neat, clean, and even. The staff is so friendly and the shop is always clean and welcoming. Rude very unprofessional will never spend another dollar in this place. The guy booked an appointment for me at 10AM I was there at 9:59am because I had other appointments to get to I was having surgery the next day,they showed up at 10:20 am,the guy who wrote my appointment for 10AM had the nerve to ask me to wait another 10 15 minutes I said no and asked for my deposit back,yes they asked for a $10 deposit. He gave me nothing but a nasty attitude and had the nerve to say we dont open till 10:30 anyway. Maybe they should look at the hours of operations on the door and stop booking services for 10am if they dont plan on working until 11am.Just know your going to get piss poor service with nasty attitude on the side.

Efficient service, great prices and loads of options! This is the best my nails have ever looked! Also really pleasant owners! Very grateful for Angies! Worth the trip to West Irondequoit.

Cleanest salon Ive been to in the area. Use of bags in the spa pedi basin and noticed use single use tools for each customer. I did have a little wait but was worth.

I have always had regular nail polish on my toes when getting a pedicure. Today I had gel polish for the first time and I dont think I could ever go back to old nail polish. Thank you for answering all of my questions. My feet and I thank you!

Been a new resident of Rochester since October 2018 and has been going to this nail salon religiously, after a few times with other techs I finally was comfortable with the owners GREAT work, I was told by his wife I needed to make an appointment, I had been late twice for my appointments (late twice after making an appointment, please don’t LIE!)for personal reasons, but didn’t expect when I entered the salon, that the owner’s wife would speak to me disrespectfully over being LATE! She spoke down to me and reprimanded as if I was her child, she’s UNPROFESSIONAL and has no tack in dealing with customers, it’s unfortunate because her husband the nail tech ( the person that actually does WORK) is AWESOME at what he does! Upon paying at the register the wife asked that I not return... hahahahaha!! Angie’s nails is not the only nail salon in the area, and my money is welcome EVERYWHERE!!, but if she continues to be unprofessional, immature and childish no one will want to patronize the business anyway!! I’ve lived in NYC all my life and I NEVER heard of a BUSINESS asking someone not to come back because of being late, that wife of the owner acts as old as her infant children.. BEWARE OF THE WIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*please don’t put anything on any customer. The first time there was a customer in the chair, and she and I spoke friendly with each other and I kindly left went to Jim Horton’s and came back with donuts for you. So that wasn’t a problem, for any one but you. The second time there was no one in the chair. It’s funny how you can conjure up a lie to make your own self seem right. But your wrong and word of mouth is a powerful thing. Your attitude will be the death of that business flourishing as it should!

I posted a pic of the horrible job done there... this was not worth $50. The fact that they have no refunds is a shame... they could have at least fixed my damn nails. Instead I had to go pay another shop to fix what they did wrong. STAY WOKE PEOPLE!

The owners wife is just plain rude and disrespectful!!! Becomes aggressive and defensive if you say something she doesn’t like. The one guy that did my nails is wonderful he even cleaned up my cuticles which I loved. But I will not go back to that nail salon very unprofessional business especially if your the owners wife. Decided to have a girls day with my sisters. Walked in and had a greatly disappointing experience. One of the nail techs insulted my sister during her whole pedicure IN ENGLISH. After that and vowing not to do mine we got our nails done. Assuming that my older sister was paying the man told my sister “why would she care shes not paying. “ then the owner did the same to my other sister. Although it was none of their business I didn’t appreciate being the belittling of paying and of how our nails and feet looked. Also it seems everyone isnt as skilled as the others. My nails are slanted and i feel like it could have been better. Definitely not worth the 140 with the discount they gave me for our 3 mani and pedis

I been going to Angies Nails for years and the new owner Stacey is rude and racis and I will never go back there or recommend this place. The workers there are wonderful but the new owner is disrespectful I was getting my nails done by her husband and she referred to me as you people when she was asked a question referring to me when I said something to her because I felt offend she then called and made a false police report saying to the police that I wasnt trying to pay, her husband asked her multiple times to stop because he and I both knew she was carrying on unprofessionaly and she wouldnt I paid for partial of my service and went somewhere else. I would never recommend this place because of Stacey the owner the workers are wonderful its her.

So I got the gel nail polish treatment an Im in shock!!!!!! Im an avid Gardner Gardner well...very nit an grit cleaner!😁......to say I was skeptical would put it mildly! Over this weekend I was really busy doing what I do and here I am Monday morning and these nails look as if I just walked out of Angies!!!!!!!!!!! Special shout out to Kayla!!! You did a great job girl!!!!💅💕

I was expecting a better job and experience at this place however, nails are blah and on my way out I Said Thanks( didnt even get a response back). Girl who did my nails didnt even introduced herself so idk her name. (AWKWARD)customer service should always be top notch especially in a nail business. I purposely didnt say much just to see if at least the person who did my nails would engage didnt happen. Not so great experience so I wouldnt go back. Had to go back home and fix a few nails theyre uneven and wayyyyy to thick. Gurl looked like she didnt know what she was doing looks like she just started doing nails. Got my pedicure here - sloppy.You have me mixed up with someone else because I have the charge on my card to prove I had a pedicure that day, well before 6:30. Shame on you for assuming who I was. My daughter and I came in together and it was an older Asian guy that did my pedicure. My daughter and I have been in there several times since you and your husband took over and twice now I have not been happy with the work the tech has done. Trust me, I will make sure theres not a third time.
