I got my nails done here yesterday By the owner and while they were filing my nails they ended up cutting my finger they’re very rough they’re not gentle at all. All she did was say sorry and kept on going it ended up splitting when I got to the car. And then when she was clipping my fingernails she literally almost clipped part of my finger. She wasn’t taking her time she was just trying to Hurley get it done. And you can see on my nails where the gel is uneven Because I got acrylic gel done and now I have an indent on my nail...Another thing is five months ago when I had my nails done there I need a gel removed there was barely any on it was on my feet literally kept scraping literally I could feel it under my skin and pinched my actual nail multiple times also again the owner did my feet. Please work on being more gentle with your customers!

I had the BEST experience and service here on my birthday Sunday, Dec 15, 2019! I have never felt so welcomed, appreciated and important! Amazing customer service and my pedicure was flawless!! I had a gentleman that did mine and my sister accompanied me and shared the same experience from her female nail tech as well!!

I got My eyebrows waxed here and the woman completely ruined my eyebrows, she made them so thin and uneven. When I respectfully requested a refund or a credit they told me no they “don’t do those”. Then they told me I had Thin eyebrows to begin with even after showing a picture of my very full brows. Not to mention she didn’t were a mask or gloves while performing the service. I wont Ever go here again.

I have lost all hope and nail salons in my area I stopped getting my nails done because I was paying money for work that I could do myself, until I found this salon! Karen is the absolute best her work is absolutely beautiful!

Its nice and all but they need to learn advanced nail techniques, they are so limited in manicure services

I got my feet done an over lay with my real nails. I paid 20 for 10 crystals on my nails and got my eyebrows waxed. My total was $100. I woke up the next morning and all but 2 crystals was gone u didnt even do anything major for the crystals to fall off. I was in my mothers wedding with half done nails.. Im definitely not happy

Love this place. the ladies are really nice. they do a good job. the prices are very reasonable. they have candy! and drinks are included with services. they do have deals on gift card purchases so ask them about that. you also do not need to use the whole gift card in one visit.

Went on Saturday and had my first ever Gel manicure. The manager did my nails. I know this because shes had to leave me to fix another girls nails. When she came back to me she was rushed. I paid $30! I didnt realized it was that much just for gel polish. But, I was told it would last much longer than regular polish. Today is Monday and my polish just popped right up and tore down the middle of 1 nail. It didnt last 3 days. I will never return.

Terrible! Worst money ever spent on a full set. My nails started coming off 2 days later. Definitely not worth the price.

I came to get a nail fill and the lady completely rushed through it in less than 15 minutes, she didn’t fill the cracks on the side, didn’t trim my nails underneath, and when she put a nail on that was a complete different shape than the rest and didn’t even bother to try to file it to look the same as the others when I asked her to. I’ve only had them done for about 4 days and already 3 have popped off. Also the lady was on video chat half of the time she was doing my nails, i don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Nice service wished there was a law that all employees must speak English around American customers but their prices are competitive. Not a lot of Gel color options

I got a full set there on Sunday it was my first visit and will be my last! Because by Monday there were places that were cracking by Tuesday I lost 3 nails and today is Wednesday. I was able to take the rest of the nails off with a business card they were so shoddy. So, I went to my regular nail place on Mt. Hope who does a great job and got a good set of nails put back on!!!! Dont waste your money going here!

My friend and I went to get a full set done. They ripped my acrylics off with a nail tip it was very painful. They charged us both $60 she got a colored tip with clear and I got acrylics with gel. A week later (today) she has had 3 nails fall off and all of them are lifting, and my gel is peeling. Keep in mind gel isnt supposed to peel. They didnt talk to us at all just in their language and rushed through us in about 30 minutes.

I spent $100 in this shop for a pedicure and a dip service, 3 days later I returned because their product was applied incorrectly and as a result, they damaged my nails and my nail bed. When I asked them to redo the service on my nails, they refused but replied the nails that cracked they would repair. I told them I was going out of town and I was concerned about the rest of my nails cracking, they said they would repair the nail on my return. Their product crumbled on 3 more nails and I have pictures and dates along with airfare confirmation to prove it happened when I was out of town. When I went back to get my nails redone, I asked for a discount on the service because of the poor process of the last techs application and they refused.. told me that if I went out of town, that wasnt their problem. I am a manager at a 4 Billion dollar business, and I would NEVER treat my clients like that.. all these people care about is your money, and if you have a problem with their service, they dont care if you ever come back. How disappointing, especially since I tipped my tech $10 and received less then satisfactory service. I will never patronize their business again... and dont be fooled by the beer and wine they serve, thats just a ploy to make you spend more money... they really dont care about their clients.

The person who did my nails was very rough during my cuticle trimming to the point that she took a chunk out of the area around my right ring finger. It was bleeding the whole time and she never addressed it. The gel was poorly applied and she kept on messing the polish up with her own fingers and then not fixing it before allowing it to cure.Poor service, poor quality, would give it no stars if I could. I will NEVER go back

The staff was very rude. They dont understand english and did not do what I said to do. When I kept on explaining them what I want, she got irritated and made a frowning face.

Beautiful nail salon. My technician completed acrylic $40 and gel $20 to charge more. Technician also sliced my finger with a deep cut.

The lady was nice at first until I paid. I paid with my card and proceeded to sign and she said, do you have cash for a tip? Excuse me but you dont just assume youre getting a tip. Also, she only painted two coats of nail polish on my nails and you could still see my nails through it. Never going there again.

They did a terrible job. They will try and ask you get get small things that cost extra for no reason. I got the dip powder nails and they lifted after one week. After two weeks the started coming off and destroyed my nails. Also they take forever was there for over an hour and a half and they weren’t even busy. Over priced and terrible job.

Go with $$$ but their professionals at what they do.I loved my Mood change nails!!

This is a carryover review which initially started with my poor experience at LV Nails; Im very fortunate to have had that experience so that I could be introduced to Nail Studio. I have now been to Nail Studio twice, the first time for a manicure and the second time for a pedicure and both have been amazing!Its important to note the following factors:- The layout in this establishment is beautiful, large and has multiple different sections.- The staff are very polite, and quick to attend to you when you walk into the shop.- When receiving a service, I was made to feel that I had their undivided attention.- Their prices are very responsible.- When being serviced, they use new unused equipment such as a nail filing board which they give to customers after they are done.- Other metal equipment, appears to have gone through appropriate sterlyng process, and are completely wrapped and unopened.During my first visit and prior to Christmas. They were handing out the hand lotion that they used during manicures to customers as a gift. I intend to return to this establishment for further spa treatment.

I gave it 1 star because leaving none isnt an aoption. I went on Friday for a gel manicure and pedi, my pedicure, she didnt pain my toes completely. And my gel manicure has already changed color. I took my daughter for a kids manicure and pedi, they charged me like it was for an adult and they did not provide all the services. And to top it off, at check out, I wrote a tip down that I believed was reasonable due to the lack in service, and was questioned about it because it was 2 people who worked. It was my first time, and most certainly the last. I paid an excessive amount to leave extremely disappointed.

The woman who did my gel nails got it all over my skin and In 24 hours it snagged so easily from my skin that the polish ripped off with the snag. This happened on 3 nails. Typically my gels last me 3 weeks to over a month. The woman was rude and grabbed my wrist angrily for not taking my hand out of the UV light machine fast enough. The entire time she also kept trying to sell me more and more things and wouldnt take no for an answer. The facility is beautiful so I expected it would be a nice place, but Ill never come back here.

I would never go here again! They are way too over priced. For the price, your better off going 2 minutes more up the street to Walmart. Her work wasn’t that great neither was the overall experience. Never again...

Full set acrylic w non-gel polish was $40...fill w gel polish $40...overpriced.. No problem with service but $80/mos for fills will not be my norm.

So I got gel nails and I thought they were to last longer then normal polish and the day after I got them most of the polish popped off. They were rude and the lady who did my nails made me bleed.

Absolutely terrible. The woman trimming my cuticles did a horrible job. She acted as if she couldnt be bothered and rushed the whole time. The other woman actually painting my nails, rushed through the entire manicure. She got up several times to do other things. The whole atmosphere is unprofessional with uncensored music and provocative music videos playing. Its been less than a week and every single nail has started peeling. I will never be returning, this place is a joke.

The absolute worst experience getting a pedicure here. The nail tech rushed through it, did not adjust the temperature of the water, and rushed through the pumice part of my feet. I came in with rough feet and LEFT with rough feet. I will never come here again and will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly people, did great job with my nails. Massage chairs were relaxing while I received my pedi. It cost $75 for mani, pedi with the works, it was very relaxing.

I had an awful experience in this establishment. I would NOT recommend this place its way over priced and they have TERRIBLE customer service. I had the man... I believe his name is Jay or Jake he was very rude. He cut my cuticles way to short & the polish job he did was horrible. There was a girl holding a video chat or instagram live for them while he was doing my nails. Very unprofessional... at one point she put me on her live feed without my consent. There was very inappropriate music playing on the tv... not children friendly. Do not waste your money!!! All in all I will never spend my hard working money in this place again. Ive had better experiences in cheaper places. Maybe because theyd actually like to keep their customers. This place does not care about their customers.

This was my first time coming here. Ive passed it many times as I go to the gym. Absolutely wonderful and will be coming here every time now! I got a mani-pedi - the colors you can choose from are many, two people work on you at once so it saves you time, the chairs are super comfy, the people are super friendly. I had Mimi and Ana - so kind to me. I got my eyebrows done as well - great job. The prices are good too & they have many services available! 5 stars w/o a doubt!

Twee did my nails and within the first 24 hours one broke and I came for repair and the man with all the gold jewelry was rude and told me to come back and although twee was nice she didnt do a good job with acrylic nails and the second one broke today! I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and they never break....so just dont let her do your acrylics!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A SALON EVER. If I could give zero stars I would.I had gone here before for eyebrow waxing, which they did a very poor job. The two did not look the same, had different shapes and thickeness. But I decided to try and see how they would do for a nail job.Literally gave me such a horrible manicure, worst one I had ever received. Beat up my entire cuticle on multiple fingers, and even made me bleed at one point. The ladies were not helpful at all. When the manager came over to me they said it was because the lady worked on me was loosing her hearing due to old age. Don’t make someone work with customers who can’t understand what they are saying!!!!! They were not nice or acomidating to me at all, and were arguing with me when I was just telling them that they ruined my cuticles. They told me there was nothing they could do for my cuticles without ruining the paint??? They put a glittery top coat when I didn’t ask for one???? Also half of my nails aren’t filed straight???? When I pointed all this out they just argued with me and we’re not accomadting at all and made me pay full price. AND this all happened after waiting over half an hour. DO NOT GO HERE if you are someone that 1) values your time 2) values your money and 3) actually wants a good nail job.All in all they made me pay full price for ruining my cuticles and I get more and more angry every time I look at my hands.OH and afterwords I was speaking about this incedent with my friends who all stated they also had negative experiences, one girl even stated that her brother had to go and get toe surgery after receiving a pedicure from here because they did such a poor job it resulted in an infected ingrown toe nail.

I will never set foot or spend my money in this joke of a nail studio ever again. I spent 62 dollars on a full set of chrome gel nails, and thought I was leaving happy. After one day there were chips on the gel polish and looked like they had been worn and seriously beat up. I called and was told to come in to get them fixed free of charge. When I went in there they simple told me theyd change the color... which okay but the difference in cost of a normal set of gels is a 10 dollar differance I was under the impression I would be reimbursed... well I was wrong, so for what I paid I ended up leaving without I want, not what I was told & basically throwing away 10 dollars. Will not be returning also Tu seemed to not care at all that the set she had done on me were ruined in less then 2 days.

My friend and I were having a girls day out and we wanted to get our nails done. The people were quiet, didnt have a lot to say, and one other person was video chating while she had a customer. One cusromer came in, trying to get one of the sale ladies attentions, but was watching TV. It was a bit expensive, and my friend and I got gel and our nails are already chipped. Hasnt even been a week yet. Unhappy, not going to this place again.

Brought my daughter ad a treat to get a full set, which was suppose to be $32. It totaled to 40 because she wanted a rounded shape! Unbelievable!

This is the most misleading - borderline theft - I have ever had the unfortunate experience with. Their price list for a wax job for half leg is $30 & up. One would assume for both half legs. Nope, when you go pay you find out its PER LEG. I have been waxing for over 25 years and legs are assumed to be waxed TOGETHER! In CT - one of the most expensive states in the US - I pay $25 per set of legs! The lady was friendly but very misleading and justified that &up to mean 60 dollars for two legs. NEVER AGAIN!

Nails only lasted for about 4 days before the acrylic started to lift. Not worth $50.

They made me pay before service. It was a super long wait and my nails chipped imediatly after I left👎🏻🙄

They charge by length and my nails aren’t long due to my job. The workers need to work on their attitudes and faces before it doesn’t end cute!!!!

I will NEVER take my girlfriend back to this place. Her nails looked terrible and the nail tech sliced her finger open with a nail file.
