It was my first time at Nailscape and my first time getting my nails done since the pandemic began. Lizzie did my nails and they look amazing. The place is very clean and all the Covid precautions are in place. I am so glad I chose Nailscape and cant wait to be back.

Elizabeth did my nails and they were perfect! I spent many years going to an expensive salon on Park ave and Nailscape provided the same quality with a better price. They didn’t try to upsell me but they suggested gel for longer wear. Nice shop, ok prices and great quality.

My first time back at a nail salon after a year, and I felt very safe at Nailscape. They took my temp & asked me covid questions prior to my service. The salon was super clean with covid protections & not crowded. Lien did her usual great job with my mani/pedi.

Did a great job on my nails. Took my temperature before taking me back to do my nails. Was sanitizing every thing she used including the chair I sat in before I even got my jacket on.

I highly recommend Nailscape ! They are so professional and clean. It was a great first experience. They have a new permanent client. My feet and nails look amazing.

The Best! This is bar far the best nail place in Rochester. Hannah and Helen are excellent. The owner and his wife are so friendly and they greet you with a welcoming smile! They serve you coffee and do their best to make you relax. Hannah is the best at pedicures but they are all good!

I felt very safe walking in to get my pedicure. First my temperature was checked then, I had to fill out a short health form about my travels, any symptoms of Covid-19 because they are required by NYS to record it. I was there for about one hour. They gave me a mask because I forgot mine. All the clinicians had their masks on at all time. I really appreciated the safety. I saw them wiping down all the equipments as each customer left. Next time I will bring my daughter because I know it is clean and safe.

A GREAT place to get your nails done! A little pricey, but WORTH IT! My 87 year old Mom likes to go there to get her chin hairs waxed! They take Wonderful Care of her. I really appreciate the Service they give. Highly Reccomend!

Nailscape is a very clean and well kept environment. My friend and I went into Nailscape to try it out to get pedicures, and they were AMAZING to say the least!! The customer service was immaculate. I would recommend Nailscape to all of my peers. We will be back!!!

I have been a loyal customer for 6 years and unfortunately after this visit I will not be returning. I paid $30 to get a gel manicure. My technician was yanking and pulling on my fingers, making comments about the dry patches on my hands, getting upset if I moved at all, and she didn’t take the time to clean off any of the gel polish on my skin.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Love this nail shop. Only one I go to to get my nails done because I trust the workers. Everyone of them is really good. The man who works there does great pedicure massages and the environment is very welcoming. Always greeted when walking in and they always ask whether I would like any water, coffee, or tea which is not normal in other shops.

I went here for the first time yesterday based on the good reviews. When I walked in the lady showed me the colors but rushed me to pick one. There were over 100 and it was my first time so I wanted a minute to look at them all. She wasnt rough with my nails but she did file off too much using the machine and now they’re thin and sensitive. I came in with nails I loved that I had done in Europe and told her I wanted to keep the same shape, just shorten the length. She totally changed the shape and made them square, which I really dislike. I told her to make them less square and there were some communication issues but she eventually tried to fix it, however they are still too square for my liking. The thumb and pinky nails on each hand are different lengths and she left the sides of a few nails unpainted. The lady was nice and gave me tea but I think next time I’ll try somewhere else. A gel manicure here costs $30 and if you want an almond or stiletto shape it’s an extra $5 (!!)

I went to this nail salon about two weeks ago and got a pedicure and a manicure! their hot stones and warm towels are AMAZING!! the service was spectacular, everyone there was so nice and friendly! I didnt make an appointment and I didnt have to wait very long. I would recommend this salon to everyone!!! great prices and service! absolutely would go back again!!

What a pleasant surprise! thought Id just drop in and see if they could take me. Everyone there was pleasant, cheerful and more than accommodating. My manicure and pedicure were great! I keep going back. I would highly recommend this simple but warm and inviting place.

The best in the area for gels & pedicures and Ive checked out or used them all. Im a picky person and rely on having lovely hands and feet. The massage chairs are new and really wonderful. I was treated very well and quickly. Nine Star Nails will now be my regular salon over 4 others within a mile.

Went there awhile back to purchase a gift certificate for my mother. She loved it there because every one is so nice and professional.

Have gone here for years. I like that you can just walk in. Staff is always friendly and professional. Very clean!

This salon is nicely kept. The staff is pleasant, and they left me pleased with the services I had done. However, their prices are a bit steep (even for Pittsford) so coming here often is not something I have available in my budget every few weeks

Wonderfull Staff had a wonderfull experience. My wifes nails are so cute. Hanna is the bestDesigns are all done by hand no stickies. I am into Spas. This is a terrific place. Mainly concentrate on Nails and pedies.

I went here for a mani pedi 2 weeks ago and had a great experience when I was assisted by HELEN. I go back yesterday for a refill and was first helped by Helen, then my things were moved to Amy’s chair. I like manis to treat myself and relax, this woman was pushy, tried to up sell me multiple times, and rushed me. They’re advertised as being open til 7:30, but rushed to get me out by 7, after she said that’s when they actually close? FINALLY, as I was leaving she says “go go, I have better things to do than see you.” Who in the right mind would ever say that?? I’m never going back. If you do, have anyone but Amy assist you.

Everytime I go there the customer service is amazing! I’ve never had one complaint on my nails or eyebrows since I’ve been going there and it’s been close to a year!!

This place is terrible, i got here with my wife to have a pedicure and manicure. Lady was not detailed and saucy. When were about to have the pedicure we discovered they were only going to give us basic because they said they were busy (what bs). We left and discovered an awesome place (brighton nail&spa)

This place was absolutely disgusting. Dirty stations, unsanitary tools, I was rushed through my fill, my nails were crooked and uneven. I only went here bc I left work at 8pm and they were the only place open on Monroe Ave. and I was desperate for a fill. NEVER again....
