Frankly customer service is not their best skill, cause some of them do the most...with a attitude. They argue over you and refuse to do certain nails design...cause as the owner states, Im too busy. The eyebrows lady argued with me over my own eyebrows when I told her I wanted the tails cut off. Then proceeded to talk about in her language. Last week I went there the lady did my nails like she was blind and tried to charge me 5 dollars extra. I used to like them, but Im not going back. Rude and poor customer service. I put up with it cause they did walk-in and I had like how my nails looked. Depends who does your nails though.😒🙄

Khanh is a sweetheart and is very talented with her work! This was my first full set EVER of acrylics and it was fascinating watching her work. She even put acrylic on her own nails as a sample so I could see which color I liked better! I absolutely love this place and will be coming back 🥰

Great place for a manicure or pedicure. Priced appropriately. Ive seen the staff clean the foot baths out so I know its a clean experience. I feel good tipping extra here because the ladies are so nice and talkative.

They do a decent spa pedicure. The price is reasonable. However, they usually make you wait soaking your feet sometimes 20 to 30 minutes if they are doing other clients

The lady had no idea what she was doing. It was literally just a fill and some gel polish. She didnt even polish to the end of nails. I had to keep showing her where to polish. When she was done it looked like my 8 year old did it. She cut my nails down they are all different sizes and crooked. The polish was coated thick on there. Its peeling off in 2 days. Absolutely terrible. My pedicure I was in chair for 2 and half hours. Ridiculous...

I was a walk in over Labor Day weekend..My wait time was decent considering I was a walk in.. I like the wide selection of gel polish, and I appreciate the rebuilding of one of my toe nails that I chipped...The nail tech noticed my nails were thin and uneven...She evened up my nails and applied the necessary amount of acrylic to thicken my over lay..As a first time customer I am satisfied with the services I received,and would highly recommend Sky Nails.

I called to make an appointment an hour prior and when I arrived at the time booked, the lady never wrote my appointment in her books and tried to tell me to come back 4 hours later. She changed her mind to one hour later and when I arrived, she still wasnt ready and had me sit with my feet soaking for over an hour. Whats the point of calling to make an appointment if your appointment isnt honored? I hope that theyre actually going to do my nails with some form of competency, but I wont be coming back regardless.

Realize nail salons just opened . Made a appointment like we are supposed to. Came in on time for appointment and they asked me if I had appointment and told them yes. They told me they were very busy and to come back in a hour. If that is the case what is the sense to make appointment. Highly do not recommend . Very poor service

My normal nail tech lilli is out of the country for a bit for death in the family. They put me with a lady who didnt seem to know what to do for ombrè nails, very little blending and took 2 hours 20 min. Not perfect as youd expect for over 2 hrs.

They slow, They have you make appointments but then when you show up for your appointment you still have to wait ! They make everyone try to use the ATM to try to get extra money, when they can just take your card and swipe it themselves !

The owner with the terrible skill.i came here with my friend.my friend told me she came here before and they always do a good job. she got a beautiful full set.Young lady did for her a good job.but i got a terrible full set.i let the owner see a lot of pictures ideas nails but she cant do it.if she cant do it she should let me know before she start my nails.all the nail crooked.my polish look bubbled after she put the top coat.

Went to Sky nails forever. We loved Lily, but about 4 months ago, every time we call they tell us she is on vacation. Well we got fed up, and looked elsewhere! So glad we did, we found Lily and Pam on Stone road near Perry’s. Wish they would have been honest and told us Lily was no longer there.

Horrible I was told by my coworker to come here Im going on vacation tomorrow my feet and nails look horrible I paid for pedicure and a manicure also they want to charge me 10 more to clean my feet if been getting my feet done for years never heard of this before you know how the clean your hands after make sure its nice well not mine this mess is crazy I feel to leave here and go get it done right Im very unhappy but its my last time Ill never come again....😡😡😡😡 very unhappy see the lady getting her nails just was told to wash her hands I guess if you not a regular this the mess you get Im so upset

I am not a very easy to please type of person! I must say this place has greatness in my eyes. They are very nice and do excellent work very professional environment. They also do great lashes and they give you the royal treatment. Sometimes we can be a bit skeptical at nail shops but this place is very clean you trust to put your feet in their bowl.!!!

I have been going to this nail salon for years. I have occasionally gone elsewhere, but I ALWAYS come back here. Recently I had tried another salon and once again, I returned to Sky Nails. The other salon had not tended to an ingrown nail as it should have so I stopped by and Pam took care of it for me without charging. A couple weeks later, I went and got a proper pedicure at Sky Nails. All the technicians are very thorough when providing a pedicure. Its like I have new feet when I leave! Everyone that works there remembers me and other family members who have come in with me in the past. Recently updated chairs are very comfortable and the shop is always well maintained and clean. I can not speak about manicures as I do not get that service. Pedicures are the BEST though!!

Took my daughter for her 16th birthday to get pedicures. What an awesome experience; the hot stones, hot towel, foot massage and back massage was great. And we have pretty toes lol ;) Prices were excellent and staff was extremely friendly. Studio seemed very clean.

Have been coming to Sky Nails for years. Not going back. Usually had Pam’s brother do my pedicure and he always did a great job. Today I had a male technician who had dirty nails, cut my toe nail so short it hurt, and stopped to watch the soccer game many times during the pedicure. I had to remind him to put a base coat on under the polish. Very disappointing

They are the worst nail shop I have ever been too. They are in a rush to do other people nail and have do your nail. They talk about people in there language. And by law they are suppose to clean behind every one and they done. Im calling the health department

I went into the shop for a pedicure I walked inside the fumes was strong. I ask for a mask like they all were wearing. They ask me to wait a minute. I waited for ten minutes and still no mask myself and my daughter ask again they said wait a minute that they were busy. My daughter said let go go mom they dont need our business

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Every single nail bled because my cuticles got nicked so deep, the paint was all over my fingers, I had to wait over an hour for my pedicure **while my feet were in the water**, people were not pleasant.

I have been trying this place for a few months now, because I can walk to it from my house. I’ll never waste my money again . Every time I get gel nails from them they apply 4 coats of color!!!!! It chips within 4/5 days. No more than 2 coats of color are needed. Also on 2 of my pedicures (different times) they cut my with the cuticle trimmer. My toe was sore and swollen for 4 days(didn’t get infected, thank god ) . I’ll pay more to go else where . I really tried to like this place .

Come in to get my brows touched up every few weeks, never have to wait more than 20 minutes for that service and they always do a great job.

Went with a friend first thing on a Saturday morning. I had to bring my 1 year old daughter and she sat in her stroller for the appointment. She was babbling loudly, the customers were getting a kick out of her interactions. Pam the head tech said she was annoying. Then later when she was getting restless she started huffing and puffing. I was made to feel ashamed of having a young child. I wont be back. I have been going here for years but NO more.

Honestly, this place deserves a 0 star rating. It was my first time going and my last. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before. They were very rude and they messed up my nails twice. They charged me $35 for coffin but then gave me a square which isn’t what I asked for. They also were very rude to my mother when she was talking to me they kept interrupting and talking over her invading our conversation when not spoken to. Never will I ever go here again.

Awful awful awful do not visit. After waiting forever the nail tech sat us then took a call from geico and spent 20 minutes on the phone. Then he took FOREVER to finish. The nails have bubbles and are rough and there is gel all over my hands. My cousins look just as bad. Would not recommend

Tried them a couple times. At one appointment I had a pedicure and was talked into a gel manicure. Pedicure was so so. Gentleman talked me into a gel manicure .... I give you discount because you do both today ... not!!! Gel manicure didnt even last a week. Go to pay and he charges me full price and the smile he had while making me think he was giving me a discount ... gone. Didnt even say thank you when I paid. A few days later I had a type of fungus on two toes. Be careful!

Cut down they over charged me and then when i showed them where my nails are different shapes and sizes not to mention it looks like my 3 yrs painted them the guy starts waving his hands in my face yelling fine fine now you wait 2 hours for a fix .... Dont come here!

It was ok, but I have gotten great service from them, but on this particular day there was a lady that didnt want the man to do her nails. Ok now I was already in a chair gettingservice, but after she took my nails off for a fresh full set, I was asked to move to let the guy do my nails. I didnt have a problem with that,but it seems as if he didnt like the fact that she didnt want him to do her nails. He did an ok job, but now I understand why. He wasnt very friendly and once he made a mistake and I asked him to correct it, he got a lil frustrated. Well he wont be doing mine again and by the way if a person has an appointment and theyre late, they have to wait until there turn now. Show up on time. I normally leaves a good tip, but today didnt deserved for one

Reasonable prices and love my nails

I told my daughter and friends for a nails date! We enter the establishment and was told to full set was $25.00 all the girls got there nails done same way different color but was charged $35 for two of them and $40 and $45 for the other two. When inquiring about the total I was told “ GIRL! IF YOU NO LIKE GO SOME SOMEWHERE ELSE!” How when the girls already started? I stated to her it was very unprofessional the way she spoke to me and I don’t appreciate it and all she could say is “MISCOMMUNICATION” to make a long story even longer I will never patronize them again!

This place did a HORRIBLE job. First we ask if they had gems/rhinestones they said yes that we could pick them out when its time to put on well asked again making sure they had them they said yes. Well when the time came to put them on we said how about them gems they said gems? We dont have those then went and got little kid stickers and wanted to put stickers on them. After paying 50 dollars for gel nails every single nail but 2 have bubbles on the surface one of the thumbs the nail is completely crooked when we said something about it they filed the end of the thumb down so far they dont match any other fingers I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you go to this place and ignore this review I feel horrible for you

Ive gone here before, however this time I went was AWFUL. The woman who was doing my nails, who did not give me a name and spoke nearly no English did a terrible job. I was getting a fill, and it took nearly 2 hours when I fill generally takes no longer than 20 minutes. Not to mention, she gave me a cut all the way across my index finger, started grinding into the skin below my natural thumb nail, and made the cuticle of my pinky nail bleed. She didnt speak enough English for her to understand my complaint. Also, the design she did looks as if a 5 year old drew a couple lines on my fingers with no artistry. She charged me $32 for this monstrosity, which I reluctantly paid due to her be unable to understand my complaint. If you do however decide to go to sky nails, I have been told Pam and lily both do an excellent job, although I will never go to this salon again

YES YES YES! BEST MANIS AND PEDIS EVERYTIME!!! Plenty of mani tables and pedi chairs so walk-ins dont wait long and friends could all get done at once. Always a full staff, everyone is professional and their work is top notch. The first time I went, I wasnt familiar with their hours... My sister and I walked in 5 minutes before they closed and they took us with a smile, we didnt even know they were closed until we left! The service menu includes a lot more than the usual nail salon, they are my new #1 for sure. :)
