They do good work at Michael Nails but the price list does not accurately reflect your true cost. For instance a pedicure is listed as 30 dollars. It is not mentioned however that a polish is not included, which it should be. Especially since you are told to pick a polish before being serviced, and since all polishes are gel and add 10 dollars to your price it might be worth mentioning up front.

GOT MY NAILS LOOKING LIKE A SPOOKY SNACK 👻🕷️It is true that the waiting is very long as it is a first-come-first-serve and the techs working do not take appointment and they dont have any organizing system like numbers for the people but everyone waiting is very honest about who is up next. The techs do an amazing job and it is 100% worth the wait and they are super kind and I felt really comfortable there. This place is super affordable. You will get in and out in no time, even without an appointment. I had my nails removed and acrylic put over my real nails and they did an amazing job. The girls are super kind and do great work! My go to nail salon now.

I absolutely love this shop and everyone in it !! Especially Michael himself. They are so friendly! Ive been coming here for 14 years consecutively and Ive never had any issues. I leave satisfied every visit.. there is nothing but positive vibes no matter if they get nasty customers or theyre not having the best of days. They dont take it out on the patrons. Prices are less expensive but just as good as a trip to a overpriced spa. Ask for Lisa, she can do everything you want and more! Just make sure you go during the week; it is less crowded. It gets super busy on the weekend.

I’ve been going to Michaels since 2000. He does great nails but needs a Sign in sheet to avoid patrons cutting in line. It could cause problems. I always wait at least a minimum of 1 hr 30 minutes. The shop could also use renovations and a thorough cleaning.

Love Micheal. He is always so nice and willing to help his customers. He is always giving deals and his work is ALWAYS excellent! Thats is why Ive been going to him for almost 17 years and will continue to go.

It was great on my first visit, loved my nails and wanted to go back there again. I went back for a refill and had one of the girls do my nails. She spoke Chinese throughout, holding my hand in mid-air while she talked. My nails looked horrible. I told her she was not really doing what I asked for and her response was Im sure you would be horrible if you do it.I was patient until she was done and told her I didnt like it but she said done. Spoke Chinese to the lady whi was going to get my eyebrows done and that one pulled out half of one of my eyebrow. Icing on the cake; they made me pay full price instead of the price for a refill. I paid just trying really hard to avoid getting into an argument. I will never go back there again especially when they mess up your face because you complained about your nails.

If you want nails done very cheaply, staff that will sometimes skip over you or let someone else skip you, and nails that come off quickly this is your place. Thick nails. Michael is the only one who does well, the rest are just in it for quantity.

They are disrespectful for no reason they lie cause one of the other ones say something. The employees are nasty effin people PERIOD! I set up an appointment for 730 I even arrived 15 minutes early, and the lady tells me that I cannot come in because theyre closed even though they close at 8:30 and she cancel my appointment that I need 10 hours earlier . Slow service, no number book, you pretty much have to talk to customers to see whos next. And the staff definitely play favoritism to certain customers. There very expensive for poor customer service. And the English hes definitely a barrier I definitely would not recommend this place to no one.
