I went for a massage to treat myself while on vacation from work and it was well worth it! I got a 1 hour swedish massage and it was fabulous. The only negative thing would be the noise- I could occasionally hear some louder people that were down in the salon area on the first floor. Perhaps next time Ill come during the week or at a less busy time. Overall it was a great experience.

I feel they did an excellent job on the services they provided. I had the full body salt rub, the full body massage, and a full set of acrylic nails. I say it was well worth the money. 🙂

I was trying to decide whether to spend more money at an upscale Day spa or try this place. I went with this place. The facial I chose was an anti-aging facial and the cost was $100. Though it was really great in most ways, I was shocked when the facialist said, ok I will wait for you outside, I thought it would be an hour .and it was only 45 minutes......spending $100 plus $20 gratuity for actually just a thorough face washing was just not worth it. My good friend, said though I looked relaxed, there was no look of antiaging. I wish I had not done it. Not worth it $120 for 45 minutes/.

Visited the salon on a weekday afternoon for a manicure. I called a week before to make the appointment for me and my boyfriend to get manicures together. The person who set our appointments was very professional and helpful in suggesting services that worked for us. The salon was clean and had a great atmosphere, and they had COVID protocol including sanitizing hands upon arrival and signing a statement of health. The nail techs did a great job on both our nails and made my boyfriend feel very comfortable! Plus, you really can’t beat the great Park Ave location nestled between cafes and restaurants. We’ll be back!

Unprofessional and lacking talent in my opinion. The stylist couldnt even do the simplest hair style for a prom. Then she got mad because I didnt want to just settle for the messy unprofessional and unattractive hairstyle she produced. In the end I had to basically tell her how to do it. Should have saved my money and done it myself at home.

Went in for a facial, massage, and essential oil wrap. They were thorough in their screening prior to my massage, everything was clean and neat, and I left feeling pain free and rejuvenated. With this being my first time, they were kind, patient and professional. Ill be going back and I highly recommend trying their services!

My husband encouraged me to go for a spa day and be pampered to celebrate my birthday. I had a mani/pedi, a deep tissue massage, and finished the day with a hair cut and some highlights. The only thing I didn’t absolutely love about coming here was the parking, but that’s just what it is.The salon and spa is VERY clean, and is warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. The pedicure and manicure were definitely relaxing, and well done, with high quality supplies. The massage was so very relaxing and that hour just flew by. The RMT was wonderful and professional and definitely made me feel comfortable.I LOVE what Maggie was able to do with my hair. It’s thinning and very fine, and had been dyed black, but she was able to lift the old color and give me some really beautiful caramel highlights, and she cut my hair perfectly. She’s also super personable and professional.They are located about an hour away from my home, but well worth the trip. Prices are incredibly reasonable in comparison with other places, and a really great value for your dollar, as every member of their team is friendly and warm.I will most definitely be back for myself, and also to bring my mom for a day of luxury when she visits next bc she absolutely deserves it.

Ive never met a hairdresser that took such great care of my hair by taking her time, making sure she knew exactly what I wanted plus even offering her own expert advise. Friendly and a great sense of humor. If I could give her more than 5 stars I definitely would. While I was there all of the hairdressers were engaged with their clients and enjoying their experience! I found my salon for life. FINALLY!!!. Thank you for an amazing experience.

BEST nail experience Ive ever had. The place is clean and smells wonderful. The selection of nail colors is huge. This is one place where I know I can count on great looking nails every time I go! There maybe places that cost a little less, but in the end this place costs less because their work doesnt chip or crack. Nails look great for weeks!

I love coming here, especially now since Covid hit, they are taking great precautions for the guest and employees. I come here to have my hair done although they offer a wide variety of services. I have really curly, THICK hair and many hairstylist struggle cutting it/ styling it... BUT NOT Genine (I really hope I am spelling her name correctly), she styles, cuts, and colors my hair to perfection every time. They have amazing affordable prices and use high quality products. I highly recommend her for the curly hair gals, any one in general whose seeking a great cut!Go check her out!!! You wont regret & youre helping support a small business.

The lady did what she could but the haircut felt rushed and gave me some choppy layers. I had to go to GreatClips so it could be fixed.

I cannot say more positive things about Park Ave Salon and Spa. I have been going to Gina, one of their estheticians, since I was a teenager. When she moved spas, I followed, and I am so glad I did. Gina is an incredible esthetician. She is constantly learning new skills to make me feel more beautiful on a daily basis. She helps to make the most conscientious moves for my lifestyle and makes me feel at home when I’m with her. The spa extends that same family feel. From the phone call to remind me of my appointment, to checking out with the owner, everyone on the team greets you with a smile, and makes you feel welcome. Since COVID the team has made it clear that safety is their top priority, which reflects their overall importance for cleanliness and hygiene. This is the only place I would recommend for waxing (body and face), facials, specialized facials, brows, lashes, lash extensions, and care products.

A few weeks ago I received the best hair cut! I could not have been happier! I just moved to this area from out of state and was very nervous about trying a new place. I was more than pleased! It was my first time here getting a swedish massage! I absolutely LOVED the atmosphere, sweet music and essential oils filled the room. It was also the perfect temperature! Not too hot or too cold. My masseuse Karen did a wonderful job, I have had a total of 5 massages at different locations and I have to say that this one was by far the best I have ever had! Will definitely be coming back again :D

I brought a small bridal party to Park Ave Day Spa for an afternoon of pampering and we all had a great time! The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. I called them a few months in advance and told them what I was looking for and they were able to advise me on the perfect combination and schedule of services. The three of us got massages and Mani/pedis. Everytime I called to ask a question or tweak the schedule, the receptionists were so polite, gracious and professional. Our masseuse and our nail technicians were so friendly and professional. When I made a mistake booking and want wanted to add extra services, the manager was so accommodating! There was even a small lounge area for us to hang out in during our downtime. Plus, I think that their prices are very competitive compared to a more mainstream spa. I would definitely recommend for small parties looking for a homey, relaxing afternoon!

I had the pleasure of receiving a pedicure from Kim. She was professional, knowledgeable and very kind/personable. My appointment with her was definitely the best pedicure I’ve ever had, my feet look great. My experience was pleasurable from beginning to end! I highly recommend both Kim and the salon :)

I had my hair cut and colored here last week by Bethany. In addition to being an awesome, down to earth conversationalist who you can speak to without feeling like its forced, shes a fantastic hair dresser! Highly recommend. And to top it all off, they give a nice discount on any product you buy after your service. Cant wait to try the spa services next time!

I had the best experience today. Literally called at 1pm for a last minute appointment as a I was invited to an event the next day. I had an appointment to come in at 1:30.The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.I recieved the best cut and style from Lily Beth. She took the time to ask what I wanted and suggest what would look good according to my hair without it being too severe. She made me look amazing. Her honesty and candor is so refreshing. I will absolutely be back to make sure I keep my new look up.If you book with Lily Beth you will be in very good hands.

Lily is a god-sent. If you have any type of texture to your hair, shell know how to work with it. Super personable, funny and talented. If I didnt live out of state, Id go to her every time! Finally walked out of a salon without wanting to re-style my hair.

Gina did my Brazilian today and even though it was a little on the painful side, she made sure the whole time that I was comfortable and was doing okay through the process. This was my first time doing this waxing with her but I went in the past there but did it with someone else. I will definitely be going back to Gina! She is funny and keeps the conversation going so it never gets awkward!

The person who answered the phone was helpful and quickly set me up for an appointment with a hair stylist that would fit my needs. I paid a little more to have Caitlyn cut my hair and it was worth it! The pre haircut consultation was perfect. I told her a few ideas of what I might want, she listened, and then expertly told me what would work best with my hair type and age. I trusted her immediately and was able to relax.She spent a lot of time with me and I think this may be one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. I will definitely go back and refer friends to her.

I am so happy with the way I have been treated but the staff at Park Ave Salon, I was actually using someone else and I decided to try out this place because I have heard such wonderful things about them and they did not disappoint.

When I went to Park Avenue Salon I only waited to get in for my appointment for only about a minute or less. I was very pleased with the salon and how well it was decorated and kept together.

The website indicates they are open until 9:00. At 7:45 PM, I called to request an 8:00 pedicure and they declined, saying, “we are about to close.”
