I started coming to dream a while ago. I’ve went to Peter and Giang. They both are wonderful nail techs. Every time I’ve gone, I felt attended to and absolutely loved my nails. I am never disappointed. I look forward to coming every 3 weeks. The salon is very accommodating, engages with their clients and wants to meet their clients needs. I’ve been recommending to all!

Victor is amazing as both a person and a stylist. His attention to detail is amazing. His communication is top notch making sure he is understanding clients desires on length and style. He made me feel and look fabulous. Already booked my next appointment with him. His passion will take him so far in his career!

I get my manicures done by Giang and she always does a great job. She makes sure my nails are exactly how I want them and takes her time. She makes it easy to schedule appointments and is on time. Dream salon and spa has friendly staff and is a very clean salon. I have gotten pedicures done by many other nail techs as well and I always have had good outcomes and experiences.

I went and got a full set of acrylics and a gel pedicure today. I had Peter for both and he was amazing I love my nails they look stunning they always do. Every time I come here it is always clean they are very nice and Professional. Next time you go ask for Peter he does a wonderful job

My friend recommended Dream salon to me because I wanted to get my hair colored. I had the best experience here than Ive had anywhere else. Heather did my hair and stayed past open hours just to finish! She did a beautiful job and did it exactly how I wanted. I cant wait to go back and I highly recommend! The prices are very reasonable as well.

I had 3 nails break within 2 days, and all together 6 nails broke within like 10 days! I went in to fix the first few but after having 6 break all together I told them I needed a refund or something. The girl called me and sounded super nice and told me to come in for a free fill but then after they did my nails they still charged me! I would’ve never went back there for a fill to begin with if I knew I was going to have to pay. Anyways never going there again! The girl that works the front desk is nice, but absolutely the worst nails I’ve ever had in my life!

Got a manicure and pedicure done here foe the first time today. To start I called a few times, once to change what I wanted 45 minutes before my appointment, and they were friendly every time and more than happy to let me change wjat I wanted. I ended up getting acrylics with multiple different colors and wanted matte coating. I felt very demanding with how many different things I wanted but he just laughed with me and assured me it was about what I wanted. His attention to detail was amazing, he really took his time. Ive been a few places where i felt rushed, I was jist another $$ to them and this carried over to the pedicure. The massage was extensive and felt great! He made sure to ask lots of questions to know exactly what I wanted.

I absolutely love this salon! Ive been going here for a couple years now, and Sarah is one of the best hairdressers Ive ever had. Ive gotten bangs, layers, trims, highlights, lowlights, and baylage done by her over the past couple years and never once have I walked away disappointed. She even takes the time to curl my hair when shes done, which I know takes extra time. I also come here for frequent pedicures and eyebrow waxes, and again, Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone here is skilled and so friendly. I cant recommend this salon enough!

I was a long time customer, nails, pedicures and hair cuts and never thought of going any where else. I had a very disappointing experience with a hair cut. When I called less then 48 hours later I requested that I wanted to come in to get it fixed I was told by my hairdresser that I would have to pay for another hair cut($35.00) I was shocked, disappointed and even a little hurt. I refused to do that and she said well come in and I will see how much I have to charge you, I had every intention of tipping her to fix it, at this point I was angry and told her to forget it. I went to another salon and paid for a great haircut. After a week I went back to talk to the owner she was not thereI was told by the owners daughter that she would call me. Whole I was there my hairdresser came outAnd asked if I was upset with her I said yes I was and she said she felt like I was taking advantage of her.I almost laughed in her faceWho is taking advantage of who?I never heard from the owner, I guess long time customers dont matter. Kathy I will miss you. You were a great nail tech, I will miss the fun you me and Winn would have when I came in, but I will never come back again.

Im a guy and the woman that cuts my hair is extremely pleasant and remembers who I am despite me getting haircuts only 3-4 times a year. Clean and not overly feminine decor and a nice calm atmosphere. Will continue to frequent for my haircut needs.

This is to go nail place and they always dona great job. They have walk ins available and I occasionally do that and only have to wait about 15 mins. and Im taking back. They also do waxing and the ladies are great.

Went for a gel manicure. The person I had spoke very poor English but had no problem chatting with her coworker in their native tongue. When it came time to pick a color the first three I picked she could not find any of them. They use clippers to trim my cuticles three of them bled. The gel was messy and their credit card machine wasnt working. All in all it was a terrible experience. Will never go back again

Made an appointment with them today because my normal salon was closed for the day and I can firmly say these are the worst set of nails I have ever gotten. Theyre uneven and chunky, my nail tech who I believe was named Kathy rushed, bent my fingers around to the point it made my knuckles ache and when I asked her to fix them she said she would file them later which she never did. She gave me a hard time about the form of my nails and i am not impressed what so ever. Will not be coming back.

I have been coming here for all services for 8 years .I have never had a bad experience .Heather, Danielle, Alyssa and Phuong are by far the best hair stylist and manicurist I have ever had. Everyone working there is so welcoming from when I walk in the door to when I leave . They all make you feel at home and they put so much effort into making sure you leave satisfied with the services . Great job Dream staff!!!

This is my second experience with Dream Spa. My mom and I made an appointment and came the day before my wedding. My mom requested that we sit next to each other but was told no because we didnt request it when we booked the appointment. Sad that they didnt try to accommodate, but understandable if that is their policy. Our second experience was for my moms wedding. She called, made an appointment, and requested ahead of time that we sit together. When we got there we were told that we couldnt sit next to each other, again, because they had already set up their stations. When we tried to explain that we just wanted to sit near each other so we could talk and enjoy the wedding experience together a very rude woman told us that it wasnt her problem because she didnt book the appointment. Its a simple request that after today just lost them two clients.

One of the best places to get a walk in pedicure without a wait. The salon is clean and very relaxing. Many services to choose from and reasonably priced.

I gave this place a try two times. Both times I feel I had a stylist that lacked experience cutting short hair. I asked each of them if they were comfortable with short hair, not to be rude, but because short hair hides nothing, and it takes three to four months to grow it back out and try again if mistakes are made.Both stylist said oh yeah.... we’ll both cuts were awful. Like I wanted to cry but didn’t want to make them feel bad.My last cut on Saturday (1/2018) I asked for a stack that gets longer in the front with lots of layers and I received a total chop job...these stylist really need to just admit when they aren’t sure how to achieve a cut so patrons can go somewhere else. Don’t just say you can if you can’t... I even had pictures.Now I’m pregnant feeling fat.... with bad hair for the next 4 months.I do not recommend this place if you have short hair.The one star is because it wouldn’t let me post no stars.

I got a a gel manicure here. As soon as I left, I noticed that on several nails the polish did not go all the way down to my cuticle or the side of my nail or was very thin and nearly see through. On one finger, the gel layer went onto my skin, so I had to be extra careful not to peel off the color while doing normal activities. I had to take my manicure off leas than two weeks after getting the manicure, despite the tech saying it would last 3 weeks. My friend, who also got a gel mani, had several cuts on her fingers from the tech. Thoroughly disappointed.

I got a gel manicure done here last week and it is the worst one I have ever had.My nails were filed unevenly, I felt as though the nail tech was rushing me (even though I had an appointment) the gel started peeling off after 3 days, and I paid more here than any other salon I’ve ever been to.I would not recommend going here if your looking for a quality gel manicure.

My husband and I love Dream Salon & Spa! We started going there since our regular stylist, Heather, began working there. The place is really nice, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer a great variety of services, they have something for everyone. Their prices are very reasonable, at least the mens haircuts. My husband did get a cut and color the last time we were in and it was very reasonable. I have had a mani/pedi and was very happy with the services and price.Nothing against the other stylists there but if you want a great haircut, style, color, mani/pedi, etc. ask for Heather. We have been with her for almost eight years and will not let anyone else touch our hair. She listens to what you want and has always given us exactly what we are looking for. The salon itself is the only Wella salon in the area and Heather is certified by Wella on their products.Overall, I would recommend Dream Salon & Spa to anyone, man or woman. One thing to know is that if you want to tip you must have cash, they dont allow tips to be put on credit or debit cards.I hope my review helped you!
