I came to Rochester dpw the Mayo Clinic and wanted to relax so i was looking forward to a pedicure and nails. Lily did my nails and asked what length. I said medium. The nails were short and crooked. I kept pointing out that they were not even the same length and and crooked she said she would fix but didn’t. Never have my nails looked like short stubby toe nails. I had to pay 145 to leave disappointed. I can’t wait to get back home and have someone do my nails that was actually trained and licensed.

Top notch experience at this nail salon! Best pedi I’ve ever had! Got the Green Tea and Honey pedicure. It was so nice and luxurious. Place was very clean and a nice relaxing atmosphere. My nail technician did a wonderful job with my nails and massaging my feet and legs. I have an injured leg and she was so light and gentle with it there was no pain at all. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!

Angel is the absolute best! My nails are always perfectly shaped and my no chip manicure lasts for weeks. Highly recommend!

I don’t understand why this place has so many fake reviews. I almost did not go because of this. Decided to try it out and got a dip manicure- my technician did a great job. A week later and they are still looking good! I would go back.

Usually my go to but lately I havent been happy with my dip gel manis just feels rushed and sloppy. Had to go back twice to get redone these past few months.

Never again. Cold water for our pedi, cold lotion for our legs, towels were luke warm and no refreshments offered. We spent $300 and no discounts. My sisters mani consisted of her standing up by the chair while finishing her pedi.

Wonderful staff, excellent quality products, and wonderful attention to detail... Looking forward to my Pedicure next time 😁

I walked in and sat right down to the best pedicure Ive ever had. It almost put me to sleep which was just what I needed. They always offer tea or water and try to make you comfortable. Prices are reasonable and Ive never been disappointed!

Got a rainbow accent nail for Pride. Tech was super patient and did an amazing job. Next time I went, I got a French tip. Tech re-did one of my nails several times until she was happy with it, which tells me they are absolute perfectionists. Its the most perfect job Ive ever had/seen. Ill be back!

Great service!!! Super disappointing to be charged $25 extra just for gel polish. That is 100% a rip off! However, the ambiance was great, the service was great, the people were kind. The price not so much. Gel isn’t really that much more expensive, it also is better by drying faster. It does not always last longer. To do a electrical free drying machine also is saving y’all money! I suggest lower price of Gel polish add on!

Salon seemed okay when walking in, but the lady doing my manicure wasnt wearing shoes, and its been less than a week and my dip manicure is already falling off my nails, not just chipping off, but coming off entirely. The top gel coat is also starting to peel off. I cant say that I will ever return.

Had an amazing pedicure with Lilly today. Opted for the more expensive one (still affordable) and was massaged and pampered for 45 minutes before getting my toes painted at the end. Well worth it! Coming back soon!

Finally found a nail salon I enjoy. No matter which pedicure you get, they give the longest calf/foot massages. Always polite and clean. I have gotten a few gel manicures as well and they last longer than other places. A punch card is also available.

Absolutely love this place! I paid 66$ (including a tip) for a luxury pedicure and manicure! They have a wide selection of Mani/pedis to choose from. My pedicure was wonderful, she spent half an hour rubbing my feet and legs. She did a great Job on the polish and even put a pretty flower design on my toes. My manicure was good as well, she rubbed my hands and arms for a while too. Great job on the polish and it lasts a long time. She even helped me get my coat and shoes on when I was finished so I wouldnt mess up my nails. So kind! Theyre prices are affordable and reasonable for the great service they provide. Would 100% recommend If youre looking to try a new place. Love them!!!!

Wonderful and relaxing pedicure! My 2 daughters and I enjoyed our very relaxing pedicures! Very clean and the staff and service was amazing! We will be going back!

Angel is great! Not the greatest service with everyone else though. Have come here with friends and had tried others myself but Angel always did the best job!However the last few times I have gone for a pedicure I got basically an infection around all my toes, but never have an issue when going to my regular salon (Rain, Sola Studios). So this was a little disappointing, haven’t come back due to this and have no issues at Sola. Also prices here are a little weird and can be expensive for a gel pedi and did not realize this until trying others in the area and realized I was overpaying, A LOT.

Seriously... this is the BEST place in Rochester for any nail service... by FAR!! I got talked into going to a different place this past weekend by a friend and I will NEVER cheat on my nail salon again!!! I went in there, 41 weeks pregnant and selected the best pedicure on their pedicure menu... and I was given the best foot/leg massage Ive ever received!!! I think she worked on my feet and legs for a good hour. It was delightful. That night, my baby decided to arrive! Im not saying this is 100% correlated but I think it had something to do with it!! I cant say enough good things about this place... it is CLEAN!! They use tub liners, all of the tools come from sealed packages and they use dixie cups to pump the lotion into. Very clean and very friendly staff!! LOVE it!!!

Always in here and have had great service. Took my bridal party here to get our nails done for the wedding. After explaining several times how I would like my nails done and showing a picture. They still messed them up completely. All I asked for was a shellac square French tip.Long story short they did not do this and they said it was my fault. The only way to fix it was acrylics (which I didnt want in the first place). This was after they filed my nails down too short and filed the edges down so far they made me bleed. They never gave me my full manicure, left one hand with out cleaning my cuticles, have one hand that they knicked that took forever to stop bleeding which they tried to stop my putting a q-tip in acetone over it. Then when it was all done they charged me for having 2 sets of full acrylics, shellac nails and double charged my card. We are still trying to get one charge removed as they double charged most of my wedding party as well.Will never go back again after the way we were treated and how terrible the owner/manager was during it all. She admitted later it was their fault but just told us oh well you pay for all extra time you took from us and our business.

Horrible customer service. I rarely get manicures/pedicures unless it is a special occasion. I paid extra for a gel manicure and pedicure for family pictures and within three days my nails chipped and peeled in multiple places. I went in before leaving for a family trip to show my nails and ask for them to refund me the extra I paid for gel. They dont do refunds and asked me to come back after my trip for a repolish. Today I did that during a slow time. The man that did my nails was so rude to me and kept asking me who did my nails. I did not remember and he was all ticked off he was doing them. I have always gone to this place for my special occasion nails and will never return. No one apologized, which is fine, but I was completely uncomfortable for the 15 minutes it took to redo my nails. The manicure was the worst one I have ever seen.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON.My Review: The girl cut all my nails and toenails down to the quick after I told her not to and to stop multiple times. It then felt like she was straight filing my nail bed and it was so painful. She tore up my cuticles and now theyre torn and peeling up my fingers. My feet werent soft afterward and my hands are a mess. I wish Google would let me upload a picture. $55 later and I never want to go back to another salon.

I absolutely love Herbal Nails. Ive been to many other salons and always end up going back to Herbal and sometimes I feel bad because the staff at Herbal has to fix an awful job that I had done at another salon! Im now completely dedicated to Herbal Spa and Nails!

The jelly pedi is awesome. Like being able to soak your tootsies in warm jello. Worth the extra $10 in my book!

Twan is pretty amazing, Ive been going to see him for years now as a referral from another salon owner. He is always very pleasant and consistent with quality work.

Had an appointment at 1130. The tech arrived at noon and took a walk in instead of honoring the appointment. When I mentioned again that I had an appointment I was told to continue to wait.Overall very disappointed in this experience.

I love going to Herbal Spa! The owner, Angell, is so detail oriented and very accommodating. After 4 days of being unhappy with my gel mani (which is the first time I’ve been a little unhappy!) I went back in and she fixed what I didn’t like at no charge.I also used to have a pro tat other salons that my gel would peel off in a matter of a week or 2 but they’ve never peeled since coming here.Love love love!

Best place in town to get a mani and pedi! The whole place is really clean and they use liners in the foot basins that get changed after each use. The massage you get is amazing and last longer than any other places I have been too. The people are very nice and gentle too.

I had my first mani pedi last night at Herbal Spa & Nail and it was a very good experience. The staff very friendly and took their time to make me comfortable. I will definitely return.

Not very impressed for a 1st time client for a few reasons. First, they charged me 45 dollars more than my friend I was with (we got the exact same things done). I dont know why or how that could happen. A price is a price, so why would it be that much of a difference when we got the exact same thing done? Second, I kept asking for gel but the lady I was working with ended up doing the powder dip even though I kept saying I wanted the gel. And third, the powder dip looked horrible. It was bumpy and had bubbles in it. She also missed parts of my nail so it looks like the color isnt covering 1/4th of at least 6 of my nails. It was a bad experience overall.

I used to love this place & come once a month if I could. Once my nail tech moved (Twan) I didnt come for awhile until this weekend when I had a friend from out of town come & we wanted to get a mani/pedi. It was pretty awful; the girl who did my pedicure was fine, she was a little rough but not as bad as the guy who did my manicure. It was horrible!! He was extremely rude, very rough on my hands, he cut two of my cuticles & they bled, & he didnt give me my discount. I am so angry & disappointed with this place; half the people are new & they raised their prices a lot. Im really sad theyre not good anymore. Also DO NOT try the dip/powder polish, it hurts!! Im still in pain with this polish & its been 2 days! Im going to get them removed today somewhere else. It turns out the main ingredient in this stuff is the same as krazy glue! Do not go here, they are not as good as they used to be!

I was super excited to get a pedicure, because I dont do it often. The lady I had was rude to me. I wore a dress because it was nice outside and thought it would be easier than rolling up pants. The lady shoved her hands and a towel between my thighs. My dress wasnt short, wasnt like I was dressed inappropriately. It made me uncomfortable that she touched me like that without asking. Then I asked for pink polish. Instead I got red. This place is also super expensive. Because I got gel and a massag that didnt last long it costed $75. Not worth it. Never going bac here.

Very disappointed with just about everything that I had done. My feet werent even soft after my pedicure. I also had a full set of nails put on its only been a week and they are lifting up bad. The cost was also more then Ive ever paid for a pedi and full set. Never again.
