Once I did my part to get my vehicle back, I co taxted them and they were able to get me in that same day. Nice service at front desk. Were understanding about the situation. Fast service in a hectic time of my life

The case of wrong vehicle weirdos They stole money out of my vehicle.Be careful there try to get you to sign papers before examining your vehicle as well make sure once you examine your vehicle you lock your doors they are thieves improperly tow a vehicle

My appointment was at noon & I was taken care of pretty quickly. The front desk can use some customer service skills but other than that I cant complain. All my items were in my vehicle!

Dont use them they will tow your car the wrong way and total your transmission and your car will be returned with scratches on it

They are extremely rude and do not follow their own rules, cant even stand up to what they say a minute ago. Terrible, terrible and more terrible.

The hours are 9-5. But they stop taking appointments at 3. They give you the run around. The little authority they have will make you wait wait wait. Until they are good and ready to take care of you. The worst thing they do is move your vehicle around with a fork lift so you have to check for damages. Not sure who will pay if there are.

I feel my experience is worth a mention because it is quite contrary to what others have written for reviews. I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this company and my sons vehicle due to his error. But he was able to make an appointment for same day pick up, and we arrived several minutes early and were able to process paperwork and collect the car with no issues. There was nothing unprofessional about our experience. Everything on and in the car was intact, nothing was missing and the gentleman that brought the car to us engaged in professional conversation. It was only unfortunate that my son got into the mess that caused us to have to visit the tow company. I feel terrible for folks that had less than ideal experiences, but if you do have to deal with Par Towing, keep an open mind as it may affect your experience outcome.

Par Towing are not at all who they say they are!! Fraudulent’!! They are out of Hickory Hills and Eric Tavsrez Sanchez is a thief for the company and many innocent people losing there vehicles by Par Towing!! Stay away!!!!

We had one of our trucks towed and had to pick it up by far the best customer service we’ve received with any tow company in Illinois stand up people very respectful and understanding mark, Ryan and russ great assets to this business. It isn’t always great when your property gets towed but if you realize that it isn’t there fault there just doing there job the process is very smooth.

Very poor customer service. Long wait time even with appointment. Ask that you sign paperwork before receiving property and or vehicle, place damages before hand to cover damages found at pick up. Thankfully I had pics a week before repo took place

The service is good. But what i really dont like is. If you are getting paid already by a car dealership for towing or what have you, why should people be charged for their own personal property in their car? Makes no sense at all. And the people who are towing should be doing just that towing. You dont own the car so what right do you have to enter someone else car and charge them for their personal items to get even more.??? That is a straight rip off and should be investigated by the better business bureau. If youre getting paid already by a company anyway to just take a vehicle. Will definitely been filing a complaint with them.

Really underestimated this place. Read all the reviews and 90% of them are bad. I expected the worse service ever but in my surprise, they were all so kind, nice and friendly. All my belongings were in my truck (even tho they did a mess). Dont go base on the reviews! Maybe if you go in there with an attitude, theyll treat you the same way.

The woman in the office was kinda and helpful, but they took forever getting the bag of personal items from the car out of their inventory. Plus my sunglasses had been broken from being thrown into the bottom of the garbage bag they used.

Crooks! No Stars!!Par Towing is a den of thieves. Their employees steal from vehicles and sell the goods for cash to buy drugs. Even spoke to a former employee and he said its a regular practice and the guys rummage through peoples cars together all the time. Remorseless criminals...absolute scum...worst of the worst. Wont waste my time

My car was towed by the people at Par Towing, at 9851 S. 78th Ave., in Hickory Hills, IL. When I went to retrieve it, I was told that there would be a $60 fee to recover my personal property which included my license plates. I paid the $60 fee and my car was brought out front. After checking to make sure all of my items inside the car was still there, I signed off on the paper work acknowledging that I had received my personal property. Before I pulled out of their lot, I tried to scrape the yellow paint from my windshield, and as I got the front of my car, noticed that my front license plate was missing. I went back inside and told the girl behind the window that my front license plate is gone. She assured me that it must either be inside the car or I never had one on there. Another guy comes out and tells me that that is how the car arrived in their lot and that they didnt have my license plate. He then asked me what would anyone want with my license plate? what could they possible do with it? Oh I can think of many things someone could do with a stolen license plate. So instead of arguing with him, I dialed 911 and when asked what my emergency was, I told the 911 operator I needed to report a robbery. Two patrol officers were there in 10 mins. and just as I began to give my report to the officer, the owner of Par Towing comes out and says Oh weve found your plate, its inside one of the tow trucks and the driver is on his way in to bring it, hell be here in 5 mins. Amazing, that they swore they didnt have it & didnt remove it from my car when they towed it, but as soon as the police was on the scene, they somehow went to great depths to find it!If you ever encounter Par Towing, make sure you check, double & triple check your car for your personal items before you leave there. ESPECIALLY YOUR LICENSE PLATES - BECAUSE THEY PUT GREAT EMPHASIS ON THE $60 FEE TO RECOVER YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY & LICENSE PLATES!!!!

They towed my car away,paid for the car but after that was told they dont have my car,driver is keeping it,also was told come back at 2:30pm,came same story, nobody knows where is the car and driver of tow truck. Probably they partying my car out...will call and report police

Very very very rude was there with my elderly mom and it was 90 degrees they refused her comfort while she had to wait for over 1 hour had to call the police for them to just give her a seat till they found the vehicle not to mention that they told her that they opened at one time over the phone only to find out it was a hour later and it was not posted very unprofessional staff not customer friendly at all

Illegally towed my car and they illegally contacted my vehicles Finance Company who in turn came and picked up my car with no notification to us. This place also damaged most of my personal property in the vehicle and they will be expecting a lawsuit very shortly as both myself and my attorney are holding them liable for all damages. I have over $2,000 in property loss and damages because of them and one of their agents even dropped some of my belongings in front of me which broke on the pavement. Staff is also incredibly rude

Worst place ever they steal from you and act like no there’s nothing in there they want to dig into all your stuff but yet won’t give you your stuff back they stole my phone talking about will you can use iPhone find like really you have my phone and you know that I can easily like it but yet they won’t give you the phone they rather keep it so ridiculous place is horribl o don’t know why it’s still even open and why people even work with them.

Soooo..... Mysteriously my car needed a jump and now the Anti-Theft is activated and my car wont start.. Called the Chevy Dealer and was told that this happens when the battery is switched out...🤔🤔🤔🤔

La mujer que atiende es muy déspota hasta para contestar cuando le hacen una pregunta te mira de pies a cabeza o al menos eso hizo esta ves me atrevo a decir que su mal trato fue por ser hispana, cuando llamé dijo que no cobrarían ningún cargo y cuando fuy por mi camioneta salio que si tenia cargos $50,00 por día y no agarran tarjeta le dije iré por dinero y no quiso que regresara ese mismo día con efectivo, que por que solo es por cita.
