Got my nails done for my sons wedding. Had a blast with the staff and customers.

Went here under a recommendation and Ill never go there again. First of all when you walk in there are no prices listed anywhere. I got a pedicure first which was sufficient. The girl was nice at least. Then I got a full set which was done by the owners wife. She did a good job. The design was really cute. Meanwhile her daughter was doing lashes for a customer and they looked nice so I said I wanted mine done too. Not long after the daughter packs up to leave and i said. Wait. I want my lashes done. She goes, my mother will do them. Shes great. I learned from her. Her mother did my lashes and when I was trying to look at them she started rushing me to leave. I noticed there were clumps of glue under my lashes. She insisted it would be fine when it dried. It wasnt. The next day it looked worse as the glue was all very visible and the glue beneath my lashes was turning white like weave glue does when it gets wet. Probably because thats exactly what she used. 30 second hair glue. Anyway I called them and alerted them to the issue and they told me to come in. When I got there, she looks at me and goes there nothing wrong. That how we do it here. Then she involved a customer and asked her what was wrong with them. The customer answered that they looked old. Then the owner said hed give me my money back but to take them off. I asked for glue remover. They didnt have any. The wife walks up to me and proceeds to rip the lashes off my eyes with nothing to break down the glue. I stopped her and tried to remove them myself. After trying unsuccessfully for a few minutes I just left and the whopping cost of this nightmare was $135!! Smh

Horrible service 8 hours wait....3 different people do your nails...unprofessional jokes. Rude techs!!! Favoritism with customers!! They should be called RUSH NAILS because thats what they do once they seat u after hours of waiting. not WORTH THE WAIT OR THE MONEY!!!

Every time I go to Antuan’s I receive fast and friendly service. The shop is a very welcoming place to go and I ALWAYS leave satisfied with my service. I will never go anywhere else in Rochester as long as I live here. And I’ve been a customer since I was a high school kid. The quality of service on my eyelashes was questionable. The person that did my lashes put them on incorrectly. They where uncomfortable and had to be taken off early. After taking off I had to got to the doctor because my eye got infected.

Customer satisfaction is not their goal. They dont aim to please nor like to take in account how you want your nails done. My nails are hideous!!! As along as they can get you in and out thats that matters to them.

One of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. My service was horrible, I had 4 different people do my nails. They were rushing & rude. The second lady to do my nails did 7 nails and had asked me to pay. My nails have dips in them, they are not smooth. It’s going over my cuticle, and my thumb nail isn’t even properly shaped. I had gotten gel polish, and it doesn’t even seem like gel feels like normal polish. Will never go here again!

Antuan is one of those places you go if you want good service if youre from Rochester you already know of him kinda places so come prepared cause itll get busy just know youre in good hands and will have a good set

Its always busy there so you have to come when they 1st open or make sure you have an open schedule but the atmosphere is nice and comfortable and Antuan and his wife Nancy are beautiful people! Im always happy with my results.

Very disappointed did my nails there the first time good job. Second time i called was told to come in. Got there 20 mins later they say they are close. Not even open the door. So mad i took a bus all the way there to be turned away. I can spend my money else where. Poor customer service

Ive been a good paying customer for years never complained I had a bad experience with my eye lashes Nancy did by the time I got home one eye came completey off I called to give her a heads up for next time not looking for anything in return and she told me she cant help me she havent had a problem all day she do her job very good so she dont know how to help me. I will not be spending my money in a very arrogant place again thats not how you do good paying customers. And Antwan is to rough on hands he over books and rush on nails after you sit and wait for hours. not a place for Older person hes to rough. When shaving ya nails down to apply the fake nails its not suppose to hurt using that machine that means hes using it wrong Never again ✌🏾️

Did not do my pedicure good they are very unorganized.

They need to add way more workers. I was in the salon for 4 hours (literally) and I only got a mani & pedi. When I told them my nail was crooked they wouldn’t fix it (I hadn’t left the shop yet). You can tell it’s a rush job.
