I gave 3 stars because they took me in right away without having an appt. For that Im grateful. Time was of the essence and my regular spot was booked. My overall experience was pleasant with the exception of product I received. The nail tech was nice and accommodating. But when somethings not right and you know its not right, dont try to play it off. Admit to it and offer to correct it. Its all about the customers satisfaction. My issue is the color of the dip and the design on the nail. I came in with a dark blue dip with a design. I told her I wanted a dark blue dip. She gave me the color samples and I found the perfect dark blue. I showed her the design, but it was too difficult for her, so I made it simple and she agreed no problem. She used the dip which was a lighter shade, more like tealish. She said it will darker when she applies some other stuff. Im like OK. But it didnt, it was a darker shade of teal. The simple design she said no problem, apparently was a problem because its all jacked up. I told her about the color and shes telling me well you can see the blue. No ya cant. Anyway, I didnt have time to debate or anything else, again, time was of the essence. I just wont be going back.

I love this place! The woman who work here are the sweetest on the planet. Theyre always happy to see me and make my day with their compliments and excitement. Theyre very affordable and the quality is always great. I sincerely recommend.

Today was my first time at this salon, and it will definitely not be my last. My pedicure given by Ana. She was amazing. She is the sweetest person. Le, the owner provided an organic ombre. It looks beautiful. Le is also super sweet. Great place. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful experience going here with my daughter for a girls day! Everything was wonderful from the amazing pedicure to the wonderful ladies that work at the spa. I will Be going back my feet feel amazing. I almost fell asleep while my legs and feet where being massaged 🙌

My daughter wanted the nails to be shorterCalled to make an appointment for it. They were nice on the phone. Once we got there the girl that cut her nails was rude and rough.

I am disappointed with the work that I got done. I had a pedicure and dip powder with extensions. The pedicure turned out nice the only thing that was wrong was my feet were still rough. I also showed the nail tech what I wanted my nails to look like and it looked nothing like how I imagined it. I eventually ended up going to a different nail salon to get my nails redone.

This place restored my hope in nail shops again. One it was clean, open and naturally lit and located conveniently with ample parking. I was greeted upon entering (and not by the overpowering smell of acetone like most places) and only had a short wait where I was ushered into choosing a color. Im not very well versed on getting my nails done but they listened to my ideas. I got a the dip? With matte and one metallic nail. They were gentle and precise. I also wanted lashes last minute bc I didnt know how to install them. They put them on for me and walked me though the process. I would def visit here again.

Fantastic service!! Very clean and beautiful layout. Top quality results. I really enjoy spending time at R Nail Spa. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I first came as a walk-in for a pedi and dip mani and they attended to me right away. I made an appointment for two weeks later, and I was attended to as soon as I arrived. They have a huge color selection for dip powder, gel polish, and standard polish. Highly recommended!

Not detail oriented. Come here for basic nails, nothing that requires detail designs. They charge too much for the service that was given.

Went for a pedi. Had an appointment, and was on time. Waited 15 min, then asked when wed be seen. The lady doesnt even bother to look at and tell me that we would need to wait for the other three ladies in line. Dont take appointments if you cannot fulfill it.

I have been to many Nail spas and this one is by far the best. The level of professionalism I experienced as well as the work and skill is phenomenal. I love the positive energy going in there and I recommend this to anyone who wants good work done. They know how to do ombre’s here and their dip powder looks great. The work is wonderful and so are all the workers !!!!

I drove around Henrietta trying to find a place that does a chrome finish and not only did I find it here I also found my nail home!! With a little patience and understanding you can easily feel like family here. They are very kind. My nails werent perfect the first time but I also rushed her to do a full set in about 45mins, faithfully I went back for a fill and my nails are the best Ive ever had! I will be here every 3-4 weeks for my fill and chrome refresh!! Thank you for my beautiful nails!!

My daughter and I went yesterday for pedicures. The pedicurist kept pushing and talking about how I needed a gel manicure. Finally, I asked for 2 regular manicures, so she would just stop! She continuously harassed us thru both of the manis that gel was the best choice. She proceeded to do my cuticles and one coat of clear polish. She refused to do any color telling me it would chip when I washed my hair. My daughter suggested a light pink, and she finally stomped over and grabbed a bottle. Meanwhile, she insulted my daughter, telling her how dirty her nails looked with 2 chips. She even painted our cuticles and applied bubbly top coat! We woke up this morning, and before showers or any housework, experienced peeling nails...lol! NOT chips from normal every day activities, but PEELING POLISH, and each one of us has a chip in the pedicure. I would NEVER return. It was the worst. There are too many great quality places in our area with kind, experienced proessionals! Pick somewhere else ladies and gents!

At other salons I have frequented, you don’t always get what you ask for; not so with Milan, she always does exactly what I ask for and better! The salon itself is beautiful; it is very well organized and sparkly clean. I am big time OCD with cleanliness, so this helps that all the nail stations are “tip-top!”Milan does a fantastic job with my nails, I used to get gel manicures, but she introduced me to the dip; I have been hooked ever since. She does EXACTLY what I ask for, and always going above and beyond. We have friendly conversations; she makes me laugh with her awesome sense of humor!! I always look forward to my appointments with her.Bottom line? This is a wonderful clean nail salon with AMAZING customer service! Never any pressure or sticker shock. Milan has been my nail tech close to 5-years now. I’m here to stay!

I love this salon! Everything was extremely clean and it had a great atmosphere. My tech, Mylan, was absolutely amazing! She did a great job on my Easter inspired nails and was so nice to chat with. Everyone there was so wonderful and Ill definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!

My daughter and I stopped in on a whim for a manicure and pedicure. The service was phenomenal! The atmosphere is very uplifting and clean. The staff is very friendly and appreciative. Our manicures and pedicures were not rushed like most other nail salons around. We will definitely be back to have our nails done. I also found out they offer other services like waxing and eyebrow tinting which I am excited to try. I don’t usually post reviews but I am so impressed with the service I want to show my gratitude. Very reasonable pricing and money well spent.

Gina was absolutely amazing. She knows her craft very well and gave me top notch suggestions to create the perfect look. She gave me an elite waxing job and think I may have the best eyebrows in the world right now! It was my first time there and I felt like we were high school buddies. The place is very clean and chic as well!

I had a really lovely time at R Nail Spa! I got a dip powder manicure which was $40. my technician did an excellent job and my polish just cracked after smashing my finger in a door but not a second before. I did wait a bit longer than I would have liked, but my experience was so good I cant complain. they only do cash tips so be sure to bring some cash along with! lots of options, a clean space, and a friendly staff! would definitely recommend.

My first visit was very pleasant. We made an appointment and got attended too couple of minutes later. The young American girl did a fantastic job with my gel. My second visit it wasnt great. Like usual I made an appointment but I had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes. They took someone who was a walk in to let her gel soak. Annoying but okay. The owner I believe did the my nails so quickly that I had to come home and file them my self. She did not take her time at all she was rushing because there was another customer. I got my nails done 3 days ago and its already chipping. This was my second visit and last.

Had 2 appointments for pedicures. Waited 45 minutes to even get the second one started. Cut my toe, good thing I picked red polish. Expensive for the care received.

The owner Lee was a pleasure and great at her job. I got the gel nails and I love it. This is a new nail spa so you definitely need to stop by and check it out. R nail spa is very clean and they have new nail files for each costumer and try not to reuse as much equipment.

I wish I could post the picture of my nails. I went here 3 days ago to do my nails and it was not a great experience. I got an infection in my nail and she did awful on my color. She was nice but they keep trying to force people to keep spending money. I told her I didn’t want powder and she asked me 6 more times before starting and then would say “it’s up to you though”.. I said no sooo many times and they kept asking. I would not recommend this place at all. They are not clean and they are really pushy. They are also unprofessional. They were laying on the chairs and on their phones non stop. Their prices are also pretty high. For me to get a manicure and pedi here it was $67... that’s without a tip... no no no ✋🏼

Truly wasn’t impressed, the polish was nicely done but the over all experience was very sub par. Second time there and I got a simple manicure, which was extremely rushe. The technician didn’t even buff out my nails, nor did she put lotion on them... Never have I been to a nail salon where they do not do either of those things for $15.

Buyer Beware! Make sure you get all services included with what you purchase! They will try to rip you off or not include all services! I will never return! I went in with my daughter and they kept packets that should have been included, we should have been given those, we bought them, they kept them. Certain services were not performed either. I was ignored when I asked about them and one of the women demanded to know what we were going to tip her when we were cashing out! I used to love going here, the new employees are not very good, quite gossipy and trash talk certain types of clientele. When they upsell they make it seem like a scam by trying to high-five each other secretly.The shop is not as nice as it used to be. Not worth the drive anymore, nor my business!

Firstly- tips are cash only, so be sure to go prepared!!I very, very rarely get my nails done but I decided to go to R Nail for a manicure today. Mulan did a great job, but the main reason for my 5-star review was her excellent service. She is so kind, and patient. I was unfamiliar with the whole process and honestly was clueless as to how to explain what I wanted. Despite my vague description of what I wanted, Mulan nailed it (pun intended). I got a dip powder full set for $40. R Nail does not smell like chemicals, like other salons do. It’s a small, clean, welcoming business and I will definitely be back.

I booked an appointment with this place because of the many 5 star reviews... wow was I disappointed. I came in for nails with dipping powder. To me, the station I was at did not look clean. The tech did not have clean hands and NONE of the tools were in any kind of sanitizer. When cleaning around the cuticles, he rushed, causing one them to bleed. Today, it is red and puffy. There was only myself and one other customer so there was no need to have rushed. Honestly, I don’t think my nails look that great. There was absolutely no conversation... only two comments the entire appointment. I still gave a 25% tip, because I feel it’s the proper thing to do after receiving services, but I will never be back. I have no idea how this salon got the great reviews that they did! Unless everyone in the shop was just having an extremely bad day!

First things first. Nobody is perfect. People have bad days. We are human.With my experience, I just found the salon about a month ago. And I love it. The first time I went, the lady took me in 30 mins before closing, and she took her time and waited for the nails to dry. Even though they were closed, she was very patient and kind. My second experience was yesterday. The same woman worked on my nails, then her granddaughter did the dip. Which I love. They are very kind, sweet people. I absolutely love the style of the salon, the cleanliness and the diversity of people working at the salon. I love how they put on the tv (if there is children) to entertain. I love how they offer bottles of water. And most of all, I love how my nails come out every time. Will continue to go to this salon. Love it.

This was my first visit to R Nail and I have to say Ill be back. The staff was fantastic! The salon was clean and orderly. I like that they offered an organic herbal pedicure which was awesome ! Give them a try!

After giving this nail salon 2 tries since they had a lot of good reviews, Im sad to say I cant recommend them. The first visit I had made an appointment earlier that day. I was early to the appointment but waited well over the scheduled time to be seated for my mani pedi. The service was rushed and the staff kept accepting customers even after the store had officially closed. The girl working with me left me on several occasions in the middle of my service to go attend to these other customers. She then for some reason polished my toes and nails before using lotion therefore not being able to properly lotion both hands and feet.My second time here was a Sunday morning, no other customers were in the store. A male staff attended to me and again the job felt rushed and sloppy. He was very rough with my feet and it was not a very pleasant experience He also hurt my cuticles when doing my nails and very roughly filed causing me pain. The polish looked very sloppy on both hands and feet. My gel polish on my hands lumpy and thick in placed. Its been less than a week and its already peeling.I spent $40 the first time and $60 the second since I got gel polish. This is not the cheapest place and I expected much better service. I will NOT be returning.

I came for a walk in basic mani pedi and was so impressed by how kind and lovely all of the nail techs were! I had my nails done by Milan, she is so cute and sweet! She even put my shoes on for me when it was time to leave. She helped me choose a nice color as well. She was so gentle with my feet and careful with application. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. Definitely will be coming here again!
