This was my second and definitely not my last time at W Salon. My stylist Jessica is PHENOMINAL. My hair was sort of a mess from self-coloring and highlighting, and she was able to make me look brand new again. I love how she takes the time to personalize your experience by asking what youre looking for in the end result, and offers suggestions. I told her to do whatever she thought would look good on me and she was right on point. Her coloring skills and technique make for a perfect and healthy look. She is so sweet and such a great stylist! I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. Thank you Jessica!!!!

I cant say enough positive things about the W Salon! I had a very unfortunate experience at the salon across the street and was treated very poorly, so I made a quick by chance phone call to the W Salon and they went above and beyond for me got me in and treated me like I had the appointment all along never rushed me or made me feel like I was a burden. Not to mention my hair turned out amazing and I cant wait to go back! You have found yourself a very loyal customer! Thank you Jenna & Sydney

I always have such an wonderful experience with Emilie at W Salon! She has been waxing my eyebrows for years and she always takes her time and does a amazing job. I recently got a facial with her and she was very attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I walked out feeling great and learned a lot about my skin. She also took the time to write down some products that I can use. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone I know!

W Salon is respectively following Covid-19 restrictions.Ive been coming here for a couple of years now and I love their service! I have curly hair and they always have people on their staff that can cut my hair well. Highly recommend for cuts, styles, and highlights.

I just had my first visit at W Salon. I had been going to my hairstylist back home for years and after moving I realized I needed to find a new stylist/salon here in rochester. So after doing some research and reading the great reviews I saw about this Salon I booked an appointment with Raquel. She was amazing and did a fantastic job. I realized that I had never truly been wowed after getting my hair done before. I always liked my hair but Raquel took it to a whole new level. Besides doing a great job with the highlights and cut of my hair she was so friendly and held a great conversation. She really took her time and made me feel so relaxed. She also gave me great tips and suggestions for my dry hair that I never thought of before.The salon itself is beautiful. Its so well designed and everyone is incredibly friendly. The customer service here is awesome. I had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend for anyone to go here. Coming from someone who always reads reviews before they buy or try anything, trust me when saying that once you go here, you wont want to go anywhere else!

A young lady named Jessica did my hair. I wasn’t satisfied with how she did my hair, however, what really bothered me is how terrible of a person she is. She is inconsiderate and nasty. She pretends she is kind and sweet; don’t buy it. And don’t ever go to her!

Dont waste your time. I called to book for a bridal party (10 girls for hair and make up) they told me they werent taking new clients. Im sorry you dont want my $1400... Ill give it to someone else. They also told me someone would call me back and they never did. So my second call is when they told me they werent taking new clients... why not tell me on the first call.

I used to love it here. I went recently asking to go darker, I got the same color I had. (The owner even asked, blonde again?) Well I guess so, now.I asked for the oil pretreatment (I was sold on) especially because it was supposed to help with sensitive skin, never happened.I asked for a smudge root, I don’t know what was done, but it wasn’t a smudge root.I recently had my hair cut by another salon and was asked ‘do you know your hair is uneven?’ Yes, I had suspicions, that were now verified.I’m hoping to find a salon to deliever great hair like this place used to. 😞

When Jonathan was doing my hair, it was in the best shape and cut. Unfortunately I had to switch hairdressers at w salon when Jon was on leave. I went to Gabrielle for a while but over time I felt like I exasperated her when asking to switch up my color and highlights to help cover gray. There was never enough time when I booked haircut and color. I was discouraged in trying balayge and rose gold shades. The last color and cut result in my hair being over processed and fried. I went in the next day to voice concerns with my husband who also goes there.. Actually my husband talked for me because I was scared. I ended up buying $65 worth of products to help me. My husband complained the next time he had a haircut about the service I received and the money paid. Simon had also remarked once about how my husbands hair grew back after only 3 weeks since his last haircut. My husbands hair was often very choppy and coarse after his cuts. He also voiced concern about disparate treatment from the front staff at times who dismissed him in favor of other customers. He got a phone call asking him to not come back and that they would not be servicing him in the future. I called the same day he got this call and cancelled my future appointments. They did refund me $201 for my fried hair and products I bought. I just cant help but think this is not how Simon and Jonathan do business. But they did us a favor. We pay good money to have great hi haircuts and hair color. This is a selective place that doesnt have the time to spend with customers. I booked my color and cuts at night when it wasnt busy, so Im not sure why there wasnt time to take care of me. You should feel glorious after dropping $120/$130 on hair...

I recently got highlights/babylights and cut at W Salon by Jessica Toye she used the new pure pigment drops by goldwellny in the toner! I had an amazing experience! Jessica is amazing at what she does and I highly recommend her! She has a keen eye and is superb at detail and perfection! I absolutely love my new hair cut and highlights 😍
