Tonight I got my nails done my Amy! She did AMAZING! she was quick and efficient and hand painted my nails to perfection. I will be back!

The sweet little lady claimed I had a hang nail that had to go, I told her multiple times it hurt. But she kept digging, after pain for a day I picked off the Polish to find the hole she left in my toe. Will never go back.

I go to lucky nails frequently but tonight will be my last time. I had dip nails done, he was so incredibly rude. He kept adjusting my hands in awkward positions and then repeatedly telling me to relax. Hard to do when my fingers are in contorted positions. At one point in time, I pulled away in pain when he drilled the skin around my nails. To finish he put on 2 clear coats and told me to hold my hands up under the lamp in his workstation. He then proceeded to touch them to see if they were dry, they were not and 3 of them are smudged.

Walked in for a simple manicure. They squeezed me in! Tech was rushed. Did not do good trim on cuticles. Nail polish was globby. Said to let it dry good so sat there longer than normal. After 2-3 hours it was still soft and not polished very well. Rush rush! Went to work and on my working hand opening boxes etc. not hard or rough work, the polish chipped off half way down the nail. The other hand had those marks and bumps made when the polish was too thick and not dry enough. Won’t be going back!

Had an excellent pedicure with Rose. She made my feet look great, was nice to chat with and her attention to detail was perfect. Rose suggested gel polish and showed me her gel polish that survived a vacation with trips to the beach while still looking brand new. Im so glad I took her suggestion & she found the perfect color for me. Normally I would have a chip or smudge by now, but the gel is untouched. I highly recommend Lucky Nails, and especially recommend Rose.

I first want to say Im not rating one star because of my nail tech or the results (kind of). I came here based on a recommendation after another nail salon slaughtered the acrylics I asked for right before my bridal shower. I opted to just get them taken off and go the dip nail route. I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. Shortly into my time there, Michael (the owner) began speaking to my nail tech (I think her name was Amy) in their first language. She didnt respond and looked up at me and said I hate working with him, hes always nagging at me. He can be so mean. I felt bad for her and he began to raise his voice, still speaking in their language. She soon was balling. I told her to take a break and go to the restroom, and she wouldnt. She later told me he was cussing her out. About what, I dont know but it certainly wasnt justified under any circumstances, but especially in front of customers. After the incident she got me with the nail tools pretty good, causing me to bleed. My nails turned out okay but Im sure they would have been better had she not been crying for pretty much our entire time together. I tipped her generously and told her that I hoped her day got better. I wont ever come back here simply because I will not support a business owner who treats his employees like that. I hope you wont either.

Only had to wait a few minutes to be waited on. Everyone was very friendly. Linda did a great job on my nails. Definitely will be going back. See you in 2 weeks. And thanks so much

I went there for the first and last time today for a full set. It took 90 minutes total for gel polish (no dry time needed thank God) and I look like she glued 10 chicklet gum pieces to my nails!! They are all uneven, different lengths, and way too wide for my nails!! Not to mention they cost me $50 before a tip! I would not recommend getting a full set here.

I have been getting my nails done with Michael since I received rave reviews on how great he was to his customers. His shop was on 2nd St across from St. Marys the first day I went to see him. Only reason he doesnt do them now is because I live in Florida now??

Always had nothing but positive experiences but yesterday was horrible. Nails came out uneven lengths, thickness and even color. Won’t go back and unfortunately have to get nails redone. Nice workers, bad nail job.

I just enjoyed a gel French manicure, hand massage and deluxe pedicure from Angela and it was wonderful!!! I have been coming here for many years for my Mani/pedi treats and I leave feeling pretty and so relaxed. Thank you!!

Worst service by far out of any salons I’ve been to I’m used to getting acrylics but this lady was very rough and made me bleed several times my nails are also very sore and not the shape I wanted at all she obviously didn’t know what she was doing. Would NOT recommend going here.

Love this place, my acrylics always last me so long ! The color choice is amazing, and i definitely recommend trying the sns dipping powder.

They were nice and friendly but I know someone that went there and got fungus on her nail after she went to them. Definitely not coming here again, I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

This place was not good. We told them what we wanted and gave us opposite. Plus the colors are not that wide and it doesnt look pretty at all. The people where mean to one another, yelling at people. I would say dont go to this place. Its not well managed...

I came a week ago and had a fill with gel the wrong color was used and not in even in a week my nails pilled and Chip I have bin getting my nails done for two year now and have never had this happen I sent a message to them about never got a response from anyone that just unexablew to me or anyone I dont recamend I would post a pick if I knew how lol dont go here

We have been here before and the owner did a good job on a full set of acrylics and gel polish. They told us to come back within two weeks for a fill. We just went in and had a very inexperienced person who did a horrible job. She removed the gel polish, filed my daughter’s nails down until they bled, made them all different lengths and shapes, and then slapped some lumpy regular nail polish on. Then they charged us $20! My daughter gotin the car and started crying because she was so upset. When I asked about the misunderstanding about asking us to come back within two weeks, they acted like they didn’t know what we meant. When we showed them the area of the nail that was bleeding, the man at the desk said “Well, that happens.” When I told him she asked for Gel polish (not regular), he said “that’s an additional $20.” And we were told (after spending $45 less than two weeks ago) that they were going to refill the acrylics within the two weeks for no extra money!!!! So here we are, $20 and a lot of time wasted, with a potential nail infection and MUCH worse nails than before she went in. We REALLY REGRET going in to Lucky Nails!!!

Got a fungus in my finger nails after acrylics, also lost both of my big toe nails after a pedicure not happy at all with the place. Do not recomend at all
