Guy installed window poorly. I could hear wind coming through the windshield as I’m driving. Called customer service to let them know about this issue and I was told they’d come out the following Monday. Monday rolls around and nothing!! They didn’t show up for their scheduled time. Extremely unprofessional!! When I called I was rescheduled for the following Tuesday. I will never use this company again!!

Replacement windshield was done right and in shorter time than estimated.

Jack came out and did a excellent job was very professional. Well worth the money. Was as close to the factory window as you can get.

All Star Glass was given to me as a reference from my insurance company. The price was comparable, even a bit cheaper. The people and the technician, Jack, were all very nice, friendly and helpful.

Very Reasonable Prices Great Service

The technician came by first with the wrong window. Then the technicians came by the next day with the correct window, but the one of the pair of window guides was broken and they could not install it without it. They then said I could either get the guide from a Ford dealer or AutoZone and to call them once I got the part. I tried Autozone and they did not carry the needed part, I could not even order it. I decided to go with another place, which was 10 dollars more, but that included the window regulator.To sum up, All Star Glass was twice as much as two other places I called and not helpful with getting the extra needed parts. They were professional and arrived when they said they would, but I will not use them the next time I need auto glass.

Jack was very helpful, in getting my Flex back in shape.
