American Tire Depot did a great job at meeting my budget requirement for 4 tires and stayed true to their promise of meeting a competitors price. Customer service was excellent. One week after the tires were installed I got a flat tire on the freeway. I took the tire in without an appointment and they took care of me immediately and got me back on the road with no problems. I highly recommend them!

Just spent a thousand $ to buy 4 Goodyear tires for my Buick Enclave yesterday (9/25/2021). After installation, I found out that the tires were manufactured on 2nd week of 2019 (0219), it was 2 years and nine months ago. Half of the tires life is gone. The tires look so old, even cannot see much different between my old tires and those new tires. Never have such experience on my life (it is always the same year manufactured date before). Now I just cross my finger to pray that tires are not refurbished.

Awesome service and open on a national holiday whod a thought. I was told the install of all 4 tires would take over an hour but was actually completed in less than 40 min again AWESOME service. Rocky was absolutely fantastic. He called me when he said he would. He gave me the prices of parts that I needed and the labor cost prior to doing any work. And it was really inexpensive for the amount of work that I had done. On top of that he put in a couple of tail light bulbs for me.

Great service and great prices. Firestone tires quoted me $1300 for a set of tires so I called American tire and got the same set of tires for $860. Firestone offered a price match guarantee, they called American tire to confirm price but refused to price match said they could not go that low 🤷‍♂️. American tire depot rocks !! Worse place to buy tires. Noticed 1 of my tires was bulging out. Called the store, talked to rocky who was kind of hesitant to talk about hazard warranty which I had purchased with my tires. He agreed to had me take the car in. Less than a minute later he calls me back stating he wasnt doing hazard warranty that day, right away you get the feeling something was off. Asked him when was I able to take the car in, he thought for a few seconds and then agreed to look at the tire today. Inspecting the tire, right away he was making aexcuses not to cover the tire. Saying that it was an alignment issue, surprise, I got an alignment there with the tire. Next excuse was, maybe it has low pressure and on and on went the excuses. Bottom line, he wanted to sell me 2 new tires and another alignment, $200 plus alignment all over again, no thanks. Looking somewhere else for tires.

I came in early for my appointment to get some new tires, even though I was early check in only took a few minutes and they had my car done and in and out of there in about 20 minutes! They must have a Nascar crew working there, fastest service Ive ever gotten. Thanks guys!

Got a flat tire and came here to get fixed. Unfortunately there was a large hole in my tire and it couldnt be fixed. They were very honest didnt try to upsell me, sold me two new tires at a very fair price and sent me on my way. I was on and out in just about an hour. Fabulous service!

Went in and got an alignment. The service advisors failed to tell me that some of my bushings were shot and I had to find out from another shop. American tire depot still went ahead with the alignment and got there money.

Although the tires I requested wasnt ready i called to check to see if they were and was told they were ready. Once I got there and i was about to leave I wasnt told that they were on back order after I noticed i received different tires on the paperwork. Luckily for three of the workers Julio, Lalo and one other long hair guy who helped me out was a plus 5-star on the customer service. As far as the other guy with the Nonchalant body language Ill keep my opinion to myself.

The tire service was fine. The way the facility is kept the worksite is depressing. The waiting room makes you want to leave. I did I couldn’t wait in there. The non attention to detail is ugly. The outside is worst. Dirty no plants no one cleaning the area. There is not an ounce of curb appeal. Spruce it up fix the broken boarded up window. Clean the inside of the shop. Place some fresh plants in here so when people are dropping money close to 1000$ On tires they at least can sit in the waiting room.

Way overdue for tires & decided to give this place a try. Called in w/ my tire size, I was told they were in stock, got the total price (w/ taxes, fees, etc) & that I could bring the car in. There were a few cars already being worked on & had been told during the phone convo earlier if i dropped the car off, theyd get it going & would call me back when it was ready. Drove in, signed the estimate, & dropped off my keys. They called to advise me of some much needed additional maintenance & asked if Id like to proceed. I liked the whole experience because I never felt pressured to do more, spend more, & thats not too common in the auto world. Not much later, I received the call to pick up my car, paid just what I was told I would, got my keys, & drove away w/ new tires & a feeling of safety & satisfaction. Last but not least, I was out of there in about an hour, as they promised. Unlike Goodyear..you usually have to wait at least a few hours. American Tire Depot has earned my business for life!

Well, first my previously scheduled appointment didn’t show up in their system. The manager was polite and helped me through it.My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am and I was on time, still I had to wait more than two hours for a simple oil change.I asked for a tire rotation, service which wasn’t provided, and I had to wait forever for a light bulb that was requested and the person in charge to bring it had FORGOTTEN!! -The manager kept calling him asking for the bulb.After more than two hours wait, finally my car was ready and I started driving to work when I heard a very loud noise... I pulled over on the freeway and I noticed that the plastic protection underneath my car had fallen.I called the store and again the manager was very helpful and sent someone to fix it.The employee came fast, but he not only didn’t apologize for what had happened but he also tried to justify his mistake saying that he actually had tightened the screws (which he clearly had not...) but the Sun had loosen them (WHAT??)... He suggested I had to drive my car someplace else so he could get underneath it claiming that the fallen piece was “only plastic”.I refused to drive my car and damage it even more. The employee wasnt happy, but agreed to fix it right there. He fixed it...I still havent gotten a word from them to at least knowledge their mistake and apologize for it.

I would not recommend this place at all ! I went in to get a alignment they tried to charge me $800 just because a medal piece was damaged in my tire I went to morenos alignment and they were able to fix it with no problem I paid $160 these people try to rip you off and take advantage of you !

I found myself stranded today with a flat tire. I searched on line for tire shops near me, I called them and they offered me a better deal than any other I could find at that moment. Good rate on a couple of tires, and the flat rate also included the service fee to change the tires. All I had to do was get the car towed to them. They were helpful, friendly, respectful, and made me laugh. They made an unfortunate situation a bit more tolerable for me. Would recommend for sure..

We had a window emergency with my daughter s car who is a student at the local university in Riverside. We are out of the area so I wasnt sure where to begin to look for a repair shop. I was was referred to American Tire Depot at this location on Magnolia. I called on Friday evening just before closing. Richard the manager answered my call, reassured me they could repair the vehicle and I made an appointment for the next day. Although they were very busy, they squeezed us in. The staff were all courteous and Richard was extremely helpful. I am very pleased with the fast and reliable service provided. It is comforting to know that if my daughter has an issue again she can take her car here and receive fast, courteous service. The managers and employees were very friendly and polite. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had 4 bad tires and a long drive home (in the rain)!
