Today I had my worst experience, after 18 months. I went in to get a little dust and pollen off my car. Everything is normal until my car drys and looks like it is marbled by a chemical. It looked better dusty than after the car wash. The rims and tires were done well though.

I love the way the service was. Even though its hands on it was fast and friendly. I didnt get the gentleman man that did the car but he was a black gentleman. I would like to give him a shout out for such a great drop and it didnt take him long.. I will have to come again and get his name with a tip for such a good job..

Worst car wash in town! Went there Monday morning, August 23 for a car wash. Paid 16.99 for the exterior wash with wax and conditioner with hand dry and tire cleaning. In months past the guys at the very front prewashed the car with brushes and soap. This time only one man on duty, he sprayed car with water on gave the running boards a quick brush. Did not brush or soap any other part of the car. Went thru the car wash. NO WAX OR CONDITIONER APPLIED! parked in the area where they towel dry your car and clean your tires. I was the only car there. After waiting ten minutes I went into the office to inquire if anyone was working. They sent a man out. He ran a rag over my car and windows, but by this time the water and residue from the car wash had dried. The windows were covered with dried water spots. His efforts to clean the windows did little. When I got out and asked him to redo the windows with a spray cleaner he suddenly spoke no English and just shrugged. Inspecting the top and hood of my car there was a layer of dirt still visible. You could rub it off with your fingertips. Clearly this business is not interested in giving good service!

The only spot I go to if Im not washing my own car great place great people!

I love this place! Too many times have I paid the max amount to get a subpar shampoo and detail. Get there early and leave your car for the best results!

People are courteous, but it doesnt blow the vehicle dry like it use to. Was the place to go at one time. Now it seems like they gave up.

2018-11-14-Hubby took my car to get washed & detailed for me, To say it was a horrible job on the detail & protectant would be a step up from what came home to me. They missed 1 door completely, and half a$$d the rest of it as seen in the Pics, Not happy at all, tried to call & no one answered... Very Unprofessional & not worth the price... Will be contacting management.

I waited in line 45 mins. When I finally got to pay they were only doing exterior. Need to put a sign up so people dont waste there time.

Oh my God I will go back there everytime I need my car washed and cleaned out . My attendant really deserved more tip but I didnt have anymore cash on me. She is VERY VERY VERY GOOD AT HER JOB

It was terrible had to go twice then got stuck in the middle of the car wash two hours and csr still dirty.

Moms white car was covered in cat footprints!! The guys manually scrubbed the wheels and tires, even the footprints from the windshield.

Our car looks fantastic!!! Great value and great service!!!!

For 6.99 both workers scrub your car before you drive it through the machine. Not all places do that. The vacuums had great suction so I will be back

This car wash is excellent. For the money, they do an exceptional job at pre-washing and then drying and dressing the tires. Also, they are very professional and friendly. Hands down the best in Waco!

Dont recommend was turned away. I requested a 27.99 wash I was told that we are only doing exterior washes. I said I wanted my interior done and they said I would have to leave the vehicle and pick it up in a couple of hours.

Great car wash! If I could think of one negative, it would be the wait. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes for them to finish your car. However, when theyre done, the car always looks AMAZING!

Every time I get my car washed I post it on social media and my friends ask where I go. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I absolutely love the price it’s so affordable. If you go to any other car washes in Waco STOP and try here. There’s a lot of places to sit outside and in while your getting your services!

Quick and easy to get your car washed when you go at the right time otherwise it would take a long time . But you can vacuum your car for free once you pay for your wash .

Every time I get my car cleaned here I am always please of the outcome no matter who cleans it up.. it’s the only place I’ll take my car to get clean up and detailed at! I highly recommend this place!

I got the “express detail” on my mini van and there are more stains on my upholstery now than when I brought it in. They basically ruined my drivers seat with two huge black smears on either side of the seat. Wish I could post a picture.Certainly nice people and quick service. But I will never go back here again and do not recommend that you go either!

Very pleased with the service I received! The truck has never looked so clean! At first it was difficult to find someone to help me but after speaking to the manager and understanding they were short staffed on sundays I left my 2015 F250 crew cab truck for them to fully detail for ONLY $40 its been the best deal Ive found in Waco. Thanks guys, Ill be back!

We live behind this car wash and the vacuums are so loud and the trash is constantly in my yard from the business. Car radios also so loud. I will am going to contact the City to see what can be done.

Great car wash. The basic wash and dry is inexpensive and the dryers are extremely diligent. Bring some cash as youll want to tip them. I tried a lot of car washes in Waco when I bought my new car. This one is the best experience Ive had.

This car wash is out dated. I went because they have free vacuums with the purchase of a car wash. They turned off the vacuum before I finish cleaning out my car! So it defeated the purpose because the wash didnt get my car cleaned and all I really wanted was a decent vacuum! I will not waste my money at this establishment ever again!

This place took car of both my cars this week. They had to clean overspray but went above and beyond.Cleaned inside and out leaving me very happy. Mind you black paint is hard to clean and keep it that way.Very proffessional work!

I took my daughters car which was very dirty from in and out. The Latino guys who cleaned it put it like a new car! They did such a great work!

They really made an effort to do a handwash on my very dirty dually but used what looked like a broom with way to much pressure to get the dirt off. Put some really nasty swirls in my paint. For $95 dollars I expected something more professional with no damage. I wont be back.

Great car wash and they have vacuums free for your own use. It is where you pull up and you have a vacuum for each side of your vehicle.

I give them 2.5 stars only because they never clean my rims on my red 2012 dodge pickupall the way or the roof of my cab on the truck always had water runoff when I leave. And I ALWAYS give a tip no matter what. I now carry me cleaning supplies with me in my truck.. but I still will continue to pay because it has the nices staff

Pulled in at 2 min after 5 they refused to allow us to enter. Saying that they were closed website states closes at 6. Wentvup to genie car wash who didnt have a problem at all taking my money and providing a service and their site states clises at 6 also. These ppl were rude and screamed that they were closed. If this was my business I would be concerned

I just looked at my credit card statement and apparently someone took it upon themselves to Add a $5.00 unauthorized tip because I was charged 16.98 and I added no extras besides the wash and their voicemail box is full so you can’t leave a message ....

Facilities now need updating,but their service is so attentive!

I am very pleased with the service at this location and I have been going there for years Thank you Valley Mills car wash.

So I drive a 2017 Ford Mustang I’ve had it for a year so my girlfriend decided to surprise me and take it to get detailed here. She had to take it back for the second time to get it cleaned and it was still a mess. There was still dirt on my plastics ( not scratches like they tried to tell her because i cleaned them myself) my glove box or plastic in the back windows weren’t wiped down in between the break lever and shifter there was still dirt. It’s a shame. The outside Still had bugs and junk on the driver side window. My girlfriend even decided to wash my car before she took it before she realized it was too much work for her so she paid them and they did a very poor job. My car wasn’t a complete mess but it could’ve used a GOOD detailing instead it as a waist of money and time. I wish I could post pictures because I have some so you could see the mediocre work that was done.

This is the best place to have your vehicle washed or detailed. Premium Exterior wash comes with hand towel dry.

Definitely not a BAD car wash. however, there is always an area on the back of my car that doesnt get cleaned. same with my wifes car. i drive a jetta wagon, she drives a mazda minivan. the six buck wash right down the road at genie does a much better job for 1 extra dollar
