What a great experience with Pit Road Towing. Joe provided unbelievable customer service and help. I had a flat on 288. The first company that came ended up stripping my lug nut and was unable to get the tire off. I requested my insurance to send a rollback to tow my car to my house. On the way to drop my car off, Joe provided me with different options to address my tire issues. One of which was an easy off lug set and a breaker bar. He then said, since he was done for the night, he would drive to Advanced auto and get the necessary equipment. He promptly returned and change my tire for me. Such a huge help as I had no other transportation available. Would highly recommend Pit Road Towing. Jay

My car broke down on the off ramp to Courthouse Road from the Powhite Parkway yesterday evening. Joe with Pit Road, called to let me know when he would be there and was fast and efficient. He knew what he was doing and was good at it. Great customer service by Joe. Pit Road should be glad to have him!

Had a flat tire, and my insurance company called Pit Towing. Cannot say enough about the speed of service and courtesy of the tow truck driver. Got my car towed to where I wanted quickly and made sure I was taken care of. Would not hesitate to use again!

The owner- manager is very unprofessional. My insurance company called them to tow my car after it broke down, before my car broke down I had jus had my car detailed so I know and my passengers know as well my car was sparkling clean no straches no dents or anything. So when they dropped my car off at the mechanic shop I got there a lil after,one of my passenger notice multiple scratches on my passenger rear door and got my attention as I was talking to the mechanic. I called the tow truck company asking to speak to a manager and I told him about it and he got really rude asking me HOW DID MY MAN damage your car after I already answered the question before hand by calling and telling him what happened. He just acted like I was lieing and wasnt trying to hear what I was telling him so I asked for there insurance information and he refused to give it to me.It really made me upset so I told him have a blessed day and hung up but I can see if I didnt have proof and cameras at the shop
