Very friendly, and will work with you. Only thing I would change, is if they would allow ppl to remove stuff from their vehicle BEFORE they take off of it. It wasnt as much a problem for me because the vehicle wasnt is running order, therefore I had another vehicle I was driving, but I could imagine how difficult this would make it on someone whom which only had the one vehicle that was being repossessed/towed. Customer service is outstanding though, I cannot stress enough... very polite people! I would recommend!
