This place is a complete hustle it is stealingfrom the general public. We need our cars and they belong to us no one should be able to tske them and then charge more then we pay for our mortgages to get them out its. Not right! and im shocked the government would even allow them to operate like they do. They towed our car from a parking lot after being there for only 2 hours! Its crazy that they allow it. the car wasnt even in the yard yet it was still on the truck when i was trying to pay them they said i had to come back during business hours, that was monday. from friday to monday they then wanted over $600 and i was trying to get it friday off the truck b4 it was even in the yard and they ultimately got what they wanted cuz i will be dammen if they keep my car and make even more money selling it at auction. They didnt even tow it 1 mile it was literally blocks and still sitting on the truck they wanted $400 how is that possible! Immmm seriously still trying to find a way to sue them but the government protects these theives!

Finally somebody got it right! A vehicle that had been towed by accident was finally released with no fee. It was quite a relief. Dealing with tow yards in the past has pretty much left me with no hope. My faith in humanity was restored after this incident. I cant thank you enough. And thank you to Hilltop Commons for making it possible to return the vehicle.

Im not sure why theres bad reviews when this place is the most reasonable tow agency in the bay area! My car was unfortunately stolen, later recovered, and towed/stored by Certfied towing in Richmond. Because so much time had gone by, I was looking at fees in excess of $3500. From reading the past reviews, I understood there was no way this place would work with me. Upon my arrival, I met a rep there by the name of Frank who was just absolutely outstanding in his customer service and was able to provide a plan that was surprisingly reasonable/affordable for my situation. He left me with such a piece of mind that I hope all my cars in the future are towed from this place heh.. Highly recommended! (Yes, surprising for a tow yard)

Had my car stolen and it had to be towed here. I cant complain much. Although getting the car out was a long waiting process. I am just glad that its out. Todd was our tow guy and he was reasonable ad worked with me as best as he could. My cars rims had been stolen but, he was very careful with the car. Thanks Todd!!!

Predatory towyard to be sure! I recently had car towed because they assume eveeyone parking in lot.across from san pablo. I was broke down...looked for a number to contact to let them know. By the time I got back with tools and supplies to fix,.towing yard towed. I just bought the ccar 4.days. needless to say 1 day later it wyld be 440 to get car out and i have to leave it. I have reaearched vehicle code guidelines for towyards and I am prepared to show them what I am turning into better business bureau. They are holding my car for ransom and will yours too if they have opportunity.Toward didntcare.It.nket.thm.know. but aince.

This guy is a complete sham!! I schedules tow for my classic car at 8:30am with an expected eta of 10am. At 10:30 when no one had arrived I called back to inquire about the new eta. They then informed me that the tow was a still an hour out. Finally at 12pm I contacted the company once more and was told that they were going to pass on towing my vehicle because their to busy. I told him this was unprofessional and unacceptable. He then placed me on hold and never returned to the line. After 3 1/2 hours of giving me the run around this is how this company chooses to treat customers. Disgusting!!

Got my car towed and the messed up my two front tires. They looked like they had been through a cheese grater. Also cracked a side on one of my tires..so altogether besides the $410 towing fee...I had to pay for two new tires and a small repair on my tire. I understand the towing is the owner responsibility, however the tow company should be competent and professional when its all they do. I just sucked it up and payed the 150 to 200 extra I had to pay for repair due to this place not giving a **** about peoples cars. Poor service...dont recommend at all. Check your car before you pick it up...make sure they didnt **** your car up.

$430 for single night in richmond area? They are doing fraud here in the name of business.My car was towed at 8pm from foodmax. Well that was my fault but when i called their number and asked for the detail they said “we cant share anything a driver will call you regarding this and currently driver is outside for towing another car.” I said fine and drive to their spot and waited up to 2 hour but didn’t receive any call. I called them again and asked them when will be driver here because i have been waiting for 2 hour. A girl replied i cant say that sorry. And when i asked can you please make sure if there is my car or not she said you can call to san-pablo police. I called san-pablo police and conformed my car is with them. It was 11pm by then and i was waiting to take my car. I do understand it was my fault but i was ready to pay fine and fees to bring my car back but there was no one at the office. Again i called at their dispatcher, this time she said in 20 min driver will be there. I was like what the heck why didn’t you tell me before what time driver will be here? But the main thing is their officer or driver didnt showed up. I went home frustrated.Now when i went to pick up my car another day the fine was $430. Seriously $430 for towing a car at richmond area??? All those drama was just to charge me 1day parking fee? They are just doing fraud. Also, when i tried to pay with credit-card the guy told me it will be 3% more charge.Guys this is the worst towing service i have ever seen. They should be stopped from doing such fraud business.

This company trolls certain areas in Hilltop that have absolutely NO PARKING ... and look for cars to tow. ... they are predators, as are the people who built units with NO PARKING!!!
