My experience was not the best. My car fell in a ditch on a Saturday morning. They asked me for my credit card in order to secure service. They asked for photos. They told me I would have to sign a waiver prior to service. After all of that was done, they quoted me $185 for getting my truck out of a ditch, as a starting fee. They told me they would charge me a $45 cancellation fee if I cancelled. It was 8:30 AM, so I said yes to all of this because I was blocking the parking entrance to a senior building. Then I waited and waited and waited for the call from the tow truck driver or the truck. Neither materialized. Then I felt I should cancel and I was willing to pay the $45 cancellation fee, thats how desperate I was. I called a different nearby service first, and to my surprise, the same operator responded. They told me we use the same dispatch so stop calling other towing services. No one said, were very busy and it looks like it will take us longer to get there. I called back and they put me on hold several times, until I was finally able to talk to someone and cancel, 90 mins after my first call. I called a towing service that was located much farther away and their tow truck arrived in less than 30 minutes. Their very professional operator got me out of the ditch and charged me HALF of the fee I was quoted by Pine. The good: Pine is upfront about the costs, fees and waiver. The bad: be prepared to wait without updates. The ugly: they want your money.

Very responsive, however we called to cancel with in 15 minutes on a 1.5 hr. time period to perform and wanted to charge $50.00We would have paid it, if We new in advance..the call was to unload a car from a trailer, the requested fee was 165.00which we agreeThe client had secured another service towing com. for 65.00 with out us knowing.I guess clarity on cancellations, was a big No No..

The technician went above and beyond to get my driver out of a difficult delivery. We are car transporters and have dealt with several towing companies. If they were all like this one, itd be fantastic.

This tow truck company was swift to show up . And Juan was very quick and polite. He definitely knew what he was doing. He played along with my friend that was with me who was a bit intoxicated . Juan never got frustrated with my friend or visibly irritated . I meant to tip juan, but got distracted having to babysit my friend .Thanks for being there for us.

I was beyond impressed with pine towing company. Guy responded promptly and expertly maneuvered his truck in a way I would not have believed if I didn’t see it. Our AWD truck was parked in a manner that I did not believe it could be retrieved. He used a number of tools/slides to get the vehicle out of a tight pocket avoiding homes, fences, trees, and other cars. All the while he did it with a reassuring friendly smile. I hope you never need a car towed. If you do I strongly recommended calling pine towing. They will get the job done!

Called them to help replace my battery. They took a little longer to get here than I expected but once our tech, Guy, got here, he finished the work quickly and gave recommendations on how to preserve my battery health. Super easy to work with, definitely recommend.

Poor phone and sales skills, not a sales person or some one should explain and train her on how to sell. I even told her AAA all year was gonna cost me 55 she wanted 85 for one incident, she dropped it to 65 I was 3 miles away, thats max my only request losene the bolts .She didnt address the competitive price of AAA all year instead said meet me at 65 but why would I, anyway this is the sales lady skills not the service but they are losing busssiness if they dont train the staff. Easily one of the best towing services I have ever used. Instead of the driver being surly and seeming like he just cannot wait to get rid of your car, Jimmy seemed like he was more than happy to take care of me and my car. Prices are too high. They quoted me $120 for a 7 mile tow service. The girl on the phone acted like I was getting a good deal. I called another tow service. They charged me $65 flat rate for the same 7 mile tow. Do yourself a favor and call around.

Pine Towing has everything: great communication and human interaction, compassion regarding peoples feelings when an accident has occurred as well as the skills and equipment to assist you in your time of need. I was out on the highway in the blistering heat with a car that just simply stopped. I was so upset, and the heat had rattled my nerves to the point that I just couldnt deal with one more thing. Along comes Pine Towing in about 20 minutes--no muss, no fuss. They removed my car from the scene, removed me from the heat, and offered some understanding words to calm me down. Son had blown tire on freeway and called for tow around 2:30am. Was told they would be there in an hour. Arrived at sons car an hour later to help make sure everything was ok and tow hadnt come yet. Waited about 15 min and called again, person on phone said that the other truck was in vicinity on another job and it will take another 30 min. Waited another 45 min and called back again to check status and no one EVER answered the phone again after 3-4 repeated tries in the next 15 min.

I had Guy as my towing person. Im not sure whether to describe him as heroic or badass. My car had a dead battery, the wheels were locked on the right hand side, and it was at the end of a long driveway too narrow for the tow truck to traverse without damaging other vehicles. He jumped the engine (which I had already tried to do and failed), drove the car down the driveway (which I was scared to do with locked wheels), and then was off in a matter of a couple minutes like it was nothing. I was prepared for a struggle but everything was straightforward - well worth the cost of the tow. The tow truck was slightly early (arrived at 7:45 but scheduled for 8:00) and at first I thought $135 was high for towing just a couple blocks, but now I think its justified by the equipment and expertise that come packaged with it.

Right from the moment Tony answered the phone I got the best customer service Ive ever experienced from a tow company.I had been running around town in a hurry getting ready for my friends wedding (it was the day of) and totally forgot about gas. My car slowly rolled to a stop and luckily I had gotten enough of my brain back to pull over to the side of the road. After a quick freak out of why isnt my car working it donned on me I had no gas. I quickly Googled towing services, looked at reviews and picked Pine Towing. Thats when Tony saved my day, he sent out one of the guys who had gas with him and filled me up with 5 gallons! The best part is he only took about 15 minutes to get to me. When I asked Tony how much it was he mentioned their Honest Pricing policy. As a college student hearing things like that makes my heart sing.To get straight to the point Pine Towing was amazing and I will call them if anything happens to my tires, my gas tank or if (knock on wood) I end up needing a tow from an accident.

My Pickup was having engine problems so I called this company to request a tow. To My surprise I was only on the phone for a short period of time with a Dispatcher. I will never use this company again. I was given a 45 minute estimate, had to call three times, and waited an hour and half to get towed a block for a blown out tire. Total cost $244.
