Called and they said they can’t help me and hung up. Rude

After loosing power heading west on 80 and a failed at. Are jump by a friend, I realized I needed a tow. Selected Towing had great reviews and I see why! I was given a 10-20 minute window, although he must have been nearby since it was more like 5 minutes. He was totally professional, and was covid-19 conscientious keeping his mask on the entire time. Keep in mind that my friend had to go and I needed a ride home. If I ever break down in the east bay south of hercules to oakland Ill definitely be calling selected towing again.

My alternator went out and me and my DAUGHTER WERE completely STUCK, I found this tow company and they were so helpful from scheduling for the truck, even to when they seen me and my baby walking they came and picked us up, they were so helpful and nice they towed my car and helped with everything EXCEPT for being a lil pricey I barley went anywhere and it was almost 200 and they didnt put the bolt back In the front of the car

Went beyond the call of duty. Waitress with me for tow truck, help communicated what needs to be down for next steps. Jimmy helped so much, communicating and diffusing situation with the other party.

Guy, doing the unthinkable. 2 towing services refused to tow my car. GUY the tow truck said Ill take care of it. 2nd notes into it hes almost done. Great guy, GUY.

On the way home from work I ran over a hook and popped my tire..I had to go home first to charge my phone and it was exceptional service that Guy picked me up, took me back to my car and changed my tire!!! Professional and courteous I will always recommend Guy!!!!!
