We had a moderate dent on the tailgate of our truck from towing a side by side, and we decided to bring it to Renfros for a quote and repair. After a few bumps in the road, they were more than accommodating and did a fantastic job! Due to the metal being aluminum and the damage inside we had to get a whole new tailgate, painted, replaced, linex, the whole deal. You cant even tell its a different tailgate and looks like its the original before it got damaged with how well the paint matches. They were fair on pricing and kept us informed on when it would be ready. Looks great!

Renfro’s has done work on a few of my cars and families cars! The workmanship is outstanding! The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is I took my brand new truck out to them it had less than a thousand miles on it! The work was perfect But the truck came back to me covered in over spray! When I pointed it out they were like we didn’t do it we didn’t even paint on that side of the truck! I’m very picky with my automobiles I know every scratch dint and ding. They was trying to say it came from the factory that way😡well I know it didn’t I put the bed rails on myself a week before it went to renfro’s, the reason I writing this now is after detailing my truck over the weekend and even after they supposedly got the over spray off my truck is still got over spray every where, the bed rails running boards the chrome wheels😡 if a company makes a mistake I can understand but when they turn their mistakes back around on you that makes me mad! So just look at your vehicle very well before you leave it with them Because if they mess it up they’ll blame you!

My first time having to use a repair service. Dave and Justin took care of everything. Walked me through the process. Worked with my insurance company and answered all of my questions. My truck looks like it did when I bought it. Hope I never need thier service again lol but if I do Renfros is the only repair shop I would use.

Appearing professional and proving your profession are two different things. Obviously impressed by the facilities at Renfros, I wasnt looking for a wreck to test out their profession. My oldest son decided he would help Dad out and have a wreck just so we could see if they were all they appeared to be. I will never take a vehicle to anyone else. From the front office to the back of the shop, these folks do all they can to look and be professional. They order and install new parts to restore your vehicle to as close as right off the lot as it can be. I highly recommend them. I would wait 5 extra days for Renfros rather than getting it done faster by someone else.

Front end of our van was banged up pretty badly from collision with a deer, on my way to get my vehicle serviced due to a charging system failure/battery not holding charge (only 2 years old).Our Toyota dealership recommended Renfros, and they were quick giving me an estimate and working with my insurance company. I was in an accident about 3 months ago where I was not at fault. That was my first time in a wreck and i wasnt quite sure how to deal with the insurance company. Forget everything you ever thought about body shops. This place is awesome. None of that driving up to a seeming used car lot to find someone in a garage to come out and take a look with a dirty clipboard. Renfros is the new generation. From the time you drive in to the glass covered entrance for your estimate, till you pick up your perfectly repaired vehicle, everything about Renfros is professional, clean, friendly, etc., etc. Justin could not have been nicer or more thorough. He assured me they would use only Cadillac parts, and not just after market ones. If there was ever a good thing about being in a wreck, its Renfros. They are just class people.

I’ve had several encounters with this company. I’ve never felt taken advantage of or treated as though as I was beneath them because I’m a woman and don’t know “shop talk”. We recently had two unfortunate accidents and a member of the staff even offered to help us when I told them I didn’t feel my insurance wasn’t offering me enough money back for my vehicle that had been totaled. He helped me by looking over the quote and I was able to get more money to help replace my vehicle. This is a good reliable very nice facility. They’re my first callFor collision and any tchance me I need a tow. I’m glad to have dependable members of the community like this. Can’t say enough good about them. Very professional, but yet so down to earth at the same time.

I had a motor go out on my automatic window. Renfos ordered the part and then we found out that I had just locked the window. They took care of everything and were very patient with me and my lacking knowledge of the situation. They could have just said they fixed it and charged me full price, but instead they notified me of my error and saved me the money I would have spent on labor.

I met Shannon in 2012, a month after I bought my first brand new car. The officer responding to the accident called him for me. I was so upset, and Shannon was like, Its not as bad as you think, its ok. After dealing with State Farm and their antics, I realized that Shannon does take care of his customers. Shannon and his staff have fixed my car three other times since then. Apparently, I cant drive very well, or my car has a sign that says, Hit me! on it. Each time, it has been a painless process and Ive been satisfied with the work.

Recommendation: dont bother coming here.Today I called this location only to be told that they dont have my car. What kind of business that has to deal with cars not know where to find a car on their lot?I ended up calling my insurance company to figure out the location of my vehicle that was involved in a car accident, and when they called this business they miraculously found my vehicle. Ive had to wait two weeks for a professional estimate which concluded to a total loss. Im no professional but I came up with the conclusion that the car was a loss on the spot the same day the accident happened and it took this business two weeks!!If you like this type of service, bring your car here and youll be left without a car for two or more weeks.Two years ago I brought my car to this business for exterior work and my interior was returned to me dirty/ stained. Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. So much so that it makes me want to write a review. I had damage in two places on my car. The first was where some idiot unlicensed driver backed into my right rear passenger side door. The Renfro folks did an extra step to help me get it replaced. They looked at multiple options finally setting on replacement as the best and most economical fix. They must have spent over an hour helping with options. It probably cost them some extra profit but helped to make me a customer for life. They did what was best for my situation and they cared. I got estimates from 3 other shops but none tested me like they did. Well done. The second damage was to the front bumper and light assembly. This was from a teenage driver clipping the front trying to slide in instead of parallel park. They put forth the same effort to help me get that fixed as well. As before I got different estimates but Renfro shines above and beyond. Ultimately they had me fixed and back on the road in no time. So much so that I was shocked when they called to tell me it was done. Talk about service! Thanks to Kevin, Mark, Justin and all the guys at Renfros for keeping my baby on the road!

I recently was involved in a hit and run accident, where I was fortunate enough to have witnesses. I was absolutely heart broken, after only having my brand new 2018 Toyota RAV4 for not even a year. My vehicle was parked as I was attending a community event with my place of employment when I was side swiped all the way down the passenger side of my vehicle! Toyota South of Richmond KY was quick to recommend renfros for my repairs! I was so pleased with the process of having my estimate prepared by them. Justin Settles was very professional and precise with my SUV.... he explained to me that my vehicle would leave his shop like the day it left the show room floor of Toyota, this sold me! The repairs took around three weeks to complete, Justin faithfully called me once a week to fill me in on the progress of my vehicle, that meant a lot to me! Now lets get to their work! My RAV4 looks awesome, you cant tell that there were ever any damage at all! They were also able to tint my windows while they had it, per my request! I got in an unfortunate accident in my new 2017 Hughlander. Renfros was very easy to work with. They communicated smoothly with my insurance and were very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My car looked brand nee again oncw it was returned to me. If I need to get work done in the future I will chose Rebfro. Bonus: They were very friendly to my 2 year old son who accompanied me on all visits to Renfros!

I must say, having worked with Renfro over the past week, my husband and I have been very pleased!!!
