I visit the shop on a regular basis and love the service I have received. This past Wednesday I took my 13 yr old granddaughter to get her nails done and they advised her what to get for her age group. She was so proud walking out of the shop with her cool nails. I love all the staff and look forward to trying other services they provide.

This is definitely my go-to place to get my nails done. I have gotten my gel nails done twice there and they have been 10/10 each time. The environment is very friendly and relaxing. They even have some Groupon offers online (thats how I first found out about them.) Even without a coupon pricing or discount their prices are fair and reasonable (my gel nails was around $30.) I will definitely keep coming and recommend to other.

Saturday I received a mani/pedi. My appt. time was at 1:00. She started soaking my feet while she graciously attended to her other customer. I was serviced around 1:30. Im ok with being a little late, anything could happen to push time back. The next customer came in for her 2:00 appt. At this time my service started getting rushed. As im sitting in the chair finishing my pedi. she starts on my manicure at the pedicure station. My mani looks horrible its bubbling up nails are uneven. Pedi looks pretty good. I traveled 30 minutes from work to support a black women business and it took me 45 minutes including the 895 toll to get home. Since covid I have not had the pleasure to go out and indulge in myself. I was excited to support a black owned business, women at that. I was let down. She kept apologizing about being late. Service is more important to me.

Very disappointed as I wanted to support a black woman owned business. I walked in on Friday afternoon for a mani/pedi. I was told no one could see me & was offered to make an appointment. I declined at the time but later made an appointment online for 10:00 am this morning.I received a call at 9:30 on my way out the door to let me know my tech would not be in and if I could come in at 1pm instead.I host a radio talk show and was looking to have women owned businesses on the show. I thought this shop would have been a good fit to promote. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

The staff is personable and service is great.Downside:They say walk-ins welcome, but dont bank on it. I came in at 4:50, shop was empty and was asked to make an appointment for the next day. Store hours state that they dont close until 6:00pm...but as soon as I walked outside, the lights were shut off and they left for the day.

The staff was so friendly and my nails perfectly matched the photo I brought in. They even did a custom color to match my bridesmaids dress!!

After waiting months for a pedicure, I was able to get an appoint at this neighborhood salon. I was very impressed with the service, especially Tonika. She was very sweet, welcoming and gentle! They are definitely Covid ready! Thank you!
