Not evenly polished at all, too thick of nails. Was definitely not worth $50. Was showing what design I wanted and the man doing my nails proceeded to tell me that that’s enough that he knew what he was doing. Definitely does not look like he knows what he was doing by the looks of my nails. Do not recommend to anyone. Do not waste your money on this salon.

Went in for a fill, was 2nd person there when they opened . The tech kept getting up assisting other customers prolonging my process, not to mention made him not so a great job on my nails, they were uneven, I had to tell him he missed on polish, had to file one of my nails myself on the side. When I left I had polish literally on my hands . They were not very busy but the tech was scattered and uncaring.I have NEVER had such a bad experience. I did not leave a tip and I always tip

Paid $25 for a manicure and gel polish. Walked out wishing I had kept my own ILNP nail polish on. At least they looked nice and there wasnt paint on my skin....

I had called prior to coming in to what the latest appointment was, I had arrived and there were others getting thir nails done so I had a little bit of a wait, but not horrible. The gentleman who did my nails was, what seemed to be polite, speaking in Chinese to his coworkers, rushed through my service, attempted to use a file from a pervious customer that was on the table, key word there was attempted. Friends of mine use USA Nails so I thought I would give them a try... I do not recommend, if you want excelent nails and incredible service go to PRO NAILS.

My nails were very Unevenly done. The clear polish left specks of glitter on some nails. My real nails showed a lot.

The man was rough with me. He didn’t have a gentle touch like any other salon I’ve been to. My shellac manicure consisted of him soaking my hands in cold water then clipping the cuticle off. Nails were filed very poorly and then comes the shellac. The smell from that polish was awful. I’ve never had any DND smell like that before. After the polish there was no lotion or cuticle oil or anything. As far as cleanliness, there was very little. The stations were terribly messy and dirty

Really bad like my daughter got her first nails done here and they r super clumpy and they never ever cleaned there materials ... There are clumps out of the nails... On one of the nails are not even done. . Looks like Im going to have to get them done and filled in by the next few days..m DO NOT WAIST UR TIME NOR MONEY

The service seemed good. The employee was nice & very curtious. But the work was rushed, the glue was all over. Eventually gluing my skin to the nail. I actually broke my skin open trying to remove it. The picture I showed of what I wanted & what I received were 2 completely different things. The next day is when I realized how bad they were. They looked like Id had the set for 2 weeks & it was 24 hrs later. The glue was all the way under my real nail gluing my skin & it together. I had to take Clippers to remove it from my skin on the sides of my finger. It was completely rushed. I wont return. $55 for something I didnt want & I removed the ones that hadnt already broke off after 6 days😤😡

I got there around 1, no wait. I had never had my nails done and they were really nice about it. I dont talk to others and the lady that did my nails was really supportive about that but my best friend is and another woman talked to her about everything. I loved It. I got color changing nails and they ask if theyre too long or to short for you. Thanks for making my 1st nail experience great!!

I had a fill & a pedicure done & my one hands nails are WAY shorter than the other & look awful. I don’t like making bad reviews but, I have never been so disappointed with my nails... my pedicure I had gel polish & it also doesn’t look good... my gel has come off because it bubbled and peeled off?? The ladies insisted I do gel because it would “last” longer... I now have to go get everything redone, my acrylics and toes...

This salon wasn’t amazing, but there again it wasn’t awful. The wait was an hour for a gel manicure, which is to be expected, but while I was sitting there I couldn’t help notice how unclean the place was. There was dust all over the counters, and the nail polishes inside the display case looked several years old. The nail tech did an average job on my nails. He missed some outer edges on my nail, but the color made up for it. Overall, not the best place to go to if you expect a high quality manicure.

I havent been here for 10+ years (just moved back to the area) and this place is just as wonderful as I remember if not better!!!! I work as a nurse-12+ hours on my feet several times a week-which means callouses galore, ingrown toenails, and just general non-care of my feet. Brenda at USA nails took care of me today and my feet look and feel like a million bucks! I will definitely be back as a regular and will be requesting her!

The place was decently clean. I had never been there ever. The person that worked with me was kind of strict. My nails are very crooked and the nail polish went on my skin but the place was ok.

Would have given this place 5 stars but honestly I rate more on overall visit from entry to leaving..I had an appointment with Tonya after calling in and asking their price for full gel set..they actually charge you an extra dollar just for using your card lol..worst idea ever in my opinion. Tonya was working with another client when I got sat down..so she started trimming then went to the other client to finish up..no biggie but I would recommend finishing before starting another client..u know how long your appointments take..to top it off nothing had been wiped down at the stations..nails started off looking rocky but she was able to fix that..41.oo later and I hope they stay longer than last time

Went in for a fill and was told it would be an hour and half wait. There was only three other customers in the salon. Left and went to salon in Walmart. I was very impressed. I was in and out with the nail art I wanted!

My niece asked for a specific nail color and was told no it was ugly, and the guy painted her nails black

Waited over an hour while 2 employees sat around looking at their phones. Once they finally called me I was bounced from 3 techs booths while on crutches. All I wanted was my previous manicure off and leave. When I got there I was told that was fine. After I sat down I was told that I had to have a service done with getting the old set off. So I did. The price was reasonable until 4 days later when one nail came half way off and they refused to fix it.

The man did Dip Powder. He filed very roughly. My nail beds are bruised and swollen. There was color all over my fingers; had to come home and clean them up — a couple clear back to the first knuckle.I do NOT recommend USA Nails in Richmond, IN.

Went to get a pedicure with my friend for her birthday. Planned to go to Red Nail, and the wait was an hour +. Opted for USA Nails and was pleased it worked out how it did! Friendly staff, affordable. Will definitely go back!

Great work, but the wait time is too long. I dont like not knowing how much I will owe, for a service until the end. Your price list should be more visible to the public, and accurate to prevent any confusion or surprises about the cost. Having a television or music playing, would make the environment more relaxing.

Waiting for an hour, they took 2 pedicure customers before me. Then when 2 nail technicians freed up. They went to the back and left me sitting there, even after I mentioned I wanted a manicured. By then I was fed up and left. That’s horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time doesn’t seem like they care or need the business.

Brenda and Julie are great. I have been going here for years. I never wait long. I typically get a mani/pedi and gel polish (my own nails) They are inexpensive and do a great job.NOTE: I have no chronic health problemssuch as diabetes that would predispose me to a bad outcome.

That was the worst experience I have ever had. My hands hurt and my nail look absolutely terrible. I just paid $50 for nails that are crooked and too small for my actual nail bed. My nail tech was extremely rushed and was worried about the people sitting and waiting rather than doing a good job on my nails. I will never be back to this business.

The staff was nice but my nails not so much. I left with misshapen and crooked nails that were badly painted and applied so far away from my cuticle that I have had them for two days and they look grown out like I already need a fill.
