I love this nail salon so much that I drive across town now since Ive moved. The staff is friendly and they all do beautiful nail work. They are very gentle which I appreciate, my nails look great and they have nice lashes as well!! I included a couple of nail design and lash photos for ref. Continue the great job guys!

I have always been so disappointed in the “efficient”nature of nail salons. I don’t get mine done often, so when I do, it’s a treat! When I found honey nails, I vowed to never go anywhere else! I never feel rushed or like I am just a client to get through. The technicians are personable and friendly. And my nails always look and feel great and last a long time! Cannot recommend this place enough!! Never once been disappointed!

Second time here. Both times super impressed with the level of attention and quality of services provided... everything from mimosas to massages. All the techs take their time no matter how busy they are or even if its close to closing time. Highly recommend for treating someone to a special occasion or a day of self pampering.

I go for the pedicure. Everytime I get my feet done they look and feel great. The gel polish is done very well and lasts without chipping. Ive gotten a different person each time Ive gone and they have all been great

This was a nice place. Good experience for a pedicure. You pay a little bit more for the services but get your moneys worth. The pedicure I had included everything I normally want in a pedicure without having to pay for the most expensive package. I asked for the deluxe pedicure package. Two levels above the basic I believe

Rhina is amazing! I started going here about 3 months ago and have stuck with her . I always get a pedicure and she does an amazing job and takes her time . Nails always come out the way I want . Definitely recommend!

They do good nails. However, they aren’t good with scheduling. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment was scheduled and I still waited an additional 45min to get serviced. I understand they want to make money but, they have to learn time management and how to stagger their scheduled appointments. If it’s first come first serve then say THAT, But don’t make me wait a ridiculous amount of time for an appointment I scheduled 2 weeks out. Oh, I left after waiting 45min by the way.

Service was great but I was blindsided by the price. I will never get a set of nails from there again, however I will get another pedicure. Reina blindsided me with the gel polish.

So happy with my nails! I saw Nancy, she’s such a sweetie and did a good job. I got a gel manicure for $25 which was a great price for gel! I don’t see any bubbles in my nails which I had issues with at the other place I went to. Will come again! The place looks clean and has many nail stations. I did a walk in, some days they don’t take any appointments.

Was not very happy with service. However I was able to speak with the owner and express my concerns. Hopefully better service and understanding will be provided after we’ve had our conversation and I voiced concerns of punctuality and fair treatment. They really do excellent work and hope to continue getting service there.

I made an appointment for 5:15 at this place just to get a basic manicure and eyebrow wax. I arrived at 5:07, was told to wash my hands and wait in the waiting area. Finally at 5:40PM, after waiting WELL past my appointment time, I ended up leaving. No one said anything to me at all. Will never come back here. Horrible customer service (actually nonexistent customer service.)

I have been going to Honey Nails & Spa for several years. I was a loyal client and I use to go in there frequently. Last week I went to have a manicure, pedicure, and waxing services done. IT WAS A DISASTER. We were not social distanced six feet when we were getting our manicures. When I got my pedicure I didn’t even get my services done that were listed for the type of pedicure I received. My worst experience overall was my waxing service, when I was getting my eyebrow waxed, she by accident got wax in my hair, she didn’t even tell me, and she started cutting my hair. That was extremely unprofessional. When I was done I went into the restroom and had a chunk of my hair cut from the wax. I am very upset because I know Honey Nails can do better. I will never be returning back.

I just left my first visit to Honey Nails & Spa. Im a very socially anxious tomboy and Annie was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was patient and explained the process as we went. This was a really lovely experience and I will absolutely be returning.

Great place with very skilled nail techs. I am very picky when it comes to the shape of my nails and these lovely ladies accommodated to everything I needed. Great aesthetic as well. Very clean, also they are very gentle when it comes to filing, which I appreciated. Also they give you a complimentary beverage as well. Definitly recommend this nail salon.

Staff & management were very helpful in putting out the right style & colors for their clients. Business made sure all customers sanitized their hands & washed them, along with properly wearing the state mandatory mask requirements.

This place is amazing! I came here cause my other nail place was booked up and I was in desperate need of a fill in. Unfortunately there was no saving my old set and a new set had to be applied. The lady I got was super gentle. Ive been to nail places in the past where they tug and pull and file your nails thin. This did not happen. Although I was a difficult client because of these fears, this lady worked with me and it was a pleasant experience. I love this place. Now Im torn between my old place and here. But I may just keep coming here. They are THAT good.

Made an appointment for ombré manicure. Was told a different price than what I actually ended up paying. The lady was nice and my nails ended up looking good. Could of cleaned and pushed my cuticles more.

So I show the lady a picture of what I want done and she says okay but looks unsure. The entire time she was being super rough and asking the manager questions. After applying the dip powder I tell her my nails look horrible. The manager comes over to correct my nails stating the previous tech was having issues to a “half done lasik surgery”(so why would you let her do my nails?) Fast forward a week later and I have two broke nails. This is the worst set I ever got. Will be going back to my original nail shop. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I never give reviews, but I had to after my experience here. My nail technician took enough time, was very thorough and detailed, kind, and made me feel relaxed. It was the best nail experience I have had, and I had only stopped in because I am in the area for a conference. I highly recommend you tey it out!

Honey Nails was amazing, all of the employees are polite and professional. Chewy painted my toes with a gel coat as well as soaked off my acrylic and gave me an overlay. She was efficient, knowledgeable about nail care, and funny! The 20% off opening service deal was a plus as well. I will definitely be back. LOVE HONEY!

I had Annie as my nail tech. i notice a couple flaws during my session: tips didn’t cover my whole nail, all my nails are not the same shape and size it supposed to be coffin. one side is higher than the other. i mention to Annie a couple times this issue, she let me know it’s her first rough draft. it will look better when she is done. i also notice glitter was in my nails. i asked if it will come out, she said it will when she buff. i still have glitter. my nails don’t feel smooth, it’s very lumpy. ombré looks mediocre. it’s not blended at all.

Erica is amazing! She gets me in and out every time, and her work is absolutely amazing! I rarely have any issue after my appointment unless it’s an error that I’ve caused, but I’m able to go back and get it fixed with no questions asked within the allotted time frame. Not only is she amazing, but everyone in the shop is as well. They are personable and engage in conversation with you as if you have known them your whole life. You aren’t treated as just a “customer”. The prices are fair and the complimentary wine doesn’t hurt :)

If i could i would rate them 0 stars . first time i came, i came without an appointment. i was told i had to wait 30 min, which was fine. i went to the store and came back, 30 min turned to almost 3 hours because one worker was on vacation . they did a good job on my nails. Second time, i made an appointment. the appointment was at an hour then the nail tech says “if you want someone to redo your nails for free, they will” i was confused on why they said that, so i looked at my nails . it was TERRIBLE. they offered to redo it for 20% off . 5 dollars isn’t going to makeup for 2 bad experiences. HORRIBLE. whole time they were laughing . they don’t care about their customers. let me go back to Holly wood nails!

My daughter chose Lemongrass Green Tea pedi. I chose Mandarin Mango. They finished both with warm stone massage. Simply heaven and our skin was so silky after the hot towels. The polish was perfect and the trim of the cuticles never hurt. Everything was very nice and calming and professional. I recommend this to everyone. It was a special day out for a mother daughter day!

Had my first experience with this shop this past Saturday and was highly impressed. Clean and peaceful environment. I was immediately greated, offered service with no wait and asked if I wanted a glass of wine. Great customer service and quality nail tech. Erica did my nails and not only educate me on the poorly done set I had on my nails ($90 color acrylic full set) but she took those off, gave me a fresh full gel set with a first time customer discount. I felt she was skilful and time conscious which I highly appreciated. I will definitely be a regular there.

After having a bad experience elsewhere I came to this shop and omg yesssss they are amazing. Miss Brandy did my nails and she was so sweet as well as the rest of the staff. I received so many compliments on my nails. I loved how comfortable I was when I was there and I also received a massage. My nails looked exactly the way I wanted and more. As soon as girls start to know that Honey nails is just like RVA nails, it will take all other salons out of business!!! the service is faster and a bigger/ cleaner salon. they have sugar nails, SNS, gel color varieties, lash extensions, gems for your nails, 3D designs everything. they will do anything you want! check them out i highly recommend. they are the only salon in the west end that does big glittery obnoxious nails that i love

I didnt even get a chance to use the service its 5pm on a Friday and the signs clearly says open.. if youre not taking anymore clients then turn your signsto close but theytask what I was getting done then said they were full..for a manicure at that nothing extra..for my first experience with them it will also be my last& will definitely tell my family who does come here about what happened we stick together like that! !

Very friendly, reasonable rates, even the basic pedicure feels luxurious with the complimentary drink (wine, water, soda, or a really good coffee). They havent been open a year yet, and it shows, everything in the salon looks and feels new.
