Great place to get a pedicure and foot massage. Seats are comfortable and give great massages. Excellent place, definitely recommend.

Good skills but no manners. Very rude in talking and actions. Every thing is too much to ask or bother. No cleaning of chairs, tables or floors. Lots of clipped nails on the floor, Gross. Not a 4 star place like it is advertised.

So glad i found this nail spa! They are so friendly and prompt and detail oriented. I’ve been to so many different places in Richmond and this is the only place that’s gotten it right! Highly highly recommend!!

Doesnt speak English when I asked to see the autoclave and ignored me.I was going to be a new client because I was refered there but left after asking how the tools was cleaned and sanitized.

Ive been coming to California Nails for about 6 years. Fannie and Tina always did great work. I started going because they hadn’t upgraded or changed. Well recently I decided to go and they have upgraded, got new chairs, new polish and looks nice. I love that they even have more staff who are nice and do a great job. I will continue to get my pedicure done here.

They are expensive, rude, and unfriendly. Got nails done first and went to get pedicure and nails messed up. Man got mad and nasty. Will not be going back again.

I had a full set of acrylics put on tonight and they look amazing. there was about a 10 minute wait for me and no wait for my friend who was getting a pedicure. everyone was friendly

Came in at 5:45 and there were only two workers. One doing nails and the other a pedicure. One lady told me before I even asked... she said the wait was very long, like she didn’t want more customers. We said we’d wait. They were not polite and seemed in a bad mood. Then two more girls came in after us and she told them they are only open for another hour and they are closing early. Just seemed like they don’t even want business. This was our first time here and we are just getting toes painted, not even a pedicure. This was on a Sunday which their siGn says they close at 7. The place smells like they spilled a whole gallon of acetone. Would not recommend. ...literally as I write this another person came in for a polish change and the lady told her they can’t take anymore customers. It’s 6:04. What in the world??!?

Their hrs are 1pm to 7pm on Sundays, I went in around 2:48pm and asked for a manicure and was told their only 2 people working today were dont have time. I looked around, they each had one costumer and there was NO ONE ELSE waiting to be helped.

Terrible experience owner did my nails and didnt even use the machine to fill the acrylic down after a filling and polish was terrible didnt even put polish on side of nails just straight down and got mad at me cause i told her didnt like it will never go there again

I like for them to do my nails and brows, sometimes you have to wait a long time.
