I used to go here for eyebrow wax all the time ..Recently went bc i was in the area.. there was not much of a difference before and after .. the lady was rough and I had scabs the next day around my eyebrow and lid from her razor..Needless to say I dont think Ill be going back

I love Mrs Lee she the only person in Richmond who can do my pedicure correctly without making me bleed! 20+year customer!

Im new to RVA and went here for my first & last time getting eyebrows waxed. I figured I would try them since its close to home. I showed the lady a pic of myself from another place that waxed my eyebrows (out of state) and I asked if she could do the same. She cleaned my eyebrows up but didnt bother to arch them like my pic. It was kinda painful but I figured because I havent had my brows done in a couple months. Now a few days later I have scabs on my eyelids! This has NEVER happened to me in all the years of getting my eyebrows waxed. I should have known something wasnt right when they were nearly empty on a Saturday afternoon..never again!

Technicians can be rude at times but they do good work...not many nail shops take walk-ins like they do so thats convenient

My nail broke in only one day. Paid extra for gel nails and there were bubbles in my nail polish. She also sliced all of my cuticles and my cuticles were bleeding. Had to take them off the next day. Poor quality. My mother got a French manicure and he put so much acrylic on the nails that they were extremely thick. He then painted the white all the way to the middle, making it two toned and not French manicure.

I got my nails done two weeks ago, and my whole hand popped off, I will never go here again and they didn’t use gel polish . that’s wat I paid for .

The employee Miss Lee my husband is handicap she was very professional and courteous

2 stars its close to home... pedi is ok satisfiedEyebrows waxing is just passing she can be very rough and she cut me before tell her not to use the razor and she waxed my forehead so high had to stop her think she was aiming for my edges... be careful.. nails is a NO Go for me they did have one good nail tech but I dont think shes there anymore

I usually go to another nail salon but this was closer. I asked for a full set and when he was done they were pretty but the same day the nail polish started to chip off on two of my nails and I did not bump them. I would not recommend going to this nail salon.

Mrs. Kim did a good job on my nails. But the owners and the employees are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! No customer service at all. They in there hollering at customers and employees. Not good good environment for children either. We will NOT RETURNING AGAIN!😤

Prices are reasonable but the quality of the nails are very poor. They break within a week of getting them done, if not the same day!!!

So I went in to get a fill in and two nails fixed i was told $40 which is normal because i get gel polish and long nails so I was like fine. The whole time they kept telling me it that the nails where 40 and expensive i kept saying i was fine with the price. The lady tgem got irritated and made me pay before finishing my nails then did a poor job they seemed so cheap with the material. They polished my nails and poorly just not worth the $40

I went here to get my eyebrows waxed, one brow was thicker than the other when i got home to have a good look at it. I went to the shop the next day to have it fixed and the lady was very unprofessional, and mad because she messed my face up. I will never go here again. Dont waste ur time or money.

There awsome been going for years have tried other locations just want happy i always come back even if i have to travel across town too them.

If I could give zero stars I would. My nail tech was rude. She rushed the entire time and cut my finger and I also got a chin wax. The lady did NOT remove all of the hair from one side of my face and when I told her about it she got an attitude and was super aggressive while waxing and using the tweezers which made my chin start to bleed then rolled her eyes at me when I left. They will never have to worry about me coming back. DO NOT come here. I recommend Nailbar in short pump, Fancy Nails in Midlothian or even Darling Nails on Brook Rd.

Dont come here, I came around 6 at night, having to be at work by 730 and my nails are uneven not painted corrected the nail tech told me to shut up when I asked her to fix my nail because it was half the length of the other. I come back today to get them fixed because I work the whole weekend and couldnt come, they told me I have to come back tomorrow to see the lady saying my nails are pretty fine when they look like a kid did them not a nail tech

My mom took me to get my nails done I usually go to Tracy or joe. Tracy wasnt there so Joe said hell do my nails. We waited over 2 hours for him to tell us he wasnt going to do my nails and was told by a lady named Lee we needed to come back tomorrow or dont come back at all. Im never going back there ever again

I only gave 1 star because i had to in order to write a review. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! First off i ended up here after my schedule got messed up and i didnt have time to go to my usual shop(Nail Trends). It was close to my house and prices were cheap. Upon arrival, just so unprofessional. I went on for a powder soak off and a Gel full set. First, the lady tried to pluck off my POWDER NAIL. I asked her not to, she ignored me and proceeded to try. I had to actually pull my hand away and aggressively ask again not to just pull off my nail. So she finally agreed and set me up to soak. After the soak i was directed to let a man do my full set. My fingernail beds were at this point ON FIRE! He forced nails on that were obviously too small because they would keep popping off my fingers and he would have to apply more glue. He then packed layer after layer of acrylic on my nail (Mind you/ i asked for Gel full set). My naila were so uneven and lumpy at the end. And my cuticles were sore and gone because he buffed them off trying to even out the thick acrylic he had applied. Fast forward two weeks and my nail split down the middle and the acrylic nail will not soak off. Hurts like hell and Im forced to just let it come off on its own because i refuse to let them or at this point ANYONE try to remove it. They are soooo unprofessional and probably havent taken any classes on nails. Theyre just trying to make a dollar with absolutely not professional training. As i stated at the top, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP..

Absolutely terrible, i could paint my own nails and get the same results. i have polish all over my fingers!

I relocated from md and was looking for a good nail tech. This place came close to what Im use to nails was a little more bulky then I like. for the most part great nails,fun environment in and out. I did go on a Saturday, it was a cool guy Im going to guess his name was joe. I would return again.

Went as a last minute choice for my daughters 8th grade prom and a argument broke out between the nail tech doing my daughters nails and a customer. My daughters nails looked terrible and one had broken before she got home. The place was tight and nasty. Food and drinks left and spilt over in the waiting area and tge tracked throughout the salon. Very unprofessional. Only visit and understand why I never stopped by before and know why I wont go back. Will go without before I go to them again.

I was not going to post but if I can save someone from what I went thru then I have done my duty. To make a long story short this nail salon had me in pain for over a month due to a rushed job and did nothing to compensate me for causing me to bleed from my nail. This was an injury that happened while in there shop. Because of the filing I still have a visable sore on my thumb that took weeks to heal. I felt like it was about the money and that me as a customer was of no value.

I have been to a few nails places in the area buti love tj the best. My favorite nail place to go. I would go out my way to go here

Went there last night for a fill in & was completely dissatisfied with my services. I paid $26 for something that looked like a beginner in Cosmetology Scool couldve done. When I kept telling the man that I didnt like the way my nails looked, he told me thats the how the gel polish looks. All I ever getbis gel polish & Ive never had my nails look like this. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM!!!
