I went with my mother in law to get a pedicure and manicure and they people there rushed through the whole process, not only that but they kept changing the prices at first they told me it would be $40 for gel mani and pedi but then they said $35 for a gel pedi and then I asked them what is the price for a regular color and they said $40 for both... when it came to the manicure they did a horrible job, the left the nails streaky, super tacky and very unprofessional. I will NOT be going back

1st time here, witnessed them taking precautions, following safety guidelines and providing good service.

Very disappointed in the outcome of my nails. It took the tech almost 2.5 hours to do my nails. I was the only one in the salon. The matte finish is streaked, several imperfections, and she about sanded through my pinky nail to the point that it started stinging. When I pointed out one of the white specks on my finished nails, she laughed and said “yeah, a little”. I would have requested my nails be removed/redone if I didn’t have another appointment and was leaving town the next morning. I just did not have time to deal with it. I will NOT be back.

The older lady is HORRIBLE! Shes rough when using the drill. She doesnt listen to the customers as in what they want. She ruined my coffin shaped nails. When I told her what shape I had and wanted to keep, she filed one hand down too short. I told her I was not satisfied. She said she would correct it however, shed already filed them down to where I could no longer have coffin shape. Now I have to go elsewhere for a soak-off and get an overlay. I REFUSE to ever go here again. 1 star was given only because of the young lady whos good at pedicures. Unfortunately its not good enough for me to EVER spend my money there again.

Claim they’re open till 8 o’clock online but just told me they’re closed at seven when I drove 35 minutes to get here

I went only cause my husband didn’t want to drive 10 minutes to the one I wanted to go to and I will never go again the man that did my nails made my fingers hurt I had sores on my fingers

Had a guy giving me a pedicure.Can I say one of the best massages on my feet and legs I have ever gotten at a place.Feel so rejuvenated!!

I thought they’re cheap because the tools are not updated and they didn’t really clean my nails but the price is still the same to the other nail salon that do better service. I’m giving 2 stars because the old guy was nice but not really satisfied with their work. Definitely not going back.

Pheobe is the best out of the family/salon. She gets the 3 stars ✨ 🤘🏾.On the contrary, it’s hard to get an appointment school seasons ...They also have the best prices 🤓 so if I could give a half star ⭐️ I would 😉

If you want clean tools, do not go here. Found out real quick their tools are not sterile and used on everyones feet without being cleaned each and every time. Not worth catching fungus.

Best pedicure Ive had in a long time

Way too expensive for the shity work they did. I got a shellac manicure and it was chipping within the first week of having them done and my cuticles look like they hadnt even been done at all! I want my money back and I will never go there again!

THE WORST PLACE EVER!! They said they could do the nails I wanted but at the end they did a totally different look which was really ugly, very pricey, they weren’t even careful, and made me bleed also rude. Never coming to this place again.

You get what you pay for! Rock bottom prices compared to competitors, but be prepared to wait and have staff help others while serving you at the same time.
