Husband chanced upon this place by himself and recommended and now I won’t go anywhere else. Everyone is nice. It’s clean. Prices are reasonable. We can always get a reservation and have even walked in and been taken care of immediately. Provide drinks and always have Food Network on when I’m there which I have come to enjoy even though I don’t watch at home. Nice relaxing music too. Highly recommend!!

My technicians were wonderful! I got 10% off for my birthday since I had been there before, they took their time and really paid attention to detail. I feel that my nails will last longer than other places I’ve gotten them. Very pleased!

We love it here! Clean facility, friendly staff, amazing value. This is not a place that constantly tries to upsell you. They are knowledgeable and gentle. I routinely take my kids here as well, because the staff are kid friendly and gentle! Have been here half a dozen times, ranging from middle of the week to weekends to even holidays, and they are amazing at all times! Book an appointment, they are popular!

I only get pedicures so this review is strictly rated to that service. The last 3 or 4 times Ive visited it feel likes the total pedicure time gets shorter and shorter. The technicians rush through the process to get people in and out of their chair. The pedicure I purchase has an approximate service time of 42 mins and yet 25 - 30 mins later the service is done and Im being ushered out for the next guest.Its officially time to start looking for a new place.

My nails are flat, instead of having that curve that helps it stay on longer. They’re also different lengths and they completely overcharged me. If you want quality nails for your money I wouldn’t recommend.

I loved it!! I came with my mom and sister. Vy did my full set and she did great work! Lee, Lori and Cindy did our pedicures and it was so relaxing and they did great!!! They are so professional and so sweet!!! For sure will be back.

I got the express manicure which i know is supposed to be quick but my nails have never looked this bad. My nails are not cut/shaped straight AT ALL, the nail polish is all around my nail-beds and the edges. They didn’t even have the decency to put lotion on after my pedicure. The lady giving me a pedicure was so forceful w moving my feet/legs as if i was a child

Its sad that during this time, pandemic, some of the workers, including the manager, are not wearing their masks. I used to love coming here, but its uncomfortable to be around that right now . Sadly, they have also lost great nail technicians that used to work there. Plus they have at the door : must wear mask, so they are not even following their rules.

They rush even when they have no customers and can’t do the Job right then blame you for messing up you wet nails.

DO NOT COME HERE! A girlfriend and I decided to come here since our normal spot was closed today. We brought our kids with us as well.One, I made the appointment before we came. They knew I had a 4 year old and a 10 year old. My girlfriend had her son.Two they told my 4 year old to be quiet. And trust me she wasn’t a horrible brat she was just excited to help the lady do her mani and pedi. She was an angel! And loves getting her nails done. But they told her to be quiet.Three, I like Matt on my nails, the lady told me she didn’t like it. My response is “good thing it’s on me and not you” also it looks like my nails are a week old she didn’t do a good job. They also told my friend that it was 10 dollars more to add Matt after they added Matt on to her because she didn’t like the shine.They are rude and I normally tip fat. I only tipped the lady that did my daughter because she did a good job with her. The guy that did my eldest she wanted Matt black and didn’t do it for her. Which is a shame, because I have to beg my oldest to come with me to get her nails done.Anyways. Don’t waste your money here. I knew there was a reason I didn’t go. And I was quickly reminded.

A little rough on the nail job and way over priced plus shady on pricing. Glue was still stuck all around my cuticles. Had cuts on my cuticles.

I had two girls. One did my dipped nails and other did my pedi at the same time.. they both did an AWESOME JOB!!! I recommend Tammy & Cindy. Cindy did a goooooood job on massaging feet,legs and shoulders. She took her time and I felt alot of effort in it. I felt relaxed and good. I fell asleep for a bit and I hardly do that. I absolutely love my pink toes and all she did. I think I did the deluxe. Omg if I could Id go back tomorrow just to have her again lol. Also, Tammy did good on my dipped nails. I love them it was my first time doing them. I HIGHLY recommend.

The reason I like this nail salon is because the owner knows how to stand out from the competition in the area. I like the fact that they offer ice in glasses instead of a room temperature bottle of water. The music and decor creates a relaxing environment too. I love the full bar and the coffee and teas. I appreciate the clean and modern style of the salon too. I even like the text reminders that keep them top of mind offering 10% off next visit.I was going to the nail shop next to Wendys but this nail salon is so much more relaxing and better priced.

I’ve only gotten pedicures here but they are fairly good. Decently priced. I recommend asking for Hannah, she is hands down the best one there.

Gel Manicure did not even last 7 days.My mom and I visited this salon because my normal salon was closed for the day. We spent $200 in there on nails and toes (just gel) and the gel hasn’t even held up one week. I will not be returning. The way they painted my nails painted into my cuticle so it bubbled up and peeled off the second it started to grow out. Very disappointed

This is still my favorite mail salon in the area! The deluxe pedicure is the best, and now they have an option to use all natural products. The neck massage at the end is my favorite part!

I’ve been coming to Oasis since they opened and have always had great service. The last two visits have caused me some concern. There is no one working there that I recognize. Where did the old staff (David, Jessica) etc go?The people I saw today did a good job, but it makes me wonder what happened?

They are so friendly here! They know me by name and remember personal details about me that make it an enjoyable visit every time. They have stayed on many occasions after hours just to finish my service. Ive never felt cheated or rushed. Theyre very accommodating and do such a great job. Especially when it comes to ingrown nails, which is a common problem for people! Highly reccomend!

This place is awesome!!! Such good ventilation it helps the strong nail smell (especially if you’re pregnant). Beautiful interior design that makes it even more relaxing. They offer you something to drink and are very nice. Everyone here is good it seems they have a very good hiring process. I love going here and won’t go anywhere else. Good prices and great customer service along with awesome work.

This place used to be AMAZING but now that there is a new owner, the service is not the same. I did not get the same quality care as I did before and I felt that the ladies doing my nails were rushing. I will not go to this salon again. I’m sad to have to find a different salon.

Very disappointed with new management! Came a few months ago and the girl who did my manicure was on the phone the whole time. She never even filed my nails. Returned last week to use $150.00 gift cards purchased last year and they refused to honor them. Offered a 5% discount. Have been going there for 10 years and will not return.

I work here and I honestly think that the service is great! You get complimentary drinks and the whole place is kept clean 24/7! We will gladly serve anyone who walks through our doors!

We went in with a huge bridal party (24 people) and they were about to accommodate us all at the same time. They dont offer any group discounts but we were happy to all be seated and getting our nails done together. We were offered a complimentary drink while we sat in massage chairs. Overall a good experience 👌

My favorite nail place!! Its a nice, relaxing atmosphere. They serve drinks and always give me the full amount of time I paid for. I love that I can get a neck massage with my pedicure. I live kind of far and have tried a lot of other nail places near my house, but none of them compare, so I continue to drive 30 minutes to Oasis to get in my mommy relaxation time. The prices are little higher than other places, but I think its worth it for the luxurious atmosphere and excellent customer service.

LOVE Oasis!! By far my favorite nail salon, and Ive tried quite a few. They dont sit there and talk to each other the whole time, its reasonably priced, and always so clean. They have coffee, mimosas (for services over a certain price), and wine. They do a great job and Ive always had a warm welcome at the door. Highly recommend!

After going to this place for two years today I experienced the worse customer service I have ever received in my life. I get my nails and pedicure done every two weeks and I had never had any issues. My boyfriend and I have always been very generous spending over $250 at a time and leaving over $80 on tips on each visit.On 11/18/17 I got my nails done for Thanksgiving. I was traveling to Chicago for the holidays. By Monday I had to return as my nails were falling apart. The shellac was coming out. My nails were fixed or so I thought. By Thanksgiving day my nails were completely falling apart again.Today I returned, I had pictures showing them how quickly my nails had gotten messed up. After spending well over $100 on nails I at least expected them to last 2 weeks.I was told that I must have done something different to cause my nails to get ruined. I explained that I had not, yet I was being charged to get my nails fixed. The manager was very rude, condescending, and instead of recognizing that the nail tech had done a terrible job and fix it I was being called a liar and being charged again to fix my nails. I left and will never come to this place again. I will bring my business to a place that understands and provides excellent customer service.I always tip extremely well, its unacceptable that they could not accommodate fixing my nails and rather that I take my business some place else.Extremely disappointed. By far the worse customer service I have ever received.

I wish there was another location within the Houston city limits. I no longer live in Richmond, but I am seriously contemplating making the 45 minute drive back down there just to go to this salon.The staff is very friendly and attentive. In all of the times I went there, I never felt rushed or like I was just another payday for them.The gel soak massage is the best. The staff gives good neck and shoulder massages. The drink selection is decent, too, if you are old enough to partake in an adult beverage.I would highly recommend this salon to anybody who was in or near Richmond.

Worst salon in Richmond, very unhygienic and they just want to rush you out they tried to complete my whole pedicure in less than 15 minutes and when I advised she didn’t even file or scrub the dead skin off they started being loud and took the person off working on my feet and said they would have someone else work my feet rather than a dress the issue. Not nice, not the customer device you would want to experience. Especially Hannah she had such a rude attitude.

I’ve been to a lot of nail places in the area and as far as atmosphere, service, & consistency this is (in my opinion) the best nail salon around. I’d definitely recommend them!

This is the best nail salon in the RICHMOND & Sugarland area.. I have been coming here every couple of weeks since the opened. I fondly refer to Oasis as my version of Cheers, where everyone knows my name. The fact that the owner knows what wine I like, with my amazing pedicure is a bonus ;) The pedicure massages are actually 30-45 mins, which is exceptional. I also get the facials here and they are priced competitively. I would do EVERY service here if they offered it. Thank you Jessica and Team. See you later this afternoon!

Best nails saloon in the area. I tried Sunshine and AMC nails first but I wasnt entirely happy with the results. I came to Oasis and I am always happy with my nails. Im glad I found them. Tom does my nails, hes good!!

I have been coming here for a while and last year I caught fungus on 2 nails, but I let it go. However, I went about 2 weeks ago and once again I caught fungus on 3 nails. I will not be returning. I get the colored powder.

My favorite place! Great drink options including adult beverages. Sometimes my pedicure chips right within a week. Sometimes it lasts for two weeks! I think it depends on the polish used.

Ive been going to Oasis Nails for nearly a year until my very bad experience with the manager/owner....I was appalled and very disappointed. I would always spend about $100 every visit. I dont mind paying to be pampered. However, the manager is very rude. She is the worst manager/owner at a nail/spa salon that I have encountered. She always had an unpleasant demeanor. I was tired from a very long work week so I was feeling relaxed and started to fall asleep while getting my nails done. About 3 weeks later when I called to schedule an appointment, she told me that I needed to get my nails done first then my pedicure because I fell asleep the last time. I ALWAYS get a pedicure first then get my nails done. I told her that she was very rude. I asked her can we talk about this when I come in for my appointment. She told me, that they dont have time for that and hung the phone up in my face.

My wife had experienced terrible customer service from her nail technician. She had a shellac polish done that the technician wanted to send her away with it being sheer when it is supposed to be black shellac polish. Had to wait for a 3rd coat but that was not the main issue, the main issue is that the technician got shellac black polish all over my wifes fingers/hands from the way she was holding the bottle. The technician had no apologies to say and then slowly began to try and get the shellac off of her fingers, the manager had to come assist with getting the extra polish off her fingers/hands. We chose the salon out of the numerous selections in the area because it was close and had pretty good reviews. My wife went in there to her appointment and let them know she had other engagements to attend right after so she couldnt take longer than the appointment time and they repeatedly told her no worries, guess what they failed. Due to the time it took to get off the extra polish from her fingers/hands we are late. With zero apology, no mention of anything at check out, which is why they get a 1 star review.

They service you quickly and you are in and out in no time! The complimentary wine doesnt hurt either 😉

Super fast no appointment needed. I keep going back but depending on who you get it can be hit or miss. I have left twice with smudged toes because they are so fast.

Upon arrival the manager was very rude and had horrible customer service skills! She gave me an attitude when I was explaining to her exactly what service I wanted. The only reason I stayed was because of the nail technician Tina, who did my pedicure was very nice and sweet! I was suppose to get a shellac manicure as well but decided not to when they said that they were too busy to do at the same time first and they were too busy to do my friends nails because she did not have an appointment. However, I did not have an appointment and was a walk in as well! My friend decided to call another nail shop to see if we can get our nails done there and then the manger decides to come over and say she can do my friends nails because she overheard us talking with another nail shop! Overall, I highly don’t recommend this nail shop due to lack of customer service from the manager! The first person whom you come in contact with upon arrival!

Absolutely horrible. Came in with 4 other bridesmaids and the bride and every single person had a negative experience. One person was forced to pay twice because she paid cash and they didnt keep track. Another had the dip powder completely removed because it was puddling up and uneven. Several girls left with crooked nails and uneven color while others were in tears because of the filing techniques. To top it all off the bride had to ask for a third coat on her toes and get a new powder color because everything was so thin. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This place has its good and bad therefore I give it a 3. Some days I have a great experience some days I feel rushed and annoyed by the lack of customer service skills. I can say I know when the girls are in good mood or bad since almost all of them have worked on my. I go there pretty much once a week and spend around 75 almost everytime. The service is good the place is very clean and nice, but the owner lacks customer service skills. I continue to go here cause overall I love their lemonade and it is a nice place to relax at times. I have learned to just look past the owners unpleasant social/customer service skills because at the end of the day I go there to get my nails done and enjoy my lemonade and massage.

I guess if you’re not white and willing to spend $100+ on a mani/pedi then you don’t get the “grand service”everyone is raving about. Went with my mom to get a pedicure and the girl that was doing mine had the most disdain face on. She was rude and never smiled not once, the pedicure lasted for like 20min and the result was ugly. My mom did not like this place either. Too pretentious for their own good and way too expensive for the service they give. Also we were never offered water or complimentary mimosas (I read reviews that said they were offered) . Yet the white women in front of us were treated like queens. Never again!!!!!!

My husband and I have been receiving nail services at this salon for several years and love it. I think the key is finding the technician who works well with you and then requesting them every time. We do that and are always very pleased with our service and outcome. My pedis last, my manis look just the way I like them, our technicians are kind and friendly. The manager is sweet to us as regular customers. We will continue to use Oasis! P.s. Its beautiful inside and very clean!

I used to really like this place! This weekend the girls were too aggressive with the cuticle clippers and made me and the woman next to me bleed. Chopped two huge chunks off of the side of my big toe. There is possible infection now because it has hurt for the past 24 hours and is not looking good. Red and sore.

Very disappointed. After spending almost $200 on my three daughters and I getting pedicures, we were all extremely dissatisfied. The technicians were mediocre and the actual pedicure didnt even last one week on ANY of us. The polish started to chip off with the first week for ALL of us. This has NEVER happened to us before elsewhere. Not only were the pedicures more expensive than most places for the amount of services, but the fact that they didnt even LAST a week is extremely upsetting. I only treat my girls on special occasions and I felt that this place was definitely a rip-off.

I have been here a few times in the past prior to yesterday. & the manager is always rude, but the pedi & Mani’s are usually decent. Yesterday i took my 2 & 5 yr old to get their nails polished. & me a pedi & dip manicure. The manager tried to convince me my girls were too young to get their nails done & stated well if they mess them up we will not fix them for free. I ignored her rudeness & told the nail tech to go ahead & do their nails & of course they sat there like they always do still as can be. My pedicure was “ok” nothing to brag about, however my dip manicure was awful. Instead of the drying topcoat she applied brush cleaner or some type of cleaning agent that gave me a chemical burn. Once she realized what she did she took it off & started over. By the time she was done my hands were on fire & my nails looked terrible. I showed the manager when i was paying & she said ok take $5 off & instructed the front desk girl to “clean” my hands with acetone because they were stained from the dip being reapplied 3 times. At first i agreed to the $5 off. but when i got outside in the sun & noticed how awful they looked & how red the burns were i went back in & asked for my money back. The manager said okay sit down we will take it off than give money back. I said no I’m not sitting here for another hour with my kids. So she got very angry threw my cash back at me & told me “they never do service for me again”. I said oh don’t worry i would Never come back. I’ll definitely go to my regular shop sunshine nails even if there is an hour wait!

I love Oasis. They are always busy (or so it seems), but Ive never had to wait.

2 weeks ago I came back here and got the deluxe pedi and mani. Everything went great, massages are really awesome. BUT, the pedicurist cut into my cuticles too deep. She told me it was an ingrown nail but both of my big toes were sore. I didnt realize what she did and the next day, my cuticles were swollen and infected. I was so pissed she cut into my cuticles and didnt tell me. Honestly, I didnt get a pedi in 2 months so I thought my feet were a mess and hard to clean but I didnt imagine I needed to get a small infection. I put antibiotic on my toes for a full week to make it go away. Today Im going back for a pedi and asking them NOT to cut my cuticles. Its unsanitary as Ive realized and if they wont stay off of the cuticles, as sad as I would be to miss the luxurious interior and massages and drinks, Im finding a more sanitary place.
