Happened to stumble upon this gem of a nail spa. They are very hygienic and extremely polite. You can tell there is a strong focus on customer service and experience. This location was able to accommodate my ever changing schedule due to travel and helped me with my picky nail color selection with so much patience. My tech, Kim, was very detail oriented and ensured I was happy with my pedicure! Will def be back here for all my future trips to Houston!

Excellent service. Worth every penny. Pedicure and manicure without changing seats. Friendly and welcoming. Dont live in Texas at all but already planning my trip back.

Were new to the area and trying to find a new nail shop. Chic is really nice and modernity styled on the inside. Prices are very reasonable compared to what weve paid in the past. Kind of upset that my nail has already chipped but I think my daughter and I will return. Very friendly ppl there too. Wine served. TVs displayed. Cool atmosphere

I will never go back here to get my nails done again! I always get full set color powder acrylic nails and for the first time ever, I had a man do my nails and never again!! The man here was rough and cut me and didn’t even seem to care. Also, about a week after I got them done, the top coat was already peeling off and I’ve never had that happen to me, and I noticed one of my nails was crooked. Can’t wait to get these things off and take my business somewhere else!!! Very disappointed and I’m usually always satisfied after getting them done.

I’m so disappointment. I have been going here for a year and for the last few times I went was horrible. I am going somewhere else from now on. I had a male that kept cutting me and was rough and he didn’t even care. Also, my nails was super crooked and lumpy. SMH! I was not happy when I left out of there. I cannot believe the experience. I kept telling him to fix it and he kept saying it’s fine, Looks good. SMH. Done with this place.

First time here and they were wonderful. The place a clean, bright and everyone was very friendly! There were three of us and we got 2 pedicures and 2 full set. I think the price was very reasonable. Definitely found my new spot.

Came in around 5:15 and was sat down immediately. Did the nail dip and it was done pretty fast. Love how it turned out. There is no strong smell like other places and everyone is so friendly.Tammy was the one who worked with me.

I didnt actually get service. I had an appointment, but was 5 minutes late, which was entirely my fault and I expected to wait. Another lady arrived, who I happened to chit chat with while we waited and she said whe was new and had no appointment...she was taken in before us. Im a patient person, but we waited over 35 minutes. When we got up to leave, they came up to us and told us to sit at a chair. Mind you, I have experienced this before at other nail places... I sit up front for a long time and when Im about to leave they say theyre ready and they just sit you at the chair another 20mins. Anyway, I did end up leaving, not only because of the wait, but also because they also have a very limited choice of nude colors for dip powder. Im new to the area so I went driving around and thankfully found a place who could take me right away with no appointment. Because they were polite, I may give them another try someday 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Very impressed, they have earned a customer!Pricing is great. I completed my regular pedicure and refill in 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the work Danny did on my nails, they looked better than the $70 manicure I received in downtown Houston! Two thumbs up!

I was taken seated five minutes after I got there. My nail technician was lovely. She her time cleaning and preparing my nails. The entire process was very relaxing. The shape and the color everything I love. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in town.

I really wanted to love this place. It is close to home and inside the actual salon is lovely. However, my gel/shellac manicure didnt even last 5 days before ALL of my polish came off. My gel/shellac manicures in the past have lasted AT LEAST 10 days, but Ive even had them last 2.5 weeks before. Im wondering if its because the nail tech was more interested in talking/gossiping than focusing on what she was doing. Im giving this place 2 stars instead of only 1 because the lady who did my pedicure did a great job. They still look like great. Unfortunately it doesnt completely make up for my manicure.I may give this place one more try, since this was my one and only time going here. If I do and I have a better experience, then I well definitely update this. But we will see. Im not eager to go back at this point.

Absolutely love this place. People are very friendly and everything is clean. They have drinks available from coffee to wine. I have been very happy with my nails every time I’ve gone. Christina does an awesome job every time. She is very sweet and professional. She pays attention to detail and I get complimented on my nails all the time. Lee does my pedicures and she has me feeling very relaxed. Love this place and the fact it’s close to home and prices are reasonable.

Never again will I cheat on my nail salon again.... My nails look horrible

So, I have been going to this place since January and loved it until today. On Sunday, I went to get nails and toes done. The tech who took care of my manicure, cut my cuticles, had my nails uneven, and I had glue still under my nails from the dip polish I used. I came today (6 days later) to get them redone and I still had to pay to get the redone. The owner told me that she could not take the money from the tech who did my nails because the tech did not believe she did anything wrong. She said she could not take money from the tech that had already been given to her for my first manicure to the one I had today who fixed it. I am upset because I had to pay for someone elses mistake and the owner did not care that she may have lost a customer. I will NEVER be coming back again. Customers should not have to pay for the employees mistake.

Christina is the best there is! She can do anything I ask and she does the nails perfectly not leaving a spot on my nails. I went to 5 different nail salons for ombré and she is the only one who could do it and do it correctly! I love my nails everytime I go to her!

I had a pedicure and dip done 2 weeks ago. The pedicure was done with no problems. However, during the dipping process I had to call the manager/ owner over 4 times. Let me say that I have been going since they opened, and I have been quite pleased. I have even taken my mother. The nail tech which I had never had before keep digging into my skin with her bare fingernails to the point of blood coming from my skin. I said ouch at least 2 times, but no change. After the 4th call to the manager, she gave directions to remove the powder from the one hand and that she did not feel comfortable working on me. Now, I would have thought if you have a nail tech that is hurting your customer that you would send a different nail tech. I even exhibited to the manager/owner on her nails what I was experiencing. She did not seem too care!! I instantly went home to apply antibiotic cream to my injured skin to prevent infection from setting in.As a manager/owner, I would certainly be concerned about injuring my customers.

I love this place! Its not the cheapest nail spa around, but definitely one of the best! Everyone is really nice and do an excellent job on hands and feet. Ive been going here since they opened and am sorely disappointed if I have to go anywhere else! Enjoy a glass of wine, a soda, or a coffee, sit back in the awesome massage chairs, and allow this team to pamper you. You wont be sorry!

WAS NOT WORTH $77 I PROMISESooo bad and over priced. Got shellac on my hands and feet, literally lasted 4 days and then it turned dark and dirty like I had dirt on them, then they started to peel off so easy. The lady that was doing them took forever, longer than my friend that got acrylic and she messed up twice. Never going again.

The ladies here are very kind. I dont feel like Im being talked about, unlike most other nail salons Ive been to.

So, I came in today as a first time guest. I was able to be seated and serviced right away. Everything went perfect with my toe nail polish, until she started on my hands. I came in for a toe nail polish change, full set removal, and basic manicure. When she started on my hands, she was using a drill that irritated my nail beds, which are naturally thin. It took over an hour to remove my set. Ive been to several nail salons and it has NEVER taken that long. Secondly, my manicure was not that good. I left with a bumpy finish and an unprofessional looking manicure. The nail tech who worked with me was sweet as pie and she took her time to take extra care of me but honestly the work was just OK. They have really good pricing and the staff were all polite but I’ve definitely had better. Also, they don’t use fans wth their UV lighting to dry your nails, which should be used for a nice finish and much faster drying time.

Decided to try this new place out and glad i did. I Went there today with my 3 yr old daughter they were really professional and friendly they have a waiting area with drinks and snacks. They have a really cute setup for the kiddos so that is an A+. I had my nails done by Cindy and i really liked how she left them they ended up looking super natural unlike other salons i have visited where u can tell u got fake nails on. Overall i definitely recommend and i will keep going back!

Their dip powder nails are the best, and I love how fast and convenient they are.

This place used to be much better but the last several times the quality has really gone down. I am very picky on my pink and white nails and they now lift badly every time within a week of a fill. Just left from getting a refill done and they look terrible. You can see lines and they are orangey in color. They tried to tell me that I should consider getting a new set every time instead of a fill and that it would be better for my nails and not cost that much more. I would not recommend this place!

Loved the charcoal pedicure and massage they didnt offer me the drink but it was all around good

Great prices, friendly staff, overall very satisfied and will come back. My girls got a kid pedi and LOVED it. Almost couldnt get them to leave! Now they want a massaging chair for the house!

They make a great philly cheese steak hogie a generous portion of steak with plenty of cheese and onions. I really enjoyed it. I am looking forward to trying there new steak and mushrooms hogie next. Great place and very clean.

Terrible customer service. I came in u sure what I wanted and I was pushed off to the side. The woman didn’t care to help me and started helping people people that came in after me. Not a very welcoming environment.

Just moved here so I was looking for a new place to have my pedicures done. Chairs are comfortable and are pretty up to date. No wait and the place didnt smell strongly like some of the ones Ive been to. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Great, new salon with very reasonable prices. Everything is very spacious and clean/organized, staff is friendly and communicative without being overly chatty. They have several kids pedicure chairs as well.Some things to note (relevant to pedicures only as thats my only experience :1) This is not a quick in and out place. You will soak for ages before starting on the pedi itself. I chose the basic pedicure and was slightly over an hour from walk in to walk out.2) They do not have (or I was not offered) drying lights. After my polish was applied we put my shoes on and I was escorted up front to pay and leave. However, two of my nails got botched putting on my shoes and the nail tech was very quick to correct them.This is definitely going to be my new salon as long as I can spare adequate time in my schedule.

Love coming here Christina is the best!!!! She did my nails, the best I hv ever gotten done and which I got a lot of compliments on, she did my eye lashes and wax my eye brow. She is very professional. She is my to go girl!

I like that its so clean and everyone is super friendly, but Ive had my nails done twice and after a week they started lifting. I wont be back again to get my nails done. Ill stick to pedicures because I love that they have so many options!

I finally found a place to get my nails done!! The ladies there were really nice and it was a great atmosphere. I love my nails they were done the exact way I wanted it.

My pedi was rushed and she didnt let my color dry properly. I understand it was full but I wouldve liked to have been treated with better care. My nail color was smeared on both feet sooooo I wasted $25 for nothing.Thanks again! Smh.

Outstanding service from the moment my Mom, sister, 2 young daughters and I stepped into the door. Lisa, Ann, Rose, Tina and others were very expedient, professional yet easy going and interpersonal with us. We all received pedis and Manis and we ALL were WELL pleased. Im very particular with salons because of hygiene concerns and any service delivering customer service. Chic exceeded my expectations in both areas. Ive found a new pampering home!!!

They are criminals I was told my nails would be 60 total and when it was time to pay all of a sudden 90. And when I told them I decided to not get the jewel design they started bad mouthing me and saying I was “cheap” I’m only 15 and I can’t spend a whole paycheck on just nails

They used to be good but last 2 times I went the techs made me feel like an idiot. The last time she asked if I wanted my nails trimmed I answered yes. When she was half way done I said dont forget to trim my nails and she argued with me that I had not said yes and that it would make her have to do extra work. I got to listen to that for the remaining 20 minutes. She did her best to shame me to others around. Very unprofessional. Being that nail salons are a dime a dozen here youd think they would want to retain their customers

I told them to be careful because I had an ingrown toenail. They still went deep and I was bleeding for about a week.

Got a deep cut when cutting cuticles. Very painful. Nails look nice after that.

This by far has been the worst nail shop I have ever been to! If you’re looking to get your eyebrows done; do yourself a favor. DON’T!!! Every time I go to this place my polish always chips off! Disappointed... I usually go off Google reviews in picking a place and Im sad I didnt get the same service other customers got. I went there for my first time and last time for a shellac mani-pedi and lets just say it was the worst pedicure ever!! I was so tense because the lady working on my feet went so fast and every snip I just cringed. She ended up cutting me and when she sprayed the alcohol I flinched bc she cut me and she had the nerve to tell me there is no cut!! So she can feel for me?! She probably took a total of 15 mins on my feet and didnt do a through job. I told the head lady and she just said awe sorry, just dont get her next time! There wont be a next time. Will not go back after that.

Chipped nails in 2 days (Shellac nails ) Went back took forever to fix it.Then one day later had peeled off nails, Went back and waited another 45 min. I have been a customer for a long time.Each time I went back they looked put out to help me fix it. Never said sorry we’re is the customer service. Wow 3 visits to get it right. Very disappointed. Get it can’t be perfect but if a client has been back three times.owner/manager should see what’s going on!!!Sincerely disappointed
