Melissa was AMAZING!! I booked my first Deva (curly) cut and I was a bit nervous. However, Melissa took the time to explain the whole process and made me feel super comfortable! She even took the time after to explain how to care for my curls to continue getting the best looking curls! I was so impressed with how my curls looked I actually teared up!! Just AMAZING!!

Melissa was amazing! She gave great tips for managing my hair and my color. The D3 treatment was amazing! The shop had a great atmosphere even picked up some crystals. Melissa was friendly, engaging, professional, very talented and made it a fun exciting customer experience.I am so happy to have found this place! I got my haircut my Sam. I was ssoooooo nervous as I had never had a curly cut. Sam made me laugh the entire time and reassured me that she knew exactly what she was doing. She even talked to me about what works best in my hair vs what I had been doing. My hair has never looked healthier.

Tammy always does a wonderful job and is so kind. I appreciate her honesty and that shell lead me in the right direction when making decisions on what to do to my nails, even when it means that she wont earn as much money as she would have were she to let me do what I originally suggested. That speaks volumes and reinforces my loyalty to the salon. My nails always look terrific and she listens to and always addresses any questions I have.

Sam did an amazing job on my curly cut . She took her time and paid attention to every curl . I love that she asked me what my hair goals were . She is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had . She even suggested some great products . The atmosphere in the salon was very lovely as well . I highly recommend.

Went in for a super last minute trim thinking I would end up leaving with an appointment booked, but Tami made sure I left with a fresh hair cut. I definitely got lucky this time and it was a great experience. I just found my new salon!

I have been going to Thairapy for the last 5 years.I went because my Stylist, Jo, moved there. Jo is AMAZING and I cant say enough good things about him and what he does for clients. That said, this is a review of the salon NOT the stylists. There are more than a few things you should know before you go here. First, specify you want your hair dried and styled following your cut. If you dont youre SOL. Second, when I started going there they had a decent variety of products. Then, they scaled back and offered only Eufora. This was OK b/c I like some of their products. Recently, they switched to Unite (or something) which Im not a fan of and wouldnt buy. Since theres no variety there, youre kind of stuck. Third, when I would get a Brazilian blow out they would give me the products needed to maintain it as part of the overall cost. Then, one day, they handed me some dollar store travel containers with some product in it and someone wrote in sharpie what each was. It was about enough to get you through 2-ish weeks. They didnt lower the price for the blow out. I will go wherever Jo is because hes that good. A salon is only as good as the stylists and the overall experience. Its a darn good thing Jo is so good because the experience is pretty terrible.

My stylist sat down with me to go over every product and every past treatment that has been done on my hair. She was very knowledgable andreally wanted to know everything about my history before she began working with me. That is a first for me!!! Will return for sure.

Worst experience. Went to Richard Thomas to get the bottom 3 inches colored purple/grey. Left with a tie dye head of orange, blonde, and pink. He did up to my roots in the back even after I told him I only wanted the bottom 3 inches. Never EVER go here. They are unprofessional, inexperienced, and dont have knowledge about anything to do with color. Richard seemed entirely unsure of what he was doing the whole time. If you care about your hair, go to a different salon.

I went here because they used Eufora products, and assumed they had the same training as Eufora salons. I was wrong. I showed the man several pictures of what my hair looked like after it was cut, and the color that I wanted. (I was going darker for fall). He completely ignored my thoughts. I had about 3 other stylist watching him cut and color my hair, and continually comment on how good it looked. I wanted darker hair with some highlights, not an all over color. I know that when you color your hair dark, its always darker after and lightens up. let me tell you, I walked out with black hair and no highlights, and everyone around me telling how magical this man was at doing hair and applauding. Since the peek a boo highlights werent showing he did a treatment on my hair that I didnt ask for and ended up paying another $50 for. So essentially, he screwed up and I had to pay for his mistakes. The cut didnt take off any of my split ends, he barely took anything off to make it healthy. And he chopped off some random bit of hair next to my chin that was way to thick. I looked like a 12 year old who was growing out their bangs. All in all I paid $200 before tip (total i paid $235, I feel terrible if I dont tip. I shouldnt have). Eufora is a a mid priced line and should never cost $200 and a mid priced salon. I previously went to a Eufora salon for 3 years, then I moved, and I never paid more that $115. I am very upset with the service I received, and do not plan on going back. I dont generally leave internet reviews. But in my search for a good salon I find myself reading them, so it might be helpful for someone else for me to start leaving reviews.
