I arrived at 4:30 pm and got right in for an oil change. I was given a cost estimate of the service, there was a portable A/C unit that was blowing cold air through my drivers side window while I waited in my car as they checked the air pressure in my tires. The workers were friendly, efficient and professional, they changed my oil and filter and I was driving out of the bay in no more than 7 or 8 minutes from the time I arrived. Maybe not as quick as an Indy Car pit stop but pretty impressive! 2 thumbs up!

This is hands down the best oil change shop I’ve been to. Victor is fantastic. I came in just looking to get an oil change and he noticed I need a new radiator and transmission fluid flushed. He recommended a mechanic nearby for the radiator and instead of charging me for transmission flush he recommended that I go to transmission service center because of the mileage on my car. Great customer service!

I no longer dread going to get the car serviced. No more than a 20 minute process and they did the same things that in the past would have taken a few hours. Friendly and professional staff with Victor and Jose and they performed all the necessary steps by checking all fluid levels, tire pressure etc. And even cleaned the windows. I will be back for sure.

I went in for a quick oil change, thinking I might not be able to get in due to them almost closing. I came in at 5:40pm knowing they close at 6pm Fabian greeted me with a smile! I asked if it was to late and he said sir as long as them doors are open we will take you in. I told him I want a oil change he gave me my options and explained to me the different oils and helped me choose the oil that is best for my car. He said I will be out in 10-15 minutes and said they where going to check all my fluids and top them off if needed, check my tires and clean my windshield! ALL THAT IN 10-15min?? Just like he said he had me out in 10min. I was very impressed! I asked if he had any coupons and he gave $10 off. I will tell my friends and family about my great experience. The crew at this Jiffy Lube are simply amazing--friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to go above and beyond to make your visit as painless as possible. Ive visited twice in the last week (once for an oil change, and once for a battery replacement) and all I can say is wow! The office is clean and well lit, the shop is orderly and tidy, and even at night (my first visit) I wasnt at all worried being there alone.Their reputation for excellence is well deserved in my book, and I will definitely be stopping by again for my automotive needs!

This store location will not honor their military promotion that is clearly stated on the car care website that they are a part of. They stated that they can only enter the discount if it has a code. The website states that no code needed, just show your military ID. The store manager then kept cutting me off when I was expressing my confusion on why they will not honor what is clearly stated. If you are a veteran and can not do your own oil change like myself, and dont want the hassle, go to a different location or possibly a different company.

Conflicted on this place. They have good customer service and they are quick.I came here last year and did everything they told me to do, oil, trans, radiator etc. It was about $600. After that service my radiator was cracked and I had to replace it. It was older and I assumed it was a coincidence.I went back two days ago and got my oil and air filter changed. Now I come out to my truck and there is a big puddle of oil all over my driveway.Lightning never strikes twice.

It sometimes takes a year for me to drive my cars 3000 miles. I go in before long trips to have my fluids and air pressure checked. It’s great to have that piece of mindManager has always been super cool, staff are happy to help. I try to tip $5 if I make them work to top anything off lol

Jose helped me out when I needed a quick jump start, no questions asked. Didnt pressure me into getting a new battery or anything.

Good service but they need to upgrade their payment system to include Apple Pay. I have become so accustomed to using my Apple Pay that a company with so many outlets would not be offering this feature for payment.

I came in with what I thought was a belt problem. Ended up being a power steering pump that needed to be replaced which they are unable to do. I needed to get back to Ssnta Barbara that day. They refilled the fluid and assured me I would have no problem with the trip home and did not charge me anything. Great customer service.

I have come to this Jiffy Lube for years. Today, I drove up and was greeted with Hi! Welcome to Jiffy Lube, the oil change today will be $79.99.Wait, what? I asked the technician to repeat it. I heard it right the first time. I informed him that price was ridiculous for a basic oil change.This Jiffy Lube has lost my business.

These guys were great. I needed my license plates put on my car and did it at no additional charge.

I got such amazing customer service, I couldnt wait to get home and write a review!!As soon as I pulled up I was immediately greeted by a gentleman (didnt catch his name) and told me to pull right up to one of the service lanes. He walked me into the waiting room and offered me coffee or water and told me to take a seat and a gentlemen would be right with me to go over paperwork. A gentleman named Patrick came into the waiting room and offered cookies to everyone. I was called shortly and he introduced himself and went over what needed to be replaced. Told me how Jiffy Lube is adding more services to their business (tires, brake, etc.) He was just so kind and he printed out a paper of what needed to be changed because I didnt have money to get it changed at the time. I will definitely be back to get it done there!The oil changed took about 20 minutes, I paid, and Patrick then thanked me for my service and shook my hand and walked me out to my car.I was just so overwhelmed by how kind all of the staff were and Ill definitely recommend everyone to go there :)

Tech informed my that the 20% off coupon I had applied to the work being done. Then when the time came to pay, Im told that the 20% off coupon on a $170.00 bill came to $5.00 off. Go somewhere else folks. Far too many competitors nearby to treat customers like that.

I sent my son to get an oil change on his 1999 Mercedes, as he gets ready for college. The staff up sold him to a Signature Service, claiming it was the same as previous visit. Fine, except the cost somehow ballooned from $85.00 in 2016 to 133.44 in 2017. When I went to get an explanation, the manager said..thats what he agreed to, the same as last year. A blatant Lie and deception! I understand Mercedes service is higher due to larger oil capacity, but a $50.00 increase is uncalled for. When I mentioned I have 3 other vehicles that Wont be coming to them for service..he said..thats OK!If you plan on sending a novice car person there for service, make sure you specify what you want done, and nothing else.
