Channa is the absolute best nail tech.Everyone is super friendly and quite efficient.

The pictures speak volumes. I didn’t have my glasses on, so I didn’t notice how terrible the polish application is. Atrocious.

It was my first time there, and all were so professional, and the tech, I had, I forgotten her name, she was awesome and very good at what she does. Its a good looking shop and very clean and Ive noticed how one of the tech would clean the station when a customer leaves. Also they didnt have a lot of people waiting which was good. Good job Glamour, Good job!🌸

Was very dissatisfied with the experience and the final result.Pun was my specialist, sitting at the 1st table.I came in for a dip manicure, and my nails were short already.First concern: 45 min into the procedure, I pointed out that there is uneven application on all of my nails. They were transparent at the beginning of nail, and very opaque and thick towards the end. The specialist just said that its OK.Second: specialist was filing my nails so hard on the tips and sides that it hurt and when I said that, she just ignored my concerns.Lastly, the whole procedure took 1h 40min, and clearly its twice as long as it should be. Other clients where were sitting around me that started at the same time with me and even later were finished long before I did.Im writing this review the day after and my fingers still hurt.I took pictures of the finished work as well.

This was my first time here n DEFINITELY my last!! No one was professional nor courteous. I came for a full set n pedicure n eyebrows but end up leaving with just a pedicure after already being there for 3 hrs. This place seems to be ratchet as hell and I would not recommend.. unless u know them (seem to be very friendly with regulars) or u urself is ghetto AF. Would give no stars if could

Wow! I started going here because they had late hours and close to work. Since moving an hour a away every time I visit I schedule an appt.

Loved this place. The nail technicians engaged in English with all the customers. They made small talk and was extra polite. My nails are fabulous. I was very relaxed and felt safe in this clean environment.

Randomly walked in for a pedicure. The ladies in the shop were all very friendly. The shop is clean and the equipment is new. Nahn did a great job. The massage was mediocre but I cant complain for a $25 pedi. Otherwise she was meticulous in her work and the result is fantastic. Will definitely go back!

First time checking out this place and I have to say, I am very impressed. There were plenty of people on staff, the facility was nice and they had a lot of color options. Everyone I came across was very nice and pleasant. Their prices were the best part. Very affordable! I will definitely be returning.

Never again - Apparently you need to have appointments and the technicians don’t show up if they don’t have something booked. I was first in line and shop was 10 minutes late opening- I was ushered to a chair - thinking I would be serviced. Nope the appointment ranked -and I respect that - but don’t sit me in water that gets cold while ignoring me. Waste of my time.

I am very disappointed! I went in getting nails put on with dip. The dip went past my cuticle..from what i remembered and i thought it was a bit strange from when i had it done in the past and that I never had noticed...but it had been a while and they did look nice so i didnt say anything. I then had to go back exactly 1 week and 2 Days after because the nails as soon as they grew they started lifting which i had never seen happen with dip on them. I then went back and had her fix it. Today would have made it the 3 weeks mark and my nails were already popping off yesterday and getting stuck on my hair. They had lifted again and i was able to take them off without even having to soak it...maybe there is something wrong with my natural nails that made that happen but based on past years, I have never had that happen and therefore, i will not ever be going back to that place. I also had tipped the owner( lady that did my nail) 10 dollars for taking her time... so i dont understand how this all happened. Something she did was wrong and i will never take the chance. I usually don;t leave any bad reviews anywhere but just letting anyone know who might have experienced same thing. Thanks for listening =-)

If i could give a minus i would ...went in for a fill in..she cut me and made me bleed...hurt three other fingers....polish all over my fingers. Gel on my fingers caked up...this place is absolutely terrible...had the nerve to not charge me full price...i shouldnt have had to pay a dime...smh

I love the atmosphere. Everyone is nice and they treat us warmly. I dont feel like we are being rushed to make room for the next client. Instead they take their time and I like that!

Nice people but they double dip when doing eyebrows and she started to use a dirty stick that was already on top of the wax melter. Will not be coming back, Id rather not have other peoples dead skin cells put on my face from that wax onto skin thats more prone to infection from the waxing process and the opening of pores. Nasty.

Beautiful nail salon, with a great staff. The salon has a wide variety of services, polish colors, and even hairstyling services. I would recommend coming early or calling ahead, because they can really get busy and you will have to wait.

Never have I ever experienced or witnessed an unhappy customer! I recommend Lal....She’s my go to girl!!! But overall, they’re all awesome! And I def love the new decor. It’s plush and sparkly! The owner was nice but i did not like the nails. I get the dip and it seemed like she did not know what she was doing. My nails were naturally long and when she cut my nail, she cut it really short. She did give me a goid hand massage afterwards.

I have been with Glamour Nails since they were inside Walmart. I have received good service. I get my nails and pedicures done just the way I like. I have seen nail techs come and go. The staff is really responsive th their customers.

Whoever the first nail lady is in the salon left me leaving the salon with every single one of my nails very tender. She first cut my nails too short when I said “a little, not too much” and her response “they’re a little short but it’s fine”. Secondly, during the drilling she went so deep to my cuticle that they were in pain under the gel light. When she went to file them, she went so deep into my skin that my nails were bleeding and on the corners of my nails I actually had no nail there, you could just see skin. When I jerked away my hand and told her she was very rough, she continued to do my hand very roughly. I also left with one of my fingers bruised in the corner because she caused me so much pain. It’s been hours since my nails have been done and my fingers are still really tender to where I feel I don’t want to do anything with them.

I love all of the folks who work in this place. Everyone is friendly, professional, and they do a fantastic job with my nails.

They assigned a woman that has never done nails before to perform a manipedi. She was nice and aweful. Hardly touched my nails. I wanted to storm out but didnt want to cause another scene at a nail salon. I see why its happening. They care less and less about customers. Ill never go there again.

Today was my second time going to this place and I really wanted to see the lady at station 3 or 4. Lady at station 4 did my nails absolutely gorgeous on my first visit. And the lady at station 3 I noticed she likes to take pics of her finsh product. Today I got the lady at station 2. What a big difference in quality. I asked her if she could do designs she said yes. I asked her if she had any pics of her work she said no. I should have ran out the door. I showed her picture of what I wanted with a matte finish and flowers on 3 random nails. My flower design was hitteous. The finsh wasnt a matte and my nails are lumpy. I will never go back to lady at station 2. I will go back but only with an appointment with either lady at station 3 or 4. I recommend scheduling an appointment with lady at station 3 or 4. If you get station 2 look forward to poor quality.

Awful! I should have payed attention the the review. The lady that sits on the first chair is who waited on me. First when I walked in the door. Noone said hello, I said hello twice to the lady at the desk...and got no reply! The same lady did my pedicure, my toe nails were already squared which is how I like them, without asking, she rounded them and cut themo basically to nubs, they are sore and red, I had to tell her not to do the same to my fingernails. The polish job looks as if a child did them. And they are not clean. They use the same files and things on everyone. I was recommended to this place. Im new in town and will never go back there again! My experience was very disappointing!.Update: Its literally been over a month since I went here to get my pedicure and my toes are still sore and painful, I havent been able to get another pedicure since this lady messed up my toenails. This is the worse experience ive ever had in my life at a nail salon. Please stay FAR AWAY from this place!

If I could give negative stars I would. This was the WORST experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. An older woman did my pedicure, cut my toenails crookedly, didn’t even use the pumice stone for one foot (I guess she forgot) and when she was cleaning under my toenail she kept pushing that sharp instrument deeper and deeper until she broke the skin. Mind you I kept yanking my foot back and saying OUCH. She tried to blame it on me having some ingrown nail and when I tried to tell the other woman who seemed to be in charge, the original woman actually had the nerve to try to act like she didn’t know what I was talking about and she didn’t hurt me at all. Horrible horrible. I left, toe injured and all. Please do NOT GO HERE!!

It was the worst 😭😭😭😭😭😫 place that I have ever been to to get my nails done the service were horrible they did a half way job;polish on my circule, my nails broke 2 days after getting them done so I go backI were told they could repair then they charge me for the polish, They just lost a valuable Customer, So pay close attention to the service that you are getting.
