I was recommended this nail shop by my Aunt. She told me to make contact with Cathy the owner. I called her in the morning and I got an appointment that same day. I got my nails done along with my half pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. I truly loved the look of my eyebrows as she made them look natural. Very friendly and very though. Im new to this area and this is the 3rd shop Ive tried to no avail. Again I was very please with the quickness of getting an appointment and their prices were very reasonable. You will see me again. Make an appointment! This nail shop is CLEAN! No6 packed with lots of people just waiting to get a service. I have seen the owner Jason turn customers away because they are booked with appointments. That is highly unusual. Did I say the place is clean. Friendly. Kathy and Jason know their clients well. I love that the shop is not crowed with people. Great place. I always make an appointment, arrive on time and I am in and out. No rich job. Fantastic work.

Had a $28 pedi. It was rushed, but she did a good job on my toes. The place looks dingy, but I think it is due to the age of the chairs, floor and decor. I will give them another try.

Had to walk out. Nail tech didn’t know what she was doing and couldn’t understand me. Phone kept ringing and text messages. Stopped multiple times during pedi. Won’t be back. No clue what’s going on in there

Ive been there several time nice clean atmosphere knows How to talk to customers diffantly practice. Safe atmosphere face mask etc. I will return and also mention displace of business to others.

They are cute but the shaping is a lil off and when my nails were finished he felt dried up stuff like glue and etc on my fingers.

The man Jason didnt do a great job! 2 nails are crooked (gel set), the French tip color is bad along with the diamonds I got on two nails. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!! No up to date art work for nails and no designs on nails but just lines spray on for nails.

Went out of town on vacation. Two days later all my clear gel polish was chipped off. Had to go to nail salon while I was on vacation to get them fixed.

She did not do a good job on my full set at all, its only been 5 days and two nails have broken and two other nails are chipped. I wont be going back.

There is nothing worse then someone rushing to do your pedicure and nails because they feel that they may get a bigger tip.I am literally disgusted with this shop. I tried and tried to be understanding of their culture but I truly see that they do not care about anything other than cash. The towels are dirty and when you ask them to change them out they get an attitude. I don’t know how many times the conversation will switch from English to Vietnamese in a blink of an eye. I find that rude and suspicious 🤨They will not get my money. I’ve taken my business to Nu Nail next to five guys. They actually took the time to teach us their language a little bit every time we visit. Yes, we. I do this for my whole family and as a couple treat every other week. I will never. NEVER go back to diamond nails.

They did not to good job in my nails left gaps and some space and didn’t fill in all the way, my mom also got her nails done and they did not come out at all how she wanted them. I feel bad because they where not good at all.

Took the time to REALLY clean up my cuticles on my toes and shape and sand my toenails. They put the work in. Nothing like beautiful feet!

Warning this will be a long postI have been going to diamond nails for a little over an year and often times when I go they tell me that they are all booked or can’t take anyone else exec so I leave and come back another day and when u go back the next day I will wait for about 35-40 minutes at the least then when it gets to be my turn they will call me back they will start on my nails then half way in another customers comes in and they stop doing my nails because they say that person has an appt so they leave me sitting there until the guy finishes who he is doing then comes over to me . I feel that this is very disrespectful because I have already waited my turn don’t stop doing me because someone else walks in the door then have me sitting for another 25 minutes .another thing that they do that really puts a damper on my day is if someone comes in for eyebrows they leave me sitting again after I have waited along time to go service them .it almost makes me feel unimportant or like my money isn’t good like their is sometimes you want to treat yourself and just get away from whatever you are going through you don’t want to come here and get treated like The bottom of the barrel.despise all of that I still go back because they have nice pricesBut on this last visit I called before I came to make sure that they would be able to do me &, a relative the gentlemen told me yes come in .i came in and my relative and I both got peticures and as soon as I set in the chair I told the lady that we both wanted to get our nails done and she said okay and told me the price. As I am getting my nails done here comes my relative and I asked why did they not get their nails done and they stated that they was told that they couldn’t do it because three other people had came in .at this point I was very disgusted because we were there first and just like all the other times when other people are there and they show them respect I wait my turn or leave I was spending $65 dollars with them so why was the next person more important once again ? And I was paying for the service not my relative so they should have told me that they weren’t going to do .they pick and choose if you going to do that be fair to everyone and their time because it’s a million different other shops along the way and like I stated before I came quite often . I am still upset to this day that they did my relative like that it took everything in me to stay calm and not say anything to them but I will never be going back again . They also rushed through my nails and they are a mess all to service the next person I am very disappointed and disgusted .

When we first walked in it smelled like bad feet. There was only two customers there who starred at us like they never saw black people before . It was only two workers and the guy came from the back and made up a stupid excuse why he couldn’t do our nails . We didn’t care too much because it stink and their shop looked very poor .

Went in to see if they had any openings for 2 manicures and two pedicures, in the middle of my question he answered the phone and continued talking on the phone, I went to get elderly grandma and my ID cousin out the car in the rain for them to say no we dont have an opening. Plus it was only 2people in there getting their nails done. Smh glad we left because it smelt like bad feet in there

I went last Monday to get my nails done and nobody was in there and he rushed to do them and half of them,were off on Friday and Saturday this is ridiculous I just called and told they and they said to come in and they will fix it but no I want my $22 back if not I will have them shut down

The salon is not inviting at all they use cheap nail polish I got my nails done in Saturday and it is now Tuesday and the nails are starting to crack alrleady. And there prices are very high. Will NEVER go back again.
