Excellent for shampoos and deep conditioning. Not the place to go for natural styles, charged me $20 extra for mid back length hair and even stretch out my hair barely make it to my shoulders. Staff is great and tries to accommodate / honor services offered on website, but it takes two trips to get close. Also didnt honor the new customer discount.

They have been great at communicating with me throughout my hair cut, and I have been very happy with my results. The price is great too

I dont know how they even keep this place open. Ive been there for brow waxing they did terrible job, hair coloring and had to go back for them to fix it and still horrible and haircut for myself and didnt look like they touched it and took my granddaughter for a cut and she still has split ends everywhere. So I highly recommend no one waste there money there cause it was a different person each time so its just not one but all that are terrible.

Went to get my hair done and your supposed to feel good when you leave nope not me! I think my 11 year old could have done a better job! I paid too much money to have got what I got! Never again! Stay away! That woman new I hated it she kept making up reasons as to why it looked so bad of course none of them was her fault! I should have known better and went to where I normally go! 👎 she did say if I came back she would fix it for double the cost!

This place has really gone downhill. Most of the originals have left. Theyre understaffed, the option for a walk in is a joke. They cant even make time for 3 minute eyebrow wax. No one wants to help you with product. All i know is things ran A LOT smoother when Johnny was there. He was my go to stylist, Brittany was my second. Theyre both gone and ill never waste my time stepping foot into this salon again.

I was told I had an appointment at 2:30 and was told to come back at 3:30 when I arrived on time. I said I wouldn’t be making was appointment again and was just told, “sorry”. The hairdresser did not have a client with them at the time.
