They did my manicure in a rush! I don’t know what kind of material they use I asked for a gel manicure and I loved the result but the next day all the nail polish started to peel off!I don’t recommend this place!Sorry 😣

I went there to get a mani-pedi and when I walked in I was waiting for someone to greet me, and nothing. The employees were talking g to each other and saw me walk in, I was trying g to not be rude and interrupt, but they just kept talking. When I asked how long the wait, they just kept talking. I asked 3 times before the customer said, she is talking to u WOW. I couldnt believe it then she finally said it will be a while, come back in a while.... omg seriously 😳. I was so appalled that I left

She was nice but everything was uneven and the gel peeled before I made it to the freeway. Hasnt been a week and they look like they already need a fill

Tacky very tacky does not pay attention to what the customer wants I left out of there with my feet still feeling like it needed a pedicure one of the women insisted on shaping my nails the way she wanted when I had came in with my nail already shaped for an example then she just took my hand and threw it in the air and said Im not doing it just her to do it speaking of another worker she tried her best I told her it was good I just wanted to get out of there paid her and tipped her and will never ever ever creep through that side door

I would have given 1 star, but Holly did a good job on my eyelashes, so I gave an extra star for that. I also got my nails done, a full acrylic set, length short. Holly also did my nails, she rushed quickly. Overall, my nails were a HUGE disappointment. They were not shaped right, some were rounded and some were thick and flat, some nails were left, while some nails were filed down shorter. I did not want to make a scene, so I did not say anything... I just paid and left. When I got home, later that day, one nail cracked on the side and broke, day after another cracked on the side and broke. Exactly one week later, I went back to have the 2 broken nails fixed and to change the polish. Holly was too busy to fix them for me, so she asked the man that works there to fix them for me. He was RUDE, he took off my polish and fixed the 2 broken nails, both are now a lot SHORTER than all of my other nails. When he removed my nail polish, I could see that all of my nails had missing acrylic and were cracking on the sides... HOLLY did this, she left holes on the sides of basically all of my nails where acrylic should have been. When I saw the problem, I asked the guy if he would fix them for me. He said NO! He then turned to Holly, and they started yelling / arguing back and forth in their language. I then said to him again, I just want my nails fixed, would you fix them for me? He said, NO! You have to PAY! Well, I already paid... and I never said that I wouldnt pay for them to be fixed, so I dont know what the hell the problem was!!! Then he gets up and tells me to sit at Hollys station, she is going to finish for me. So I moved over to her station, she starts trying to crazy glue the sides and sprinkle acrylic on top of the crazy glue. While she is doing this, another UNHAPPY customer walks in... a woman says I just got my nails done here yesterday, and they are already messed up, cracking off. Holly did them, she looks at the customer and says she will fix them. Then she turns to me and files down the cracked acrylic on my nails polishes them and tells me shes finished with me. I am like no there are still cracks in the sides of my nails, missing acrylic, some nails are shorter, shaped wrong. She tells me to come back in 10 days and then charges me again! I will never let this shop do my nails again, they are not good at all... they dont care about the customer or the quality of their work, as long as you have money to pay they are there to take it, and then send you out the door with your crappy, half ass nail job.

I get my nails done here. The staff is friendly and the place is kept immaculate.

Worst service ever. My nails are too wide not coffin shaped like I asked. My nails look like a 10 year old painted them and I asked for a peach and gold colors and I got bright orange. I will NEVER go back to this place again. If I had an option to give them no stars I would.

I have my eyelashes done here, I am not sure how they work, imy eye start itching and soiling, I have to take it off,it wasnt easy coming out, they put way more glue then its need

Don’t expect to be greeted when you walk in. Customer service is everything. And that’s one talent that they don’t have.

I have always hated my eyebrows because every time i got them waxed one eyebrow was higher than the other, and the lady that did them finally fixed them! they are perfectly symmetrical i love this shop!
