AAA sent Dillon with his tow truck to help us as we had a dead car on a Saturday evening. Service was prompt. He towed the car to the Ford dealer. No rental cars were available anywhere. Dillon got us a room at Motel 6 and got his wife to come and take us and our luggage to the Motel 6. These good angels ended up making a very bad day much better. Thank you!

Awesome service. Blew a brake line on my truck on the interstate heading to Florida. Called them on Sunday got me in Monday morning at 8:00 fix my brake line and got me on the road reasonable prices. Had a nice clean waiting room for my wife with television air conditioning and free coffee and clean bathrooms. Cannot thank them enough to getting me in right away and on the road thanks again

They came right away when my truck & uhaul broke down in a dangerous spot at 1am. They towed both to a hotel, then came back the next day to tow my truck to their shop on a sunday. Monday morning, first thing it was diagnosed and had a new clutch pot in. They even gave me a ride to get my truck when finished!! Very courteous, professional and helpful. I was out of state and didnt know anyone!! And the repair bill was reasonable.

Cheaper than what I thought it was going to be and the technicians were very professional and nice. A1 will be my go to shop from this point forward.

They are not very prompt with the roadside service. Been sitting on the side on of I75 for over 2 1/2 hours when there location is 14 mi or Less from my current location! Not safe for a single female needing roadside assistance! Not impressed at all !

Im a recurring customer with A-1 my car has been in the shop about 5 times ...in the past i was financially struggling i came short on my pockets for my repair bill and they took what i had and let me drive off recently i got blessed with thousands of dollars i started off by telling them i needed a window switch replacement and a oil change ... they told me that a junk yard window switch for my 1994 costed $50 ... all i did was inquire with them about the price i said i thought the window switch was about $25 ?!?!? management screamed and cussed me out and was offended by me assuming that i was being overcharged ultimately they told me my total was $50 for the part and $25 for the labor... i told them it was a miss understanding and that i had no problem paying the $75 and that i still wanted my oil changed the quote was $30 for the oil change... my car sat in the shop for 2 weeks ... i called everyday they never finished it ... so the day before my birthday they finally finished my car within 1 HOUR!! this whole time i still wanted new brake pads .. a new radiator etc... my budget for repairs was $400 !! i wanted them to finish the simple stuff first and then quote me for more stuff... SO on my birthday i went up to the shop and management wanted to charge me $189 !!! they screamed at me and said YOURE GOING TO PAY IT 2!! ...talking to me very nasty ... i bargained the price down to $150 !!!! upon leaving the shop i opened my hood my car had been sabotaged their was mud in my radiator my engine is loud as hell and white smoke is flying out of my tail pipe!!! they did all of this because i questioned them about possibly being overcharged.... they also judged me and said they cant work on my car for free and that im OH SO POOR... this WHOLE TIME they did not know that I HAD THOUSANDS IN MY BANK.. Ive been blessed so i am letting go and LETTING GOD! now i gotta get my gas tank dropped and flushed out including my radiator im just glad that i got my wheels back ... and may they catch 20 times the bad luck back off of me . it seems like they lost a big lawsuit and taking the anger out on customers which is dead wrong. . and completely unbelievable. they also charged me a $35 tow truck fee previously and countless times they said if a car is getting towed to their shop locally for a repair the towing fee is FREE .. they maximized my bill and added a tow fee as well.. and this isnt there 1st time overcharging me i once got a throttle body put the price they charged me for a junk yard throttle body from GM SALVAGE was the same price of one at auto zone BRAND SPANKIN NEW... i didnt say nothing the last time. . and theyll probably try and file a defamation lawsuit and be super intimidated after reading this try and come up with a way to cover up their faulty business however my income is non-garnish-able ;) so stop hating and start elevating :D !!! A-1 AUTOMOTIVE FULLY EXPOSED AT ITS FINEST ... Excellent service. We had a problem with our truck while towing our camper. The crew took our RV to a local campground and the truck to the dealer for repair. I would definitely use these folks again and recommend them to others.

They were able to diagnose the problem and repaired my car as quickly as possible because I still had three hours to drive to get home with my dog and daughter. I just wrote that last review. Your company almost hit my girlfriend with her own car while she was standing by her car. Your employee gave no warning before pulling that lever. we were very nice before that moment. We’ve had great experiences with you before but that employee was rude and unsafe. I will never use you all again after this. This isn’t me trying to “bash” your business or “come at you” this is me trying to get the facts straight and out there so people know what they are dealing with. I get that this was a misunderstanding between both parties but your employee was very rude and uncooperative to the point where he wouldn’t even talk to the property manager while I had them on the line. This was very unprofessional and your employee did not represent your business well. I wish your company all the best in future endeavors.

Really great experience with these guys. We made an oops on our road trip and put diesel in our gas tank. AAA was having us taken to a shop that wasn’t able to fix our car... so the friendly tow truck driver suggested A-1. They fixed us up quickly so we could get back out and on our way. Super friendly, thorough, and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Look at all the free publicity your getting for your business. Bad review or Good review, it got peoples attention. May sound weird, but people LOVE drama. An look at all the supporters youve got from Omars video so far. Think about. All these people were not saying nothing UNTIL that video. So, with all that said I hope your business continues to thrive. I also hope that people will realize NO MATTER what anyone says, each person is responsible for their own actions. Everyone gets mad and vents their frustrations. ALL of us do it. You just have to be bigger person and ignore the negativity. I do watch Omars videos, but I also have a mind of my own and I know he was just frustrated like any human would be about the whole mess. He had 2 flat tires and keeps losing oil and the fuel pump goes out while he is trying to get home to his family. Its gets to you so you vent, everyone of us is guilty of it. My wife was stuck on I-75, called AAA and was told it would be 2 1/2 hours before they could get picked up. We called around, and another tow company recommended A-1. They came and picked her up quickly and towed the car to the destination. Awesome service from A-1, not so for AAA. Thanks!

They WILL tow your car without letting the police know (putting your plate in the towing logs). My car was in their possession for an extra day, I filled a police report for a stolen vehicle because my license plate wasn’t in the towing log and they still tried to charge me $200 for a storage fee when I have no idea you have my vehicle. I’d love to see a response because they know that was dead wrong.

I hope everyone that are leaving negative reviews from some YouTube video about A-1 Towing & Automotive Services take the time to READ the TRUTH about this company,I, personally have used A-1 Towing and Automotive Services for the past 10 years and have never had an issue with their work ethics, professionalism or being overcharged on services. I do agree that at times there could be a delay in getting a tow due to how busy they are but they always let me know ahead of time. This is how much I believe in this company especially since I am a single female. My Dad who lives in Jacksonville went to have his Honda Accord looked at a couple repair shops in that area because the air conditioning went out and light panel for the a/c control buttons were out. The average price he received was around $1,500.00. I called my mechanic at A-1 and he told me absolutely DO NOT PAY that price! He was 99% sure what the problem was and he could diagnose the problem and fix for almost 1/2 the price my Dad was quoted. I was concerned about how to get his vehicle up here since he is older and my schedule was so hectic that the mechanic mentioned they have tows to Jacksonville all the time and the next call they got he would have the driver pick up my Dads car and bring back to Valdosta for a reduced price and he would just add the tow bill to our repair bill. We were very happy we brought his car to A-1. They fixed my Dads car and even did more work to it that was needed and including the tow bill it still only cost us only $900.00. This was about 6 months ago and the a/c works better now then it did 2 years ago. I ONLY allow A-1 to tow and do any repairs to my and my familys vehicles.They are a family owned company who have been in business for over 25 years and it upsets me to see people giving them negative reviews who have never had an experience with A-1. Is it really necessary to trash a business livelihood? If this was your business or company you worked for or used for your service needs, how would you feel??? Use your words carefully.

If you personally did not go to this Auto-shop or encounter their assistance there is no reason for you to be putting them down or accusing them for false accusations. If Omar or anyone has a problem then they should report it on their own time not have MILLIONS back him up. I agree that it doesnt seem right what happened to the vehicle but none of us know exactly what happened. These people tried to tow my car for no reason in my own apartment complex. After the situation was explained the man still tried to tow my car until the leasing office got ahold of him. He tired to pull up the car onto the truck while my girlfriend was standing in front of the car. No warning was given at all. He also called the cops on us even after the property management talked to him. Overall, these people are very rude and obviously don’t care about people’s safety. Don’t use them

So I called a1 towing today at 11:29 a.m first I had to call six times the lady that picked up said that she was handling an important call on the other line so okay I understand I just dont know why she couldnt click over and say please hold one moment. When I finally get in touch with them she informs me its a 60-minute ETA time ok I understand it gets busy. Then I wait. Ok now its 1 have missed work which I desperately need to go to because Im still waiting. When I call they tell me that a driver is sick which I understand she says he will call when hes 10 mins out. I wait until 1:30 call again and ask to cancel until another day. But I dont even think she cared less, she just said ok its cancelled and hung up. I wish I wouldnt have wasted my work day on people who care less. I dont mind the driver getting sick because life happens but at least ACT like you give a damn when Ive been waiting 2 hours

I was on my way back from a car meet last night when I started overheating. I called AAA and requested a tow. A1 showed up within 15 minutes which was a god send. The bearded fella (I never caught his name) helped to try and troubleshoot my vehicle and figure out the problem before we loaded it. He also took extreme care when loading my car which is rather rare. Over all the driver was awesome and so was the service. Thank you!

I had a bad situation where my car had been towed and stored so long it was destroyed. Charlie at A1 Towing gave me the bad news, and I was devastated. Called Charlie later that day to see if he had any cars to sell to replace mine. The following day he called back with a replacement at a great price thats better than the car I had, and its been a great vehicle. Thanks Charlie! You turned a bad situation into a good one.

I had to have my car towed. The operator came with the rollback but forgot to leave his rude behavior atghe shop. It was the worst experience of my life. I do not recommend them

They come to fix the tire for me and tell me a one hour ETA then it took them 2 1/2 our ETA then they told me to only gonna cost me $50 I want to get done HRP at $220 for fixing my car I’ll put my spare on for me I’ve never use the rip off people ever again

The young man that put the spare on my Element after the tire shredded on I 75 could not have been nicer and understanding. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will insist that AAA sends HIM!

Got stuck in a muddy washout on our dirt road. Called AAA and they sent A-1 Towing. The driver was Bill, who absolutely rocks!! He was kind, professional, and determined to get my car out. I could not have asked for better (or nicer) service. A-1 has helped extricate us a couple of times over the years when the mud has swallowed our cars, and their drivers are always courteous and professional. Thank you Bill, for getting me out of that mess this morning with good humor!

Its a one sided fight and in the end is only his oppinion. Ruining the reputation of a hard working business owner because one customer feels wronged is just that...wrong. You guys do realize you get charged for leaving your car at the mechanic (for the most part) at every mechanic shop. Omar was charged for towing, labor, the part itself (which they had to special order), and for leaving his car at the mechanic for over a week. 600$ for all of that is fair. I like watching OmargoshTV, but you guys are ridiculous. Im sorry to A1 Automotive for having to go through all of this.

Miserable experience. Neither Crystal nor Shawn who answer the phones for dispatch care at all. They both told me (Crystal two different times) they would take care of a tow to another city and send me a bill. Finally, two weeks later after no follow up calls I find out they dont tow to surrounding cities and wont mail bills. Seems like the ones answering the phones should know this. Terrible way to do business!

Something I want to make clear to everyone is that Omar never said Go give them bad reviews. He said for us as people to express our satisfaction for a service. He felt scammed so he gave that review. It is no diffrent from any other youtuber that reviews a product. Are any of you going to get upset if he said he didnt like Crest toothpaste because it taste bad? No. Because that would be childish and dumb. Not only will you get ripped off, your life will be threatened when you leave a review.Story: I broke down at night 4 hours away from home and called a few places and A1 AGREED to tow my van home. I was tired and missed my family so this was great considering I have a brother who is mechanic and can fix whatever happened. After they get my van on the wrecker the driver made up a story that the weight of my van and his wrecker wouldnt allow him legally to cross into FL from GA and he can save me money by bringing the van to their shop. I was dropped off at a hotel up the street and never heard back from them until later the next day while being stranded at a fast food restaurant the entire day. When I finally got ahold of them, they said they needed to wait until Monday to order parts which was understandable and I had my wife come pick me up from Georgia.A week or so later I get a phone call saying my van is ready and that it was going to be $600 total for a fuel pump which was pretty expensive considering they never asked me if it was ok to perform the job. I drove back from Fl to pick up my van and was charged a whopping $719 for a 30 mile tow, fuel pump as well as a 5% charge to run my credit card which in itself is unethical. What makes things worse is that I told them I had an oil consumption problem, they said they took a look at it and when I get my van back after paying that outrageous price, THERE IS NO OIL at all in the engine. A good mechanic usually checks things like that.After making a video about how my experience went I was bullied and threatened and that was after I had removed my video because I felt bad that people were coming on here and leaving negative reviews. There is even a response comment from Charles Fox saying that they offered me to sleep in my van and hookup to their shops electricity which is 100% a LIE. Why would I spend money on a strange hotel when I can sleep in my comfy van that is setup with a bed for free?Bottom line: Dont ever EVER trust A1 Towing in VALDOSTA GA or have Charles Fox work on your cars. If I would have done more research I would have seen the few negative comments (BY THE WAY He flags and tries to remove negative comments)

I got lucky, and got my 2007 avalanche towed to their garage after breaking down passing through valdosta from atlanta.I found them to be honest and helpful, even a little cheaper than expected.(timing chain and sprocket broke) even though they had me at my weakest, outa town and stranded. they could of soaked me, and most would have. but they did not.I hope the next time i break down its in Valdosta.thanks guystrucks running great btw

It seems like the more I take my car here, the worse it gets. I was told that in order for my car to work, I would have to spend almost $1,000 to get it back running. I went to another mechanic and found out that was completely false. I spent less than $300 to get it up and running. Ive spent so much money going to them with a persistent problem with my gears that they just cant seem to fix. Ive decided to let Ray Norton fix my car from now on.

The people leaving bad reviews are talking about the RV you had to change the fuel pump on. he put you guys on internet and asked people to leave bad reviews because the price of changing a fuel pump was $700. Ill leave ya a 5 star because i dont like to do what people tell me to do:)If you all would actually think about this sitituation for a second instead of jumping the gun. the RV sit for who knows how long before omar bought it. then the fuel pump goes out. think about how much rust their couldve been on the screws. the price for a normal fuel pump replacement is $258-$713 on average.I had to have my truck towed for about 13 miles, it only costed $140. People need to learn stuff aint cheap. and i agree with your price. 30 miles for $100 and some dollars is really cheap!

Nicest people ever! We were stranded on 75 and they picked us up, tried to fix the car at Auto Zone, and when it was more complicated then he could handle that late at night he drove us to a hotel and they fixed the car first thing in the morning and had us back on the road asap.

A1 Towing showed up from my Allstate Auto. Stuck at work my car was completely dead.Joe Nathan started the car up immediately and we realized the problem was that my brake light was on all the time. A piece that keeps it from staying on was now broken. He crawled under my dash and struggled until the piece he used to get me home was in place. Great Job A1

Very Rudy dispatcher. Told me they would be there within an hour after two hours I called to cancel and was told it would take another two hours. I told them dont bother.

The third party roadside assistance, took 2 hours to arrive.and was a 1997 minivan, that was a wreck itself 🙄

They dont send right equipment and they say 45 mins the first time it was more like 145 mins. Was told the guy was going to be here in about 30 mins to get it so I took roommate back to work round trip took me I hr and the jeep still here

It took them 2 hours to come to Starbucks on St Augustine to unlock our car. How is it on a Saturday you only have 1 truck in service. We were trying to get out of town early. That didnt happen. Valdosta service is awful!!
