Dino and his crew are hands down the best people I have ever taken my car to and after being a tech for 20 years I dont take my cars to or trust most people to service them. Went in this morning after being turned away by a few other shops. Had an emergency situation and needed a tire replaced on my wifes car. Sid is the MAN and came through in a big way!! I highly recommend these guys, they did a great job and really helped us out!!

Quick and superb service! In town running errands and my tire started losing air quickly. I pulled into NTB and they immediately saw a screw in my tire. They had my tire off and plugged and back on the road inside of 30 min!!

OMG these guys are honest, straightforward, and good at what they do. Its hard finding honest repair shops sometimes, especially being a female, but at NTB Ive never felt taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge about cars. Called to make an appointment. Person at shop asked for details on vehicle that my new tires would be put on. He didn’t know if the truck weight was going to work as I have a 2019 F250 diesel. After the employee looked it up he said his lift could handle it. No other questions or concerns until I arrived on time for my 8am appointment. He took all my info down and checked me in and then said his lift couldn’t lift my truck because it is TOO big (long). It’s a standard bed length and NONE of this was a concern when making the appointment. What a waste of time dealing with them. Not knowledgeable at all. I gave up 2 other appointments for this one and now regret going to NTB in Leesburg.

I brought my 1984 Vanagon to these guys a year or so ago. They helped me with the hard to find tires required for this vehicle. And they were not expensive even though they were special. And they took great care with my new aluminum rims. This past weekend I had a flat tire (maybe a nail?) and took it back to them to see if it was covered or not. It wasnt, which was totally fine because I had chosen to go with the basic install package when I bought the tires, and I approved them to fix the flat for a nominal charge. They checked out the tire but didnt find any punctures, filled it up with air and agreed to keep it over night for monitoring. The next day the tire was still fine and holding air. Odd. I went in to pay for the work they had done trying to find the leak and they told me there was no charge. Their service has been outstanding on both visits. Ill keep bringing my business to them for sure. P.S. - A week later and the tire is still holding fine. Thanks NTB for checking it out. It gave me reassurance for our road trip to Assateague Beach that weekend.

Popped my tire on a nail and NTB and Sid ordered the tire and had it for me in about 18 hours, then switched it out for me very quickly! Great service.

Went in to change my tires and was very impressed by the service at this business. Not only did they swap my all seasons for summer tires, they performed a basic inspection for free including checking my brakes. The manager was very friendly and went the extra mile for me. I needed new tires for an inspection and they found me the lowest price on the tires I needed and had me in and out in less than a day.2. I recently went to NTB Leesburg Auto for my Honda CRV service.Sid & his team thoroughly inspected the vehicle. They are well experienced. Explained the faults and their findings in greater detail. I have never experienced such a detailed explanation anywhere else, even from Honda dealerships. They are very professional and respect the customers very well. Also, Sid applied some coupons for the service. Their service charges are very reasonable, much less compared to dealership prices. I would go again for all my vehicle service needs. I asked them not to go over my car like the brakes tires and such I asked them to rotate the tires and do the oil change and they let me leave with no fluids in my car and will not make it right all I ask them to do with pop it off when I found it out about it. Ive never sent even my enemy to this place I had problems with the one in Reston I live in Leesburg now I have problems with the Leesburg one. They dont care all they want is the money. Im disabled and have a hard time lifting my hood so I rely on them to check the fluids. The reason I asked them not to go over my car is I had just had it gone over somewhere else. Id never deal with them again and giving them a one star is being generous Id give him none. I hope the disabled people of the world and take heed to what I say so they dont get stranded alongside the road NTB does not care about you just the money..

I came in today for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn’t seem to have the specific part needed for my car but they did everything they could to order it and fix the issue in a timely manor. Because my stay today went longer than expected my services were free of charge! They have great customer service and are very attentive towards their customers. My husband called them to see if they could put a new tire on once the car was towed there and William made sure they would be ready once the car got there. Sid went far out of his way to find some great snow tires for my Porsche last November 2020 just before the first snow. Hard to locate sizes not in stock anywhere.But the tires were put on in a rush and my all season pirellis got destroyed!I contacted the ceo in Florida with a complaint .Immediately the district manager, Charles DUrso, contacted me and in a very nice way said he would cut a check replacing my damaged tires. I immediately knew DUrso was a guy you could bank on and so I said No, just put some new ones on in the spring. He agreed and the new pirellis went on last week (March 2021) and the snow tires are in the garage.THIS is UNPRECEDENTED customer service in todays times.What a great company!Also special word for Steve and his team in leesburg on rte 7 near the 15 bypass. I went in for a diagnostic to check my squeaky breaks and they gave me with over 8,000 dollars worth of un-needed repairs. Went to my main shop later for an inspection and found nothing was wrong with my breaks or the car, and that the thousands of dollars NTB asked me to pay was a sham to get my money. Dont go here

Ive been coming to this establishment for about 7 years now. Bobby and JK have really turned this location around since they took over as manager and service manager. I called Bobby on 12/30/19 to check on some prices, he not only beat the competition, but was able to install today 12/31. Im glad to see the new management in force. If youve been there prior to them taking over, and were not happy with your service, maybe a second chance is in order. I do realize that its impossible to make everyone happy, but theyre making positive changes towards achieving this.

I just came back from this Merchants, its been 13 years from my last visit and business transaction with them. The prior management was not as organized or pleasant to work with and we did not return after a couple of experiences. Today my son needed two front tires for his PT Cruiser. I shopped around by calling several places and chose Merchants because of Steven V. who was on the front desk when I called,. He was a nice initial experience that led me to reuniting with Merchants. Steven was very helpful with finding the product I needed and helping with the pricing. I decided that Merchants had the best price and decided to give them another chance after 13 years. It was well worth it. I met Steven at the front desk and was impressed. He was genuine, patient, and once again helpful as he suggested/offered that I sign up for the merchant credit card to save me more money on my bill.The new store manager David C., was a pleasure to meet and work out details concerning the credit card. The changes over the years were quite evident and I plan on returning with my other family automobiles in the future.I havent used Merchants for any car repairs as of yet, but intend on trying them out in the future. In the meantime I recommend that you consider using Merchants for your tire, and tire adjustment needs.

Go in for oil change. Tried to sell me $ 1000 in extra work. No disrespect. That how all shops tryto milk you for every penny you got.

Scheduled an appointment for wheel alignment and was done sooner than expected.Steven gave recommendations on what items that I need to pay attention to on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and provided the pros and cons of getting them taken cared of in a timely manner. He did not sound like other Service Center people that are just trying to make you spend more money at their shop. Steven is definitely an asset in your business.

Ive gotten my oil changed here a couple of times because it was close to my house. However the last time, they said I REALLY needed to get my brakes done ASAP, I had a coupon for another mechanic for brakes so I decided to take it there. They said my brakes were fine and to wait a while before getting them take care of. Fast forward a few months later, I go to get my brakes checked again to get them done and this other mechanic also said they were okay for a while longer... My whole point of this is that I think they are under qualified at NTB. Ive gotten 2 completely different mechanics to look at my brakes and they both said they were okay. But when I was at NTB they made it seem like a dire need to get them done.As someone who doesnt know a lot about cars, I put a lot of trust in a mechanics honesty. I feel like they only said I needed them done to make a sale, not because the genuinely need to be fixed. Havent been back since and wont go back.

My tire had a nail in the middle. This is a Tesla tire that has some foam inside the tire for acoustic. I have heard some tire companies make a fuss about this. They repaired the tire without any issues in a timely manner and also did re-balancing. Great service.I did take the tire off the car and then put it back on my own, so, cant comment on that.

Sloppy service! I would not have given even a star if at all possible. Today is the third time I brought my cars for service. None of their 1 hr window came true. Today is the worst of all - I called for an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time because they said they are busy. They offered 9 am so I would be first. When I came, 10 minutes before 9 for oil change, there were 3 cars ahead of me I was told it will take time to wait. Sid found out The filters (oil and cabin) were overdue and after agreeing with the price, gave a go ahead and left. I followed up after 4 hours, I was told that my lug nuts were all loose thread and must be replaced, I countered that the service I requested had nothing to do with tires - he explained that it’s part of the service to rotate tires and assured me it will be finished in 45 minutes. I came back after 2 hours and car was still up at the bay. Long story short... it was completed and upon checking the bill, I was charged for the lug nut, But worst, no filters were changed, he forgot but said he can do it in 5 minutes. I declined because I already have wasted 6 hours just for an oil change.If management cares, please do check the performance of your team and their customer service skills. I don’t usually write reviews but in trying to help your business, please take heed of the many negative reviews you are receiving before it becomes too late!

The service at this shop is horrible. I took my car to have the tires rotated. This should be very simple. Especially for a shop that specializes in tires and brakes. The technician was incompetent and significantly bent one of the wheel lugs when installing the lug nut. You could visibly see the lug nut was off center and protruded. I took the car back and they said it would be fixed as soon as possible. Two days later the car has not been fixed. This problem was created by an incompetent technician and there has been no desire to resolve their error in a timely manner. I would not recommend taking your car to this shop.

I hit a curb and ruined my sidewall recently. My tires were getting low on tread anyway, so I had all four replaced. We live on a steep private gravel road with no snow removal, so I wanted something more agrasive than is normal for a sedan. Bobby had the right tire and it was on sale buy three get one free. He also checked the alignment and said no need to adjust anything or pay for realignment. Ill be back.

Had a slow tire leak so made an online appointment for 8:00 am. Dropped off my vehicle the night before and showed up at 7:50 am. Sid told me my tire was ruined and I needed all new tires. The mechanic was not in yet so I had to wait. The mechanic came in over a hour late. After reading several reviews I realized it was an ongoing problem with the business. I had them put the spare tire on so I could find another business to fix my tire. Sid became angry. They put the spare on and I drove to Mr. Tires down the road. I was back on the road again in less than a hour. I’ll never go to another NTB.

Service is good and no upselling me. However, I would like to see your desk folks being responsive to client concerns of timeliness of service - we are the client. Remember Jiffy Lube is fast even as defined by their name.

First I want to thank the manger JK for assisting in resolving an issue with my vehicle that changed this review from a 1 star to a 5 star. When I brought my truck in for an alignment I figured it would be a quick in and out. I was called my truck was done and I picked it up. Upon driving it for 1 minute after I picked it up the alignment was just the same as when i dropped it off and I returned to the NTB. The sales manger is useless and deflects blame away from the store and tries to make you feel like the fault was something else and not the work completed. Well 2 weeks later I am happy to say my truck now drives straight and under new management I believe the issues that are mentioned below in the 1 star reviews will no longer be acceptable.

These guys go above and beyond! My wife had a flat and William, the new manager, promised to keep the guys long enough at the end of the day so her car could be towed in and the tire replaced. huge shout out to his crew for being there as well. We are forever your fans!!

I am really surprised at these low ratings. I have been using this store to maintain six cars over the past 15 years. Paul and his team are always professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I dont know where else you can get a free tire rotation with an oil change. I asked them for the expensive fluid exchange for the Winter, they said they checked and all my fluids are fine and I dont need to spend the money. I have seen drivers pull up and ask someone to check the air pressure in the tires, someone comes out and does it; adjusts the pressure if needed, and there was no charge. Ive been very pleased by the service here for the past 15 years.

Made an appointment for 10.am the next day, only to show up and they say I dont have an appointment. The guy that was checking me in, then tells the guy who took my call that You did it again! You forgot to put another appointment in the computer. I was trying to get a flat tire fixed, but they tell me that I need 4 new tires instead. Said my 1 tire couldnt be repaired, and that I was close to needed 4 new tires. They told me that I need to buy for new tires. When I asked how much for what for the 4 new tires, just like the ones I have on the vehicle, they tried to UP SALE me tires that I didnt want. When I called to check my cars status 8 hours right before closing they had done nothing to my car. Just sat there all day and nothing. Asked them just to put spare tire on, and they did, but when I get to the shop, they had taken the flat tire and laid it in the back of the car instead of replacing it in the spare spot. Didnt even ask me what to do with the tire, just laid it in the back. When I show up to pick up my vehicle, the 2 service desks are talking to the customer in front of me for 10 minutes about North Carolina and the weather. When its my turn, just hand me my keys and say nothing else. I went the next day down the road to Mr. Tire and had much better service and experience. STAY AWAY from this place, unless you like poor customer service and poor communication.

Requested a wheel alignment. Wasted my time and they didnt do it properly. Customer service Head quarters were nice to ask for a refund. I didnt take it since I will just visit another shop.

I rarely write reviews but the experience was so awful I really hope that other consumers will stay away, and the Merchants franchise will begin to take customer service more seriously. I took my vehicle in on a Friday to have all 4 tires replaced because I was leaving Sunday morning alone for a work trip and would be driving in the mountains. I was assured they would get it done on Saturday but they never called to let us know it was ready. On Sunday morning when they opened at 9, my husband called to inquire about when we could pick it and was told they didnt get it done Saturday, but would try to get to it on Sunday. He reminded them that I had to leave in an hour, so they told him they would do it first and have it done by noon (still late, but at least it would be safer to travel in). At 10:30, he called to check the status and was told at that time that they wouldnt be able to get to it at all that day. They NEVER called to give us the option to take it somewhere else or update us as to the situation. I was forced to make the trip on dangerous tires and hope that there were no issues with it until I could get back. They were unconcerned and uncommunicative. Horrible customer service and we will NEVER go back to another Merchants. It looks like they all have this kind of reputation and service based on the online reviews and the only thing that can effect change is if people STOP going there and giving them their money.
