Unprofessional with booking, booked my appointment at 3 PM, showed up 15 mins and called like it says in the website, door wasn’t opened, called and wasn’t answering.

I’m very excited to be able to support a black owned nail shop! However, they need to improve the booking process. My daughter had an appointment at 2, got seated at 2:45 for a pedicure. I only waited 15 minutes and overall it was ok.Also all the ladies were friendly and tried to accommodate the best they could.

Love love love this establishment! The owner and the other mail techs have such good rapour, you can tell they are comfortable together. The work is amazing will be booking again!
