WORST BARBER SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO HANDS DOWN.Horrible experience, do not go here, you are better off going to great clip.Came in for a trim and a shave. I scheduled an appointment at 11:15am. Had to wait 20 minutes. Barber proceeds to ruin my face, had 0 skill with a razor. Left me with cuts and bumps everywhere and then charged me $24. I have a wedding and my face looks awful due to this guy.I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Always an awesome experience. Nick has been the only one to cut my hair for the last 3 years. He is always friendly and professional. There are also a friendly and professional group of barbers there that consistently do well with their respective clients. Whether it be Fadia, Brooke or Aisha you will leave Roosters a happy person. I recommend that you book an appointment as it can get rather busy.

Great place for a high quality haircut from pros. I have had haircuts from Aisha and Brooke and both are excellent. Friendly and reasonably priced. From a bottle of water when you arrive to hot towels, to talented stylists, its always worth stopping in. And online reservations and cancellations when needed really makes the place user friendly.

Its a nice place. A little pricey though. The only real problem I have with Roosters is that I schedualed an apointment with my Hairstylist and when I showed up I did not see her, so I thought she was just on a break. I then got called back by another stylist not the one I had an apointment with. I then found out my hair stylist was not there. I would not have come in if she was not there, but since I already made the commute to Roosters I had the cut done. Lets just say it was not done well. Please Roosters if someone has an apointment made with a specific person and that person is not at work that day call the client and tell them.

Because I havent been there yeti am sure it will be better when I can find it

Ive had two haircuts through Roosters ... Fadia the first time, and then Aishia this past time. Both were very good, and I appreciated the professionalism. Probably the only negative part is that I ended up having to change stylists, and that meant (of course) getting a different haircut than the first time, which means working with it differently every morning, because my hairs a little finicky. Im hoping Ill be able to be consistent with one or the other of them.

First appointment was canceled because stylist car was stolen, fine but a phone call would have been nice so I didn’t have to drive in. Make an appointment for 10AM next day and at 10:15AM the store isn’t even open yet. Called to make a 3rd appointment and lady tried to tell me I missed my appointment. Kinda difficult to make your appointment when you don’t open your store on time. Told her never mind.

Kamal gave my son Dominick the best styled haircut he has ever had. What a great place. Barbers take their time and give a perfect cut and shave every time!

Needed a beard trim and this was one of the more highly rated places to go. Staff was very friendly and made the experience very comforting. My beard looked awesome after Fadia was all finished up. Would recommend!

Staff was nice, but didnt know how to spell. Had to spell my name 3 times before they got it right in their computer. Showed barber a picture of the style I wanted, and he said No problem. The cut I got, however, was nothing like what I asked for. Not terrible, just not what I asked for. Overpriced for a mediocre experience.

First time I visited there today. Ricky promised the best haircut Ive ever had, and he delivered. No in-and-out rush cut like the sports stylists - he took the time (around 30 minutes) to cut & style my hair in a way that really suits me. No gimmicks, no pressure to buy a tube of $40 wax, just an artist and his tools and a love for what he does.Ill be back, and maybe next time Ill include the shave & face cleanse.Haircut & wash $29

Higher class barber to get your hair cleaned up. Almost always get the shampoo with a fragranced hot towel over your face and a neck shave. They also do free touch ups between full haircuts. Aometimes a little chatty, but everyone in there knows what theyre doing.

About a year and a half ago I gave it a try and have been a loyal customer since. Isaac is not just courteous, funny and nice (always offers me water or pop) but hes an excellent barber. The shop is also very clean and professional.

Walked only person in the place and the lady asked if I had an appointment, did not, the lady told me the wait time would be over 2hr. Dressed up grate clips is a perfect fit for this place. Dont wast your time with this place.

Seemed like a nice looking place to check out. The mixed reviews made me a bit nervous. I am use to more of a high end salon experience and found out why I dont go to the fantastic sams style places like this. Not a lot of talent working from what I could see and I am guessing after getting licensed zero ongoing training.Shame seems like could have potential if half the staff didnt seem to be family. Better off going to gramps barber shop and saving some money

Just a dressed up great clips. Showed one of the stylists my desired cut and explained that it shouldnt be cut a lot shorter on the sides. a very simple, short cut. unfortunately, she failed to deliver and gave me the generic #3. after expressing my concerns about wanting more length on the side like previously discussed, i was told why i was i wrong and that i received a better haircut than i desired. next.

Gave the place a few trys over a year. Their stylist are hit or miss, it really depends on who you get. The last straw for me was I was 7 mins late due to an accidental on the highway( extremely common on the nearby highway) and when I showed up they already had someone else in the chair. Its not worth the hassle

My Husband is very Particular on getting his hair trimmed. He got his hair done here some thrice and he always says they are doing a Good Job..You let them know how it should be done and they make it the way u want ..

Depends on who you get. One of the barbers did exactly what I wanted; another did the exact opposite of what I wanted.

Not a friendly staff. I did not like the way I was spoken to or treated. They will not take you unless you have an hour to give them. I will never go back there again.

Barber was available right at 2:00 and then I was told I had two wait for two customers.The owner or manager was too busy on the phone to address the issue. Not the way to run a business. Too bad bsc I had my haircut there several times. Now I wont go back.

Isaac did a terrible job on the shave. Overcut everything and irritated my face by doing so. Then he loaded up the aftershave/cologne so that I cant even stand the smell.
