Bad Sevice, i wanted a new set, tech was lazy & didnt want 2 give me a new set (it will hurt to much, she kept saying)What part of I want a NEW fresh set dont these people understand????I got up & told her its okay, Ill go somewhere else instead. No, no sit down, I do for you!!After that, her & the owner had BAD attitude the WHOLE time.... the Cherry on top, they gave me short, uneven nails for $65!!!really?Guys, bad nail shape & poor service!!!! 🤮🤮

If I could put no stars I would!!!! I was unsatisfied with my nail color I said it after the first coat and instead of changing it she put a different color on top to try to fix it and I said no too light she still didn’t care went and got another color to put on top atill didn’t want to change it! I even asked to just please do a color change I’ll pay for it! She refused asked me to go back on Monday it was a weekend and she wanted to go home! And I told her I’m not from the area so she said ok come back in 2 weeks!***did call salon to speak with owner as resquested in response spoke with “Lee” didn’t care to help me said owner is not in and didn’t know when owner will be back said try another day!

My technician was the rudest most impersonal person ever. I even asked her to stop pulling my legs like she was because I have a slipped disc. She rushed me out of the chair and didnt even thank me. Everyone else working was super friendly to their clients but mine was horrible.. Ill find another place to spend my money.

I had been going to them for years, since high school. Then one day the owner yelled at me about a card issue in which I was charged twice. So I stopped going. Then years later I returned because I had no other option. I made an appointment and the lady was late, and the lady was mad because I took someone else who was on time. Then I asked if I could come in, and they told me to come at 9:30 they had multiple appointments which I understand, so I asked how long would it take for someone to help me? They said an hour, after I’ve been sitting for 30 min.

They would tell you one price and charge you a higher price without telling you. They offer other services and make it seem like it’s free. I came in with a group of girls and one of the girls was charged $40 more for the same type of work. The nails that cost less looked better than the ones that cost more. My friend showed the nail tech a picture of nails and it looked nothing like it. We went back in to get some money back at least $10 and one of the nail techs gave us $3 and kind of threw it hard on the table.

Had a very great experience as a first timer. I was highly satisfied with the service. The lady who did my nails did amazing on the way I wanted on my nails and was very gentle. I would definitely come back. She was very sweet.

Had to wait awhile for a pedicure because they were busy but well worth the wait.They are all very nice nail ladies and did a great job.

Really bad attitudes from staff when you express a concern. I have arthritis, I explained it several times and asked for gentle treatment of my hands and feet, only to have the staff roll their eyes and huff. I originally wanted a set, but despite telling the lady I have sensitive tissue and that I would mo e my hand to where she likes, she twisted my hand. I yelped in pain and said never mind, Ill take a manicure and pedicure. She kept insisting on the set with gel, I told her no and explained again why. She got mad and passed me over to the young guy with a princess cut earring for the pedicure. The guy had an attitude the whole time, and even SNAPPED his fingers at me to place my hands in warm water...you know, the same way you call a dog. They insisted I get gel, I explained several times that the UV light makes my bones hurt. He kept staring at me mad, not smiling and pulling my foot, getting mad because I wouldnt soak my right foot. I explained that the muscle pulling on my leg was hurting and to just give me a minute... he got mad and asked do you want to continue or not? Disgusting manners and you pay the same anywhere else. Dont go here.

This was my first time going here and I really recommend it no wait and they take there time to do it and make sure its perfect. Great experience I will most definitely come here you should too

The lady doing my nails was off in another world my pedicure consisted of her looking off into space touching me very lightly almost like she wasnt eve their ... it sucked I use to come here all the time and i think this is one of the owners defenetly not coming back and the place needs cleaning and remodeling

Went in today for a simple full set which I showed her a picture of what I wanted all she said “No” because of the color, Thats what I understood, didn’t let me see the gel polish book they have, didn’t even have the color I wanted, brought some colors that I didn’t even ask for and she was rude all in a rush . Paid 49$ for a simple one color deformed nails. I will not be returning .

My 1st time & I was insecure because I felt like I was cheating on my regular Nail technician. But Jessica was great. She kept me relaxed, calm & her technique was excellent. Im not about color. As u can say I like plain but something that can sparkles. So French tips with lite glitter is my thing. Simple but yet elegant. Anyways.. Jessica took her time, her area was clean & her tools were sanitized. We had pleasant convo & most of all I was comfortable. I will be coming back & schedule an appt with my new lady. JESSICA! Yay.

These ladies were busy on a Wednesday and were rushing through all of our toes and nails. This lady literally burned me with the water cause t was so hot. I told her and she completely ignored. No tip for her.

I noticed after it was too late they are using the same tools on everyone. I got an infection in both hands and feet. Never going back.

I want with my mom who is like 47 and the guy doing her nails was like around 25 he was so so creepy he first said she had beautiful hand and then that she was beautiful and I left to get my nails done the lady cut me and didn’t even care. She asked me what I wanted and I showed Her a picture and she looked at it and started my nails then she want to get the nail polish and said I don’t think we would be able to do this, she then painted the line and didn’t do it right she took it off and tryed again and took it off she say I can’t do it and left my nail like that all just black . I asked her why she didn’t tell me that before she did my nails so I could do them somewhere else but she didn’t say anything. Then I want with my mom and the guy asked me how to say ugly in Spanish I told him and he told my mom “me ugly you beautiful” Then he told me that if she was younger or he was older he would date her and the way he looked at her and said it was just so creepy and uncomfortable. Then once again before we left he told her she was beautiful. If the place has to be open at least the guy should be fired. This place doesn’t even deserve ONE star but I have to give it for it to post.

Was there 10 min early. Only 1 salon person there. Never acknowledged me. Hot, not very clean in there. I gave my appointment away to a young lady who was graduating today. I went to another Salon, clean, cool and very friendly and wonderful service.

Okay so I went yesterday 4/25/2019 and I went for a pedicure. The guy who did them seemed very young and inexperienced. He not only hurt my toes and cut into my toes with the nail clippers so much that it was red and it got inflamed, but on top of this he was sick. He had a cough and every time he coughed he apologized and I said dont worry about it its ok. So while he was painting my toes he started having breathing issues it seemed. He got up and put a tissue in his nose and continued painting my toes, I said nothing and I thought to myself is he okay to work? But he continued on. He tried to make light conversation with me and I replied to all his questions, but then I noticed his tissue that was stuck up his nose was red. It was blood. He wasnt aware and he pulled out the tissue and blood started dripping all over him and the floor and I freaked out I was like oh my gosh are you okay? And he wasnt saying anything to me. I asked if someone else could do my toes and the only person that was there was with someone else. So he cleaned himself up (wiped the blood) and came back and tried to continue working on my feet I felt so awkward saying to him if he could please put gloves on cause he didnt even wash off his hands. I truthfully was scared of him painting my toes with his nose like that cause he was cleaning up and taking dead skin off my nails. What would have happened if his blood got on my toes? My toes were directly under his nose. longer story short he finished my toes, but I was nervous the rest of the time. He apologized and I mean what could I say? After he was done I told him to feel better and I left. But my goodness it was so unsanitary. If I do go back it wont be to have my nails done with him involved. As bad as that sounds that one bad experience ruined all my other mediocre experiences there.

I definitely would like to recommend this place. Everytime I go Lee she do an excellent job. The day of my wedding, Lee did my nails exactly the way I asked her to. The customer service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. You dont have to wait a long time either, I love a place.💅

I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. I have never written a yelp review in my life until now because of my horrible experience today. I have been a regular customer and mostly have been pleased with my experiences knowing that there are only two ladies in the shop who can actually do a good job. I am not a picky customer and give businesses the benefit of the doubt because no one is perfect. Today I went in for gel polish because I just had my acrylic nails taken off. My nails first of all were done so rushed by the owner who wouldnt just do gel polish for me and insisted I get my cuticles cut as well even though I told her they had already been cut and that I just wanted polish. She was SO PUSHY and wouldnt let me make my own decision on what I wanted done so I just agreed to pay $23 for cuticles cut and gel polish because she was making me feel uncomfortable even though I just wanted gel polish. She continued to make me bleed by over cutting my cuticles as they had already been cut (like I told her) and horribly painted gel polish on my nails in thick bumpy coats not allowing them to dry the correct amount of time under the UV light. I have gel polish all over my skin. She was extremely rude and did not fix any of my nails when I asked her to OR let them dry properly under the UV light and told me it was her job and she knew how to do it. I was trying to avoid confrontation so I kept my mouth shut and gave her my debit card to pay $23 for gel polish that was all over my hands and skin and bleeding cuticles. She tried my card a couple times and the machine read communication error. Their credit card machine was broken. She didnt understand it and when I told her (the owner) I would run to the bank to get cash she told me I am not allowed to leave and that they would post my picture to social media because its their policy if I dont pay. Even though it was THEIR MACHINE that was broken and I was willing to go to the bank to get cash. She made a scene and when I told her I was going to get cash she had another male who worked there (Im assuming the other owner) come out from the back room and follow me out the door of the nail salon. They followed me as I was trying to get to my car in the parking lot to go to the bank to get them cash threatening me to call the police and post my pictures to social media and told me I could not leave. When I tried to tell them AGAIN that I was going to drive to the bank to get cash to pay them the male said that he had to go with me to the bank to get cash. When I declined, and explained that I didnt feel comfortable having a stranger come with me to the bank in my car he proceeded to try and force his way into my car WITHOUT my consent. I locked my car doors and they (male and female owners) continued to threaten me and yell at me in the parking lot as I was trying to back my car out of the parking space. The male took photos and videos of my car as I was leaving. I returned with the $23.00 five minutes later to pay them for their horrible gel polish job as they allowed other people to leave to get cash to pay because their credit card machine wasnt working. DO NOT waste your time. You will get half ass service, and when you try to pay them for their horrible services you will get humiliated and threatened in the parking lot by the two owners over $23 for a horrible gel polish job.

I went in as a walk in. The wait wasnt that long about 25 minutes. This lady Tina did my nails, on some of my nails she didnt even put the right sizes. When I asked if she could do a design of a sunflower she said they dont do those there, which upset me because theyre limited on the art they can do. Other than that I was happy with everything else.

Very upset. I paid $105 dallors for my nails and my sisters. At first they lost very nice, they lady told me it would last up to 3 weeks. My nails did not last 2 days. I came to reget them done or get my money back to get them done somewhere else and she said that its not in the policy to give back the money. I asked to see the policy and she said it was her policy. So I got my nails done again here and my nails look even worse. now I have to waste more to get them done. Very bad experience I do not recommend this place.

Made an appointment & Went in for a fill on my lunch break & it took the lady 30 minutes to remove the gel polish I had on. Every nail that she attempted to put acrylic on clumped and she had to wipe it off with a napkin. An older lady took over & attempted the fix them. I did not get polish, not even a sand down of the acrylic. I left without finishing & she insisted I pay for the gel manicure & trim that I had originally asked for. WORST experience Ive ever had at a nail shop. Would not recommend

I got a Mani and Pedi, I was not satisfied with my manicure because they did not clean my nails well. I cant remember the lady that did my manicure; however Sy did my pedicure and he did an amazing job. He cleaned my nails and listened to my needs. He really wanted me to have a great experience with is why I will be going back to this location because of him.

I arrived at 6:23 to closing up. Just to ensure I was not mistaken, I asked if they were closed and was responded to with yes. I then asked if they close at 6pm or 7pm and the response eas 7pm and that was it. No explanation or apology or ibquiry of what service I would like so that I may be accommodated. Not indicative of the excellent customer service I am reading about .One client lost here. As insignificant as that obviously is to the team here.

I wish I could them zero stars! Service was horrible first all I got my toe nails polished and when the lady was done my nails messed Bc someone had broken a thing of nail polish on the ground. I was trying not to cut myself so in sacrificed my nails! The lady had an attitude that she had to fix it and didnt even fix right. Then I got gel nail/no chip and a weak later all my nails are chipped or have no polish on there! I will NEVER go again

Worst time ever sat for over an hour for a full set. She did 2 crooked nails and insisted they were fine and I told her to please remove it and try again and she ignored it. Last time I go.my acrylics are over lapping on my skin it has turned very painful.

I went in to get a full set of nails and walked out of there unhappy I already knew that the nails were going to lift because there was a on my skin and the gentleman doing my nails kinda seems like he was really new at it I kept telling him that he was hurting me I kept telling him that I felt acrylic underneath the nail pinching the area in between my nail bed and the edge of my nail so the next morning as I predicted my nails had all lifted after taking my children a shower and my taking myself with shower doing some dishes that was the result the next day which if the nails were done correctly should have not happened at least not the very next day so I went in to have it fixed and the woman doing my nails Lee seemed kind of upset at the fact that I came back with a problem I think it is extremely rude when they have conversations back and forth with each other in their own language especially when some of the words that are coming out of their ugly mouth have to do with whatever theyre dealing with with you for example I asked him to reshape my nails because I did not like how why they were I dont have big fat wide fingers so my nails should not look like ducks eat and she was saying something to the woman next to her and she said something about square nails which of course that was what I was talking to her about that I didnt want them square I told her that I wanted them stiletto style stiletto style and she proceeded to tell me that I shouldnt get them that way because thats just weird how dare she tell me what I should and should not like shes not the 1 that has to wear the nails its me that was so stupid of her to have even said something like that maybe she just didnt know how to shape in that way maybe thats what her problem was regardless she shouldnt do that so instead of shipping on the way I asked her to she did I cough in shape what you would have done it correctly and shape them the way that they should have been shaped would have been just fine but Im still said she did it all pissed off and in a bad mood so of course it didnt come out right at all either but I wasnt going to sit there and keep telling her how to do her job I was already frustrated at the fact that she was literally beating up my my fingers with the buffer and pulling and tugging on my hand then she made one thumb shorter than the other and I told her that that was very noticeable that one was shorter than the other so she wanted to cut all my nails down to the size of my thumb and I told her no because thats not the length I wanted I told her that she can extend that thumbnail if she would just put a form underneath and build the extension she then proceeded to tell me that they did not do forms there obviously theyre not a full service nail salon because a full-service nail salon does everything nails that means forms that means gel that means everything so she proceeded to try to extend it without a form underneath which left it with in a horrible looking extension it just doesnt even look professional I could have had my little sister do this for me at home she probably would have done a better job so now I get home and I go to put some laundry in my washing machine my hand bumps into the washing machine and my pinky nail breaks on believable!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Old lady Cindy who sits 2nd chair is really sloppy and gets mad if you ask her to fix a lumpy nail .. has a really bad attitude and you can tell they are talking about you! I love Lees work but her shop needs to seriously step up their customer service... and yes they are pushy for you to spend money.. oh and the shop DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IN THE PICTURES ANY MORE they swapped the nice comfy chairs for cheap lil hard chairs

UNSANITARY!! MADE 4 OF MY FINGERS BLEED & DID NOT CLEAN BEFORE TRYING TO RUB THEM WITH A SCRUB TOOL!! Should be able to leave 0 stars lol first of all they’re SO pushy & spent 10 minutes arguing with me about what I wanted...when I told them what I wanted from the beginning. Said she couldn’t remove my acrylic because I’d “bleed” but proceeded to cut my cuticles & make almost every finger bleed...& didn’t attempt to clean off the blood before she used the sponge to scrub my fingers. Which is DISGUSTING so who knows how much prior blood is on the scrub. Also tried to make me pay prior to her painting them...which is not standard policy in a nail shop. I didn’t even let her paint them because after arguing with me AGAIN about what color I should get I was over the experience. There’s plenty of shops in the area. Avoid this one lol

Worst nail salon I’ve been too by far. 1st I arrive with my mom and we’re both getting pedicures. We wait about 10min then she gets called so I’m thinking nice. Well as soon as she sits I notice they don’t use plastic bags on the pedicure stations so I’m kind of freaked out but I assume they clean it very well with some sort of disenfectant WRONG! I see another client leaving and they literally just turn on the water for the next client Disgusting! Well they decide to skip me of course I speak up and tell them I’ve been waiting and I arrived first. So they go and sit me with water literally waiting 15min to the point where the water got cold! While they start the client I got skipped for! Then again they skip me and sit another client and one of the nails techs looks over and tells me she has an appt. so I tell her okay that’s Fine I wish you would’ve told me before you soaked my feet in Coldwater and wasted my time I literally got skipped three times. I am beyond frustrated with their service. These people are so unprofessional, stay away they are very unsanitary this place is disgusting I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Stay away!

Diana was not in the shop yesterday. My daughter has gotten her feet done at this shop 3x and each time she recd a free design. The guy who did her feet was a horrible technician who thought I was blind and couldn’t see that he did not get polish on the entire toenail... I asked him is the divine free he said yes I wanted to doublecheck was there any changes since our last visit to shop. My daughter wanted a heart design on her toe which was done by another technician she was unable to make a little bitty heart on my daughters toe.... if a design cannot be completed you should tell the person who’s paying!!! everything for Slappy everyone was rude.... I was charged $21 which I was told the design was free the lady who did the design told me that the man didn’t understand what I was saying BS. once I went in on the fact that you charge me $21 he got mad so he understood all that. Diana your team is very rude and talk to people like they don’t comprehend but I comprehend everything that non Vietnamese women who could’ve answer any question I asked didn’t....
