I got a gel manicure just YESTERDAY and the polish is already coming off . I’m an super disappointed and I had gave the lady a tip . What a waste of $32 dollars just ridiculous. It’s not cool that they play people for there money ! I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone .

I scheduled an appointment with them snd showed up on time, but still made me wait 10 minutes to be seen. Then Im seen by someone who is also the one answering the phone and checking with everyone who enters the salon. He also had the tablet with the appointments on it next to him entire time he was working on my nails, so his attention seemed divided. Because he was multitasking and not focusing on my nails, his work seemed very rushed. The more I look at them, the more careless the work seems. The line work is really bad (see photos) and I dont feel at all this is worth the $65 I paid. :(

Although an extremely busy establishment, I appreciate the quality of work and attentiveness they gave me. They made sure I had water to drink, and that the water for my pedicure was comfortable for me. I felt that the time spent on me was quality and I never felt they rushed. You must go with plenty of time and I would definitely recommend an appointment. I highly recommend them.

Nice, clean salon. Place is kept up and is kept clean most importantly. Pricing is a little higher than other locations around but you get what you pay for.

I always look forward to coming here to get my nails done, everyone is very nice and sweet and they do a great job!

I must share this wonderful breathtaking nail salon in Rialto Ron did my nails Anna did my feet they took excellent care of me all young technicians fresh Salon been open 6 months you must everybody do now dont let everybody do nails nice you must go there and experience this Taste of humbleness

This place is good and its clean and well maintained. The only reason why i added only 2 stars is because. There is an older lady working here and she did my nails twice before and both the times she left my nails ugly. They were crooked and uneven and i paid 65 and i was not satisfied both times i went in. The guy working there even asked me where did you get ur nails done before?? Umm here. Im going now to a better place. Sorry but someone needs to teach her how to do it properly or something cause people pay to get their nails done nice and cute not sloppy or uneven/crooked. Other than that its all good. Very clean environment and friendly and very professional.

Got my full set done by Kelly and she was so kind! Had lots of nice conversations with her and I loved how she was so interested in making sure they looked as nice as she would like her own! AH these are my first set of nails that I’m super content with! Thank you Kelly!💖🧡

Called Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday. Made an appointment for two pedicures. Our appointment was for Sunday at 10. They called to confirm our appointment. And got a text reminding me. (Loved that) arrived at our appointment time. They sat us down right away. Place is very clean and they have everyone sitting in every other chair. The massage chairs are wonderful and they have plexiglass in between you and the nail tech. Would definitely recommend this place. To get great service as for Jenny she did amazing. First time coming and will definitely be back!!

Great service, my manicurist was Tim. He was great. With appointment there was no wait. Was offered water and checked on continously. I was given different options and designs. Definitely worth checking out.

I sent an appointment request on yelp in the late evening. I wasnt expecting a reply because of the hour and I was pleasantly surprised that I received one. I got the #2 pedicure with Jenny and I enjoyed it very much. The employees were kind and I didnt feel like I was being rushed. The place was clean and welcoming. Ill be coming again.

When I first walked in there was an unhappy customer complaining and later another another customer complaining why she had to wait 30 min when she is always on time for her appt. The receptionist is only attentive to Non-African Americans and she is very unorganized. They are very skimpy with the products used, applying as little as possible not enough to cover entire nail. The TV shows are gross showing people cutting up and cooking bats. yuck! Worst nail salon ever

First time I’ve been here and I AM SO HAPPY! I got a full set with a gel polish.I showed my nail tech, Vivian, a picture of the shape and color and she gave me exactly what I wanted.And the price was HALF of what I’ve paid for a full set at other places.I am so pleased and will be a returning client

First time coming here and I would come again . They do an amazing job. They are very polite and play attention to every detail to make sure you’re satisfied with their work. They are every cautious with the pandemic going on. I got a full set and a pedicure. I’m very happy with how they turned out. I payed 22 for the gel pedicure and 50 for a full set i thought it was a little pricey I would if charged 40 for it I thought it was pretty simple. But overall amazing job.

Lucien Nail & Spa is amazing. They are professional, always have appointments available, and their texting system is amazing. Ben did my manicure and pedicure and he did such a great job! They look amazing, he was quick, and very friendly. I look forward to scheduling with him again!

First time here it was very clean staff is very nice. I did the #4 pedicure which was the top one and it was amazing my daughter got the #2 pedicure and a gel manicure they did a great job prices are not too bad. Will be returning.

Would never go back. Lady did not do a good job . nails are crooked and she took off my nails she said they were lifting I had just put a new set on at a different salon.she also cut my finger with file.

The place of business was beautifully kept. The place was impecably clean and all the employees seemed to have excellent hygiene practice. Lucien had a huge selection of colors. All the staff was very efficient on keeping services quick, but not rushed. Wonderful place of business and excellent in making you feel welcomed even if you were a last minute addition to their schedule. Ladies you know how some nail salons make you feel like a pariya due to it either being your first time or a walkin-in? Well Lucien receptionist made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend! 👍

Bad service every time I make appointment never on time I waited a hour and then sat in the pedicure chair for another 1/2 hour no bueno

Horrible! The lady that did my nails left gaps at my cuticle and when I pointed it out she acted like she didnt see them. She went back and fixed them but you can still see where its all miss matched. I havent even had them for a week and they are already lifting.

Honestly love this place!! Best pedi I have ever had. Everyone was so nice, asking me if I wanted water. The pedicure massage was amazing and she even cracked my toes lol Love this place! Will be coming back and bringing my mom.

Even though 9 of my nails were done pretty one was horribly misshapen and they were not put on properly. I honestly think I might have received the nail tech that no one else uses. Or the one they call when everyone else is busy. Unfortunately I will not be going back.

Polish service was bad. Incomplete service. Would not recommend. Disregarded clients time. When I said Id only pay for what was done right then threatened to not unlock and let me leave.

They are so polite and very clean my nails are beautiful and oh the pedicure I promise I have had one this bomb in forever this is my new nail spa and Benny is the freaking bomb .....
