Sounds like it would be a great alternative to Atlantic Broadband, but after a month of calling to set up a visit to see if we can use them and multiple assurances that they would be out asap but never showed or called, we have given up. They did admit to being busy but even then a phone call would be nice so were not just waiting around.

I do not know how their internet service is going to be yet that I can say anytime I sent them a question someone has responded I do have a schedule to get my internet hooked up

Great guys always ready to talk if you have a problem, seen a couple bad reviews dont know why, always been spot on and very professional heck they were even willing to climb a big pine tree for us, like a couple of Marines instant willingness and obedience to order, recommend it to all my family and friends. Have had blade broadband for over a year now. The customer service is excellent. If you have any problems with your equipment they will come fix the problem on weekends and even after hours. I would recommend them to anyone

This is the best internet company I have ever had and I WILL NEVER switch back to Atlantic Broadband or Comcast! I have 4 children and we use ALOT of streaming and devices ESPECIALLY with all the remote learning and the pandemic. I have never had an issue with this service and the only problem I’ve ever had was with my own equipment and even with that, Blade Broadband helped me to fix that too! Customer Service is great as and all you have to do is leave a message and they will respond to you very quickly! Thanks Blade Broadband for making things so easy and EXTREMELY affordable!

The lag is HORRENDOUS. It’s not even worth trying to play online games, or even surf the web. Also our internet goes out every single time it rains.

It’s terrible even with a Ethernet cable fix it please we have the second fastest router for gaming consoles and it’s terrible
